Ease and Hardship

I was at my friends house when my mom texted me saying she got a call from an offer for me. My mom talked to his mom and we exchanged pictures and minor information about each other. I learned that he was studying to be an engineer and moving to Saudi Arabia after 3 years. His name was Ahmed and he was only 19 years old. My mom showed me his picture and I was very fond of his looks Alhamdulillah.
The next day we ask my dad about what his thoughts were on Ahmed and he simply said we will see but let's keep looking just in case. I knew that was a no in the kindest way he could possibly say it but for some reason I couldn't take that answer. But at the time being I knew I had to be patient because I was in no rush and because I wanted to please my Lord, Allah.

I am writing these stories to show the different kinds of options you will get and also to show everyone to not expect the offer you get to go perfectly or smoothly it is Qadr of Allah what happens. Don't be let down because so many marriage options didn't work out instead say Alhamdulillah because maybe that would have ended up as the worst option and a bad marriage. Be patient with your Lord's plan for you InshAllah 😊
