Spicy Sausage Pizza

Ingredients: Dough

225g self-raising flour

55g butter

7-8 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon salt

Tomato Sauce:

1 small tin tomatoes

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon sugar

1 dessert spoon tomato puree

Pinch mixed herbs

Toppings:

Chopped ham

Grated mozzarella cheese

Sliced spicy sausage

Sliced pepperoni

Cooks Tools:

Baking sheet

Mixing bowl

Frying pan

Rolling pin

Chopping board

Sharp knife

Cheese grater

Wooden spoon

Tomato Sauce:-

Step 1: Cook all the ingredients for the tomato sauce together in the frying pan for about 10 minutes to thicken them.

Making the Pizza:-

Step 1: Set the oven to 220°C. Rub the flour, salt, and butter together in a mixing bowl.

Step 2: When the mixture looks like breadcrumbs, add the milk and stir everything together into a smooth ball of dough.

Step 3: Cut the dough in flour and roll each piece into a ball. Roll these out into circles about 13cm (15 in) across.
