Ingredients:
180g rump steak
1½ tablespoons plain flour
¼ teaspoons paprika
20g butter
½ onion
½ clove garlic
65g mushroom
1 tablespoons red wine
1 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup light sour cream
½ tablespoons fresh chives
¼ cup rice
Cooks Tools:

Board
Measuring cups/spoons/jugs
Saucepan
Container
Sieve
Step 1: Chop all vegetables.
Step 2: Chop steak into thin slices, toss in flour and paprika.
Step 3: Combine wine, paste and sour cream in a measuring jug.
Step 4: Heat butter in a saucepan.
Step 5: Fry onion and garlic until transparent.
Step 6: Add meat and fry until brown.
Step 7: Add sauce, stir through for 2 mins.
Step 8: Add mushrooms and chives, stir or a further 2 mins.
Step 9: Serve with rice and vegetables.
