Mini Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

1kg beef mince

1 cup stale breadcrumbs

½ cup coarsely grated parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 green onions, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons barbeque sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooks Tools:

Measuring spoons/cups

Large bowl

Large frying pan

Absorbent paper

Step 1: Combine beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, onion and sauces in large bowl; shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls.

Step 2: Heat oil in large frying pan; cook meatballs, in batches, until cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 3: Serve meatballs with tomato sauce.
