Aaron's on the side, I don't own rights to it though

Please enjoy :D,

Aaron? As in the guy I danced with at the party and the guy that Talia said that I should stay away from? Oy vay. And of all people it could possibly be. Why couldn't I get cousin Antonio, he was a math geek? And I guess Aaron seemed nice at the party but there must have been a reason why Talia told me to be cautious of him. I mean I know I haven't known her for long but something about the way she said it made me believe in her words

"It's nice to see you again" Aaron said, a small smile on his face

"Likewise" I answered. Ooh maybe I can lie. What am I saying I've only just met this guy and I'm already judging him. That is not the Cassie way! Maybe Talia was mistaken or maybe he's changed

"I want you guys to get to know each other and study together at least once a week" the teacher said, we answered by nodding our heads. The teacher picked up his briefcase and file before heading for the door. "I hope to see great improvements from you Miss Geraldé" he said before swiftly leaving the room.

"So you you're a maths prodigy?" I asked trying to fill up the unwanted and awkward silence

"Yeah, and you suck at maths?" He teased. I rolled my eyes but smiled nevertheless before lightly punching him in the shoulder

"Math just hates me" I replied as we made our way outside

"Well don't worry, I know an extremely good looking guy who can help you with that"

"Really is he behind you? I don't see him."

"Ha ha very funny, so d'you wanna start now? My house is free"

"No I can't my little brother can't be at home by himself for more than an hour or else he might burn the house down" I said which Aaron laughed at

"Yeah I'm not kidding" I said seriously "Two years ago he tried to make dinner for himself whilst me and my mom were out and he burned half the kitchen, and guess who got the blame"

"You?" I nodded "Really?"

"Yeah because I'm the oldest"

"Ahh, I know how you feel"

"Really?" I questioned

"Yeah I have a younger sister and she has a thing for breaking valuable stuff, but I usually take the blame for her"

That was one of the most weirdest things I'd ever heard "What? Why?"

"I just can't stand to see her get in trouble or cry so I just take the wrap for her"

I think my heart just melted a little. "That is so, sweet!"

"Urgh, hasn't a guy ever told you being called cute or sweet is the worst thing you can call them" he drowned

"Why?"

"Because I'm just too feminine"

"Yeah yeah whatever"

"So shall we study at your house" Aaron said opening up the door to his truck for me, aww what a gentleman

"Yeah we might be able to squeeze in an hour or two"

"Okay lets go" he said as I stepped in to the car and he closed the door. He then made his way on to the drivers seat, started the engine and pulled out of the parking space.

As we pulled up at my house my throat was dry from talking so much. Although the journey was filled with small talk it was very interesting. I had discovered that he used to live in Atlanta Georgia at a boarding school before turning a new leaf and being able to get out moving back with his parents and two sisters here in San Francisco. Apparently he was quite the troublemaker years ago. I find that hard to believe. He was even the quarterback of the football team.
