Vital Beat:
Vital Beat is Aisha's Sophix power. It is the inner beat, the natural beat that gives life to all living beings. It was used to create rain, and has only been used twice, in episode nineteen and twenty of the season four.
Times When Used:
Season 4 Episode 18 - Used to de-transform the tree monsters back to their original form.
Season 4 Episode 20 - Used to create rain.
Trivia:
In the Original and Nickelodeon versions, Vital Beat and Pure Harmony keep their names while the other Sophix spells change their names.
