At my dance studio, there are lots of different age ranges. We start with the littles who aren't in kindergarten yet; all the way up to seniors in high school. A bunch girls starting at year six and up, like to take the older girl's classes as an extra ballet class. Which is fine. I didn't have that option when I was in sixth grade but it's cool. Whatever.

In class, my dance teacher has a rule that is this; the older girls stand in the front, go first, etc while the younger ones stay towards the back. NO ONE LIKES TO OBEY THIS RULE.

It drives me CRAZY! I have been waiting 9 YEARS to stand in the front, and then someone younger/less experienced than I decides to get in front of me!! WHAT THE HECK?!?

So it irks me. Just a little. I obey this rule but NO ONE ELSE DOES so. We have a bunch of younger girls that do this and I'm just like ??? EXCUSE ME. I know how it feels to be younger and want so badly to be in the front, but that is what makes it so special when you finally get to be in the front!

more rants to come. xx :)
