"Abigail?" A voice whispered, and I felt a hand shake my shoulder lightly. "Wake up. It's six."

I groaned, turning over in my bed. "Abby. Not Abigail."

He ignored me. "Get up. You're scheduled an appointment with the doctor in an half an hour." Niall said, crossing his arms.

"What?" I asked confusedly, sitting up groggily.

"Appointment. I'll be back in 20 to escort you. Get ready." He said dismissively, and then left my room.

I quickly got up, turning on the shower to let it warm the water as I stripped off my clothing.

I jumped under the stream of hot water, savoring the feeling as it pounded hot water against my skin. I quickly shampooed my hair with the pomegranate-scented shampoo that sat on the shower rack.

Whoever picked out the pomegranate scent had a really good sense of smell. I was absolutely in love with it.

After I thoroughly rinsed the shampoo from my hair, I turned off the shower head and wrapped a towel around my body.

I dried off quickly, putting on a pair of casual denim jeans and a plain white t-shirt.

I turned on the hair dryer and pulled off the towel that I had wrapped around my head.

A burning sensation shot through my hand - and I realized that I had grabbed the wrong end of the dryer. "Ow! Shit!"

I shut off the hair dryer, cradling my injured hand against my body. The whole palm was flushed bright red, and the aching sensation even reached the bottoms of my fingers.

"Abby? Are you ready?" A voice called out from my room. "Where are y-" He opened the door of the bathroom, and his blue eyes quickly focused on the hand I was cradling. "What happened?" His voice dropped considerably, his tone much softer.

"I burned my-" I tried to explain, but he already had my burned hand in his, examining it carefully.

"Here." He said gently, leading me to the sink and turning on the cold water. "Hold it under there...then we can have Liam look at it."

He held my hand under the cold water, concentrating intensely on it.

"Hey, you remembered." I smiled at him.

He gave me a funny look. "What are you talking about?"

"You called me Abby - not Abigail."

"Shut up." He snapped, color rushing to his face. But I could see a smile creeping up on his lips.

"Who's Liam?" I asked curiously as Niall turned off the faucet and handed me a few paper towels.

"The doctor. He'll take care of this as well. Come on." He said, and motioned for me to follow him with a flick of his head.

I quickly followed after him as he escorted us out of my room. As we walked in a long hallway, Niall cleared his throat. "So, why did Zayn leave your room mad last night?" He walked quickly, and I struggled to keep up with his pace.

I blinked. "I don't know."

"Come on, you must have done or said something. He was fucking pissed!" He said curiously. "When I asked him, he wouldn't tell me." He slowed his pace slightly, waiting for an answer.
