Chapter 5-meeting and emergency

Here , I'm driving back to my place after dropping her . Damnn she makes me lose my mind ..., it's 3:30 and we have to be there till 8 pm so I have time ...i entered my room took a bath changed into my normal clothes and decided to sleep for a while I wasn't able to sleep yesterday , the reason is obvious, kiara Singhania..now she is messing up with my sleep schedule too...

I woke up and went down towards the living room and saw everyone already seated .

"Rafael , we will leave in an hour "said my mom.

"Okay mom"I said and went towards the kitchen as I was hungry and started making maggie

"You would have said me bhai"my sister said while coming inside the kitchen.

"It's okay .aishu , I can make maggie , I'm a good chef remember "I said while shaking my head.

"Yes yes ! Our bhabhi is lucky , her husband knows how to make Maggie"she said sercastically while giggling.i was about to give her a bet fitting reply but .

"Aishuuu...come here beta"we heard our mom's voice.

"I'll get going bhai"she said and ran. My mind went towards kiara . She said her bhabhi .

"Yeh ..bhabhi"I said to myself..
I was done making the maggie I ate it and went back to my room to get ready .

Oh my god! Why I'm feeling so nervous come , on dr,rafael.  you  are the most famous and successful doctor you can not be be nervous because of a mare girl ...
Yes I'm sitting in her house , waiting for her..!
I was busy in my thoughts, my brother elbowed me ,  I raised an eyebrow asking what .

"Bhai ..look bhabhi"he wishperd
I looked up  and  I'm dead ..!

She is looking so ethereal.and damnn I'm done ..she is wearing a simple blue colour frock. With a heavy white color dupatta
She was looking mesmerising damnnn .
She is not even waring  make up .she came and stood near the couch , mom went towards her and hugged her . She was avoiding me , why isn't she looking in my direction. She gave a small smile to my siblings which they gladly returned.i was waiting for her to look in my direction and when her eyes met mine I was stuck ..it felt like my world stopped , everything other then her disappeared .It's like my heart is running a marathon.i quickly everted my gaze .

She was sitting beside mom , mom was asking her something and she was answering her politely with a smile always dancing on her lips.
I couldn't help but to stare at her lips .
Wait what -get control Rafael .i was busy In my thoughts but a voice bought me back..

"Beta, you two go and have a talk , kiara beta take him to the garden "
Her mom said .

"Jii"she said and stood up and I followed her.
We both were standing in her garden ..it's so peaceful here .

"Do you want to ask something"I asked looking towards her.

"No..I mean ye-yeah" she said

"What is it"

"Ap ready hai iss shadi kae liye"
She asked ..I couldn't lie to her it's her life after all.

"Listen I won't lie to you,it's your life . You have right to choose someone who can give you love and I'm not that kind of guy form whom you can expect love" I said I saw some thing in her eyes may be hurt .
"What do you mean" she asked looking in my eyes .
"Im just marrying you for my mother , if you are planning to say yes then do not expect anything other then respect in this marriage" I said and she looked at me for sometime before replying
"You respecting me will be equal to love,showing respect towards the other one is the first step towards love"she said .
"I'm ready to be yours forever and ever Mr.malhotra"she said directly looking in my eyes..
I couldn't help but feel something, something home. Something peaceful .i was about to ask her to re think her decision but an annoying voice interrupted us.
"Bhai, bhabhi they are calling you inside"
"We are coming" she said then  she turned towards me saying
" Mr.malhotra , I can tolerate anything but cheating , I won't tolerate any female species around you other then work" she said .
"Wohhh possessive much, mrs.malhotra" I said , she looked down blushing..
"Chaliye." She said and ran towards the hall , with me following her inside..
We came back and sat at our respective  places .I wasn't able to take my eyes off her ..Damnn she is mine ..I was busy in my thoughts, aahaa correction in her thoughts..
"Bhai"
"Bhaiiii "I heard my sister shouting
"What "I asked
"bhai your phone ,it's ringing form 5 mins "she said making me embarrassed.
"Excuse me"I said and left to answer my phone.
"Dr.rafael , there is an emergency ‼️the 31 yr old patient , Rahul he is shivering and we aren't able to control And even his heart rate is abnormal . Said dr.anjali , who is an intern .
"Okay I'll be there in 20 mins keep everything ready." I said ready to leave .
I went back and saw everyone was seated but Kiara was not there anymore .I was about to say that I got an emergency case but.
I heard a sweet voice .
"Mom , remember I said you about a man lying on the road . And I assisted the surgeon who was performing the surgery of that man. He is serious and I need to go. can I? " she asked
"Yes beta . It's your duty , you don't need permission . Sarna ji(Rafael's mom)if you don't mind"her mom asked looking towards my mom.
"Yes yes .advita ji ..it's her responsibility why will I have problem .let her go . We are here anyway we will discuss the remaining things and you can inform her later . Rafael is also with us"mom said looking towards me .
"Ahem.actually mom the surgeon she assisted is me so I need to go..it's my case." I said .
Mom looked shocked but nevertheless she nodded. I was about to go but her mom stopped me saying .
"Rafael beta . You both are going to the same place why don't you go together. You will reach early .kiara knows some short cuts "
I looked at her she was looking nervous
"I don't have any problem "I said looking towards her , our eyes met and she quickly averted her gaze .
"I'll be waiting "I said and went out .
After 5 mins she came .
"I'm sorry . The dress was really very heavy "she said with a pout .
"It's okay "I said and opened the door of the car for her .
"Thank you "she said and sat.
Oh my god my heart beat..it's so fast .
Come on dr.Rafael get hold on yourself I said to myself and sat on the driving seat.
We reached the hospital in 15 mins .the surgery went okay . She assisted me like last time because she knew about his case . There were some complications but with the help of my team we were able to save his life.
After completing the surgery I came out and saw her in her scrubs talking to the patients family.
She was talking so politely..damnn she is mine .i said to myself and felt proud ..
I want towards her and stood behind her..she felt my presence and turned and her eyes widened..she looks cute..she quickly moved aside .
I had a talk with the patient  family with her standing beside me..they were thanking me .
And what can I say them now
"It's my job sir and mam"I said and started walking she was about to walk with me but
That aunty who might be the patients mom stopped her saying ,
"Beta ,what is your name "
"'My name is Kiara "she said .
"Beta, are you married "she asked .her son is in hospital and here she is taking about marriage.
"No" she said shaking her head .
"Ohh . Good then, I have an amazing match for you"she stared saying but she interrupted her.
"Umm..aunty I'm not married but I'm engaged "she said nervously laughing.
And that auntie.she was shocked would be an understatement.
"And that lucky guy is me"I said walking back and standing beside her slipping my hand on her waist pulling her closer .
That auntie smiled nervously.
"May god bless you both "she said and left hurriedly.
We were still standing , my hand on her waist.she looked up and our eyes met. Her eyes are so beautiful..I leaned towards her putting her hair stand behind her ear .
"Ping ..
My phone decided to break my bubble ...Damnn I'm gonna put this thing on silent form now on..
She quickly averted her gaze and made some distance.
I opened my phone to see it was mom's message saying me to drop Kiara back home . And they already left.
"Ms.singhania "she didn't reply
"Miss.singhania "what's wrong with her .
"Kiara"again
"Mrs.malhotra"I said loudly this time causing her to flinch .
"Yes yes ..I'm sorry , I was thinking something "she said softly.
"It's okay, mom messaged me , she said me to drop you back home."I said and she nodded.
"So , I have some patients to attend. We will leave in 30 mins "I said and walked towards my cabin .
I don't know how times passed but it is  2 hrs since I'm checking patients.kiara must be waiting or did she leave already . I went outside my cabin to see , her sleeping on the chair talking the support of the wall. I went towards her and bent down to her level . She is such and angel . I want to be selfish and involve her in my dark world but I can not.. it's for her best..
I didn't want to wake her up so I carried her to the car.. I could see people giving us stares but I cared less ...
I made her sit on the passenger seat and went towards the driving seat..
I was about to start the car..she woke up .
"Where am I" she asked rubbing her eyes .
I didn't reply she will figure out her self she just woke up..after 2 mins I saw her looking towards my direction.
"Want to ask something ms.kiara "I asked I know she wants to ask me how did she end up here .
"How did I reach here"she asked hesitantly.
"I carried you here" I said and saw her cheeks turning red.
"Want to go for dinner " I asked
