18.The truth

Kiara's pov:

"Maa , I'm home" I shouted as soon as I entered my home.

"Agai meri beti." Baba came and hugged me tightly.

"Rafael didn't come?" Maa asked coming from the kitchen.

"Hawww mai ayi hu kafi nahi hai kya" I asked acting to be offended.

Maa shook her head and hugged me.
We all sat and stared chit chatting.

I don't know why I was feeling strange.
My mind was going towards Mr.malhotra every minute.
Should I just call him?
"What am I supposed to do ?
Why am I feeling so uneasy ?

"Kia , where are you lost" maa asked .

"Maa , she just got married yesterday, she must be thinking about Rafael . Right Kia?" Bhabhi asked me in a teasing voice.
Them teasing me was enough to distract my mind .

"W-what are you guys talking about" I said and looked down to hide my blushing face.

"Maa I'll be back" I said and ran In to my room.

"Haan Karle baat ek baar , he must be missing you too" I heard bhabhi yelling from behind .

I went to my room and locked it.
Should I call him? He would not receive it , I'm 100% sure.

What should I do ?
Yes I can call Arjun ask about him.
I dialed Arjun's number he picked up in few ring.

"Jii bhabhi"

"Arjun do you know where Mr.malhotra is?" I asked as soon as he picked up to call.

"Bhai is not at home bhabhi ." He said.

"Okay , btw did you guys had lunch" I asked

"Yes we had , accha bhabhi i have an important meeting scheduled online , see you at the evening" Arjun said.

"Okay , accha please let me know as soon as your bhai comes home okay" i stated.

"Okay , take care bhabhi" he said before ending the call.

Ahh why am I feeling this way.
Kahan hai ap Mr .Malhotra.
I hope he is fine.

Authors PoV:

A man in his mid 60s was lost in his thoughts sitting on his chair .

"Sir someone named Rafael came to see you".

"Haan?"

"Sir someone named Rafael wants to see you" his assistant repeated.

"Does he have an appointment?" The man asked .

"No sir but he said he is the son of Kabir Malhotra" his assistant replied making his eyes wide . In shock.

"Say him , I'm not present in the company" he said sweating badly.
Why is he here?
Did he got know the truth?
No, it was all planned perfectly, there is no chance of him getting to know the truth.

Suddenly the door burst open and the old man nearly got a heart attack seeing him ,standing here infront of him in all his glory.

"Ra-Rafael , what are you doing here?" The old man asked fumbling badly.

"Well uncle I guess this is not the correct way to great your brother's son , who got married yesterday"Rafael said waking inside his cabin.

"N-no I mean congratulations" the old man said.

"Thank you" he said passing him a tight lipid smile.

"Now give me the details before I kill you" Rafael said getting straight to the point making that man laugh.
