As they all gathered in the cozy living room of the cabin, Rosemary's eyes darted around, filled with curiosity and confusion. She couldn't help but wonder what was unfolding in this enigmatic setting. Meanwhile, Taylor's gaze remained fixated on Rosemary, completely captivated by her presence. It was as if Taylor was entranced, oblivious to the words that Emily or Jenson uttered. No matter what distractions or conversations arose, Taylor's attention was solely focused on Rosemary, as if drawn to her like a magnet.

Rosemary then looked over at Taylor as she sunk into the chair. She didn't know what to do at that moment. She could have gotten up and left, in order to dial down the awkwardness or she could have just sat there, waiting to hear what Emily and Jenson had to say about the whole lie and stunt they just pulled. Her attention was caught by the sound of Emily's voice and she had never been more thankful before.

"Jenson wants to see my thing that's in the other room," Emily said, getting up from the chair.

Jenson raised his eyebrow as Emily walked over and grabbed his hand. She pulled him in the direction of the other room as Taylor watched and chewed at her bottom lip. But they didn't leave without Taylor overhearing the words "What thing?"; Taylor immediately shook her head.

When they were both out of the room, Taylor cleared her throat and got up from the couch. She walked over to sit next to Rosemary, took her hand into hers, and took a deep breath.

"They're totally hooking up," Taylor whispered, chuckling a bit.

Rosemary squinted her eyes, trying to make sense of everything that had just happened. A chuckle escaped her lips as she shook her head in disbelief. It was as if a light bulb had suddenly turned on in her mind, and everything fell into place. She couldn't help but let out a sigh, feeling a mix of relief and understanding wash over her. Her gaze shifted down to Taylor's hands, resting gently on her own.

As Rosemary's smile slowly faded, a sense of unease washed over her. She gulped nervously, feeling a shift in the energy between her and Taylor. Sensing the tension, Taylor gently removed her hands from Rosemary's and raised them to Rosemary's hair. With a tender touch, she brushed the short strands away from Rosemary's face and tucked them behind her ear.

"I didn't think that would happen." Taylor said, tilting her head, "Jenson doesn't even seem like Emily's type." Taylor sighed, "I don't think I even know her anymore."

"Jenson would have told me if they were. He's cheerleader-obsessed. I mean, I still remember the time when he told me he liked you. He only stopped because..." Rosemary stopped her sentence and then she looked away.

Taylor had been so much more interested in the conversation. She cleared her throat before Rosemary shook her head and scooted back some - creating space between them. She then looked up and around the room - hoping to see Jenson or even Emily walk in at any moment.

Yet, they failed to do so. Only a sigh could be let out from her lips and she began to have that bit of a rush that she always had. The rush she tended to have when she was around Taylor for longer than she intended to be.

"He only stopped because of what?" Taylor asked,

"Nothing. Forget about it." Rosemary said, standing up from the couch and clearing her throat.

Rosemary's hand instinctively went to the back of her head, scratching it nervously as she watched Taylor rise from her seat and approach her. A lump formed in Rosemary's throat, rendering her unable to utter a single word. Taylor tilted her head, squinting her eyes in concern. It was clear that she had something important to say, but before she could speak, the sound of approaching footsteps interrupted the moment, capturing Rosemary's attention.
