You snapped out of the book you were engrossed in, blinking up into the sterile waiting room lights, to see a man standing above you.
Your heart skipped a beat.

You blinked. "Uh... yes?"
He smiled, and holy shit, he had dimples.
"You're next," he pointed at the screen in the corner of the clinic waiting room, where your name was flashing, and had clearly been doing so for a while.
