*It's been days since Logan, Warren and Scott left for a mission, Jean is starting to get worried*

* after a mission Kitty and Piotr return late and Kitty walks by the Prs office as she sees the lights on, she knocks on the door confused*// Pr- come in * kitty walks in and the pr is clearly stressed* Kitty how was the mission?// Kitty- all okay, it's late Pr, how come you're up?// Pr- so many things to do and so little time// Kitty- burning the candle at both ends only makes the flame go out quicker// Pr- I'm well aware * he smiles amused* is something wrong?// Kitty- I was gonna ask you the same thing, what's going on?// Pr- to be completely honest we lost communication with the team a few days ago/- Kitty- I know// Pr- I'm afraid soemthing has gone wrong// Kitty- what's the mission?// Pr- * he sighs and pauses* I sent the team to follow leads of a possible restart to the weapon x programe * Kitty's eyes widen* Erik came to me with a mutant on genosha, claims to have escaped but he didn't get far// Kitty- who is this guy? Mutant? // Pr- we are trying to figure that out... he's dead * he slides record and a photo of the man's dead body as Kitty picks up the file looking at it then looks at the pr*\\ Pr- read it and tell me your thoughts on the situation  * she sits down and reads it as the pr is reading another file, Kitty looks up shocked as he hands her another file on weapon x*\\ Kitty- I've read that// Pr- I thought you had, your thoughts on the matter? * she pauses*// Kitty- the file says the mutant died by suicide, he was almost  apprehended by the people who possibly ran the weapon x experiment*\\ Pr- yes but do you think stryker is involved?// Kitty- sr no, jr possibly. What's the location of the team? // Logan- around the area that Logan thinks is the place he escaped from// Kitty- you need me to go in?// Pr- I don't know if that's a good call to make// Kitty- I can handle it, I can// Pr- I know you can that's not the issue// Kitty- then what?// Pr- I don't want anyone else on a mission if the best I have are missing I'm not sure I want to risk more*\\ Kitty- I wanna do this Pr.... Please?// Pr- I can't risk the team// Kitty- I'll go alone// Pr- meet me in the hanger and take what you need * she gets up and walks * kitty * she turns to see him*are you sure? * she nods and walks away and calls Alfred and explains she's going on a mission but not sure how long and to keep an eye on Bruce and don't leave his side then she packs her rucksack takes small communicator and other guns and weapons and changes into her undercover suit as the Pr is filling her in on a rescue mission as she boards the jet*\\ Pr- the team were sent to detonate a bomb to destroy the island, for whatever reason that hasn't gone ahead then just know that you'll have to do it and you'll have 30 minutes to get off the island// Kitty- and the animals?// pr- there are none Kitty the island is uninhabitable and poisonous do not eat or drink anything get the team blow the island up, I'll inform  directory fury that we're sending you in*\\ * forge flys the jet to the small island as Kitty sits there mentally preparing herself looking through the files thr Pr gave her and then she parachutes out of the plane lands panting and rolls up her chute puts it in some bushes and then pulls out her compass and follows the coordinates that she was given with night goggles and hikes for a couple hours and she hears soemone tracking her she looks around and takes off running she phases into a tree watching the group of MRD walking around and she follows them phasing in and out of the trees until she gets to a  jet and she watches them and they take off and Kitty walks towards the location she was given, she checks her watch as she's walking, almost  4am as she comes up to a large building seemingly abandoned , she phases and sprints straight into the door, the cameras are all broken, the place looks run down, abandoned, she takes a deep breath her body shaking from the fear and adrenaline and she walks along the halls phasing in and out of rooms as she starts to notice the smell of decay and dried up blood stains on the floor and walls into bolted room with armed guards outside and she threw them against the wall and phases in to find a metal bridge over a room and she spots Logan cuffed to a bed as she walks along the bridge and phases through it and drops to the floor using her powers to hit the gaurds away as Logan looks at her shocked, she rushes to Logan's side looking down on him relived and touches her face*\\ Logan- you're here?// Kitty- of course * she phases him out and helps him stand as he falls off the table and Kitty catches him struggling to hold him up*\\ Kitty- I got you * he looks up at her as she puts his arm around her neck and she wraps her arm around his torso and phases the collar off and looks in his eyes at his face covered in cuts*\\ Kitty- what's wrong? Why aren't you healing?// Logan- they've done something to me Pryde, I'm not healing not like I was// Kitty- stryker?// Logan- yeah, c'mon we gotta get out of here let's move * kitty looks at Logan's stomach at the blood on his suit and she looks at him wide eyed*\\Kitty- Logan?// Logan- we got no time kit we got to find Warren and Scott// Kitty- are you okay too?// Logan- I'm fine let go * she exhales and walks with him but the door opens*\\ Logan- phase under now * she phases them as they drop into a room with a computer as Logan winces as he lands then he looks around and growls and he walks forward  struggling and Kitty follows as they get to a door Kitty phases them through it along another corridor covered in blood stains and flickering lights through more corridors and steal vault doors bloods stains and discarded items and claw marks, Kitty is nervous as Logan is ahead she examines the claw marks and then looks at Logan and his looking at her angry she looks to his hands and then meets his gaze*\\ Logan- this is the place where they did it... this is where I went berserk and murdered the team that made me into a monster * she walks to him her eyes watering and grabs his face as he grabs her hands and pulls away, so she puts her head on his chest as he holds her arms ashamed and breathing heavy as he pulls away and walks to a metal door attacking it growling Kitty pulls him back as he pushes her away*// Logan- GET OUT OF HERE LEAVE ME ALONE Pryde// Kitty- Logan please calm down, they're just memories okay you're safe * he grows as he cuts into the door finding more blood stains and a metal helmet with wires as Logan grows holding his head yelling*\\ Kitty- Logan, tell me what's going on// Logan- just leave me alone * he turns to kitty claws out* just go find the others and leave me be god why are you everywhere I turn you're always fucking there just go!! * she is genuinely hurt*\\ Kitty- I'm not leaving you * he growls and walks away to another door and he kicks it down as kitty gets nervous and follows him into computers and he types on the computer as Kitty stands behind him  really nervous as some videos start to play or Logan being experimented on as he stands stiff growling and kitty watches as a young Jason  stryker talks about the experiments and showing the experiment as Kitty can't bare but look away as tears run down her face, her breath is fast paced and Logan looks at her then the screen as they watch Logan's bones bond with the adimantiun  and heard the screams * kitty turns away and let's out a choked sob then breathes heavy but continues to watch struggling to control her emotions as she watches on the screen as Logan screams and launches out of the tank and the glass shatters into his skn an d the screams and the gun shots she is terrified as the he pushes the bullets and glass out of his skin, she looks at Logan's face then back at the screen ad he's attacking the agents on the video and then disappears from sight and Logan stabs the screen monitor making her jump she looks at him as he glares at her and starts to attack the computers screaming and growling as Kitty just watches in shock too scared*\\ Kitty- STOP!!! STOP IT!!!! * she grabs his arm and he shoves her off as he runs to her claws out growling and she  she covers her face with her arms crying, Kitty is shaking as Logan realizes what he's doing and his claws disappear as his eyes are wide she lowers her arms he pulls her into a hug as she holds onto him tight*\\ Logan- I'm sorry, I'm sorry I hurt you// Kitty- you'd never hurt me * she kisses his head as he drops to his knees hugging her waist he is shaking as she holds his head he looks up at her, his eyes sad and she touches his face examining  the marks that should've healed but haven't*\\ Kitty- we need to get you seen by a doctor Logan, I'm scared that you're  hurt * she takes his hands and pulls him up as he holds her and she inches her face closer to him as he lowers his lips close to hers and she pulls away he puts his forehead on hers and she bites her bottom lip wanting so badly to kiss him and she takes a chance and she meets his gaze then kisses him and she pulls away and looks into his eyes and he kisses her and she deepens the kiss wrapping her arms around his neck and he pulls her into his body hands around her waist, they pull away she looks up at him holding his hand and then they walk hand in hand to the door phasing around as Logan is struggling to keep up but kitty goes at his pace never letting go of his hand*// Logan- keep going it's a little further to the cages * they phase into a room and down some metal stairs to a room filled with rats as kitty yelps and jumps into Logan*\\ Logan- this way, I can smell them * his face is a picture*// Kitty- what is it?// Logan- the smell of death * her blood runs cold as Logan squeezes her hand and they walk past cages and see a few blood stained cages and see Scott and Warren sitting in the floor in cuffs as kitty phases the door  open*\\ Warren- well there's a pretty face I'm happy to see// Scott- Wolverine, what happened to you// Wolverine- don't worry about me what happened to you * he's holding his leg that's losing a lot of blood*\\ Scott- bullet it's stuck in there// Kitty- stay still, Wolverine keep watch * kitty phases their cuffs and collars off and takes out a first aid kit working on Scott's leg*\\ Wolverine- you best hurry up we got company// Kitty- then deal with it * she smirks at him as he narrows his eyes amused then walks away to take out the soldiers with Warren, after a few minutes they return and Kitty helps Warren up and looks at Logan's stomach with a massive cut in it and her eyes go wide and she forgets to breathe she looks up to meet his face wide eyed*\\ Kitty- let me fix you up// Logan- no we gotta move now! * they all walk away as Warren helps Scott and Logan wanders off to a cell that's open, his claws out  and walks in kitty watches his head lower and she walks into the cell and gasps at the dead boy of a man Kitty walks up to check his pulse but Logan pulls her back*\\ Logan- he's gone * kitty takes photos and grabs a folder on the side and puts it into her backpack frustrated as they walk away as they rush off * // Kitty- okay now we're blowing this place up where's to main computer// Logan- follow me * he walks off as the others follow not speaking a word, they go to a computer as Logan and Kitty both type in the sequence sneaking looks at one another as warning sirens blast out and they all block their ears*\\ Warren- SO WHAT NOW?// Logan- WE WAIT * they make their way out of the compound watching soldiers run away*\\ Kitty- stay here I'm gonna make sure they leave the island// Logan- I'm coming with you// Kitty- you're gonna slow me down so just stay here and protect the other// Logan- you don't give me orders Pryde // Kitty- actually this is my rescue mission now so yeah I do * she sprints off for 15 minutes watching the soldiers board and the jet leave and then she makes her way back to see Logan annoyed*\\ Logan- about time!// Kitty- let me call the Uber * she takes out a device from her bag and presses it then waits with the sirens still blasting*\\ Logan- I've had better Friday's// Kitty- it's Saturday*\\ Logan- you're kidding me * he sighs as he sits on the steps and Kitty sits beside him and holds onto his arm as Warren smiles watching them*\\ Scott- I hate to ruin the bonding but when is help getting here because we don't have much time*\\ Kitty- they're on the shore so it should take 5 minutes we just have it be patient// Scott- pretty hard when the place is about to be bombed to the ground// Warren- Scott you need to learn to just go with the flow and trust the plan// Scott- my plan isn't getting blown up Angel * Angel shakes his head rolling his eyes *//Kitty- are you alright?// Logan- fine, are you? * she smiles nodding*//  Kitty- I think you have a lot to process after the last few days and you can fill me in on what happened * the jet approaches as they stand and rushs to board as it takes off right as Logan walks in*// Kitty- Scott let me fix that bullet hole * kitty helps Scott to a bed and proceeds to finish stitching Scott's leg as there is an explosion in the background she shrugs it off and  she bandages up his leg and gives him some pain killer and some water*// Kitty- try and get some sleep okay?// Scott- I owe you big time, thanks// Kitty- don't mention it * she walks out to see Warren*\\ Kitty-any injuries * she throws him some pain killers he catches them smirking*// Warren- just my pride// Kitty- pity not your sense of humor * she walks to Logan*// Logan- I don't think you're gonna be able to fix me Pryde// Kitty- come on/- Logan- I said I'm fine darling * he looks at her annoyed*\\ Kitty- James! * he glared at her angry as she glares back at him  * he walks off into the other med room and Kitty follows closing the door as she turns to face him he gets up in her face*// Logan- keep calling me James Kit I'm warning you * kitty bites her lip looking him up and down then smirks*\\ Kitty- I'll call you whatever I want * she narrows her eyes amused and aroused at his reaction as he grabs her waist pulling her closer and she gasps as she meets his gaze and wraps her arms around his neck kissing him as he kisses her back desperately needing one another, as he lifts her up and she wraps her legs around him and he pushes her back against a wall, they part to look at one another kitty is flustered  as he kisses down her neck and gentley nips at it then stops looking her in the eye amused at her reaction*// Logan- don't call me James * he puts her down as she looks at him taken aback by what just happened as she watches him sit back on the med bed smirking at himself proudly*\\ Kitty-you can't Just stop after... after that * he raises his eyebrow smirking as kitty walks to him and sits on top of his lap and kisses him while thrusting her hips as he deepens the kiss holding onto her hip as she pulls his hair back he growls as she kisses down his neck smiling at her reaction as she feels him against her then she stops grabs his throat and meets his gaze smiling innocent then she gets up as he looks at her amused but annoyed*// Logan- darling you are cruel// Kitty- let's fix you up before any of that * she stitches his wounds smirking as he never takes his eyes off her, when she is finished she smiles softly*\\ Kitty- all games aside I really just want to see you get better now, the sooner we're home the more we'll know what's going on with your healing * he meets her gaze and she's concerned as he smiles at her and she hugs him and kisses his head* I can see it in your eyes *he smiles and scoffs* I know this has brought up a lot of feelings and memories for you and you don't have to pretend with me * she sits beside him on the bed as they face one another*\\ Logan- I'm fine I don't want to talk about it alright// Kitty- no don't do that// Logan- sorry darling I just can't get into it// Kitty- you need to deal with this not push it down  deeper// Logan- I am dealing with it * he glares at her* or I'm trying my god damn best too// Kitty- I know you are, there's alot going on in that head of yours from so many lives, I just want to make sure you know that I'm always gonna be here waiting until you're ready// Logan- ready for what?// Kitty- to talk, to open up I don't know maybe one day ready for me * he looks at her eyes as her eyes look sad and pleading as he looks at her scared then stands up*\\ Logan- Pryde god don't put me in this position * she looks away* I'll never do that to you because I'll let you down and I'll hurt you and you'll get hurt// Kitty- yeah we'll it fucking hurts pretending like I don't care when I do// Logan- JUST LISTEN GODDAMN IT!! * she flinches at his raised voice* no Kitty just please im sorry we shouldn't have kissed I  fucking don't know I can't lose someone else I * he takes a breath to compose himself* baby please don't because I can't see you get hurt...  I can't let anyone close to me please don't put me in this position * Logan is really upset and visibly stressed as Kitty has tears down her face as she looks aside dissacosiating* Pryde? * he sees she's upset and he growls in anger and walks out of the room slamming the door as she flinches again cursing herself for opening her big mouth and thinking she's not good enough*
