The next morning both you and severide go to the detective office to look at a few photos because you both had to take shift off because of injuries
" so these have worked with him in the past year, do you guys recognise any of them" he says and you both look down at the 8 pictures in front of you
Severide says 3 and you nod agreeing with him " and him, he was there" you say and point to one and the detective nods "and did you guys see him" he says with any other picture and the two of you nod " yeah, he was there" you say " yeah watching his boys" severide says about the day you guys were attacked " or just enjoying the show" you say
" so you guys could say that in front of a judge" he says and your eyes slightly widen " what" Stella asks who was at the door " detectives have been trying to get this guys for months and we're hoping with two witnesses linking him with the food truck we can get him" he says " I'm in" severide say's right away " yeah me too" you say and give him a small smile
" perfect, we can get you guys to a prosecutor" he says " how about right now, we both have the shift off" he says and Stella speaks up again " yeah so you guys can rest" she says and the detective looks at her " I'll set it up for later today" he says and you both nods before you all leave
You end up going home and honestly you were really bored with gallo at the firehouse and both jay and Will at work so you basically just sit on your phone but you were looking forward to the Stellaride wedding that was only a few days away and you were in charge of hair and makeup for the bride and a few other small things which you were excited about
Not long after you get a call from severide saying to wear something nice and that we were going to meet with the prosecutor and that he was going to pick you up
You go up stairs and get dressed

You go out to severide who was outside
" hey" you say and get in " sorry for the short notice, detective just called me" he said and you nod " it's all good" you smile then he puts the radio on with music
You guys get there and go though security and everything then severide calls the detective for directions
As he's walking back you notice a guy who looked out of place " hey severide doesn't that look like on of the guys on the pictures" you wispier and he slightly walks up to him " hey" he yells then the man looks up and runs with severide following him
You quickly try to catch up with them in your heels which you could almost run in and everyone who you seen get pushed by one of the guys you say and quick sorry too
You catch up to them in a long hallway with all glass windows and you slightly step back when you see the guys has a knife with severide in front of him
Severide quickly Throws his jacket off before tackling him then the guy has the knife with severide up against the wall but the next thing you know gets him off him and the man ends up falling out of one of the windows
