Ava Halstead just came back from 2 years as a Marine and is going to firehouse 51 on squad 3 but isn't on the best terms with her brothers because of them not wanting her to be a Marine but she didn't care, she's a lot more like her twin brother Jay...
You walk in to the fire house and in for the morning announcements but soon after squad gets a call
Tony pulls up to this soccer pitch and it had a Well or something that I girl had fallen into
Cruz goes in first but you guys have to pull him out again because he freaked out and severide goes in quickly then to get the girl and comes out with her and she goes with an ambo as you guys pack up
You walk in quickly knowing that severide was probably going to ask Cruz about what happened
You walk in to the kitchen to see everyone sitting at the table with a young looking boy " Ava" Boden says in a good mood " hey chief" you say with a smile " hey case" you massy with his hair as you go past him " Ava meet griffin Darden" he says and you say the boy's hand " Ava Halstead" you smile then look at Casey " andy dardens kid, he was a firefighter here a few years ago" he says and you nod " it was nice to meet you" you say with a smile before walking off
" she seems nice" griffin says quietly to Casey as you walk away " yeah she is" Casey says and griffin looks at him " so do you like..." he starts but Casey stops him " no me and her just friends" he says and griffin nods
Surprisingly you guys got no more calls after that and you go home after shift to find jay in your house
" em hello" you ask confused and he barley looks up at you " are you ok"you ask as you drop your bag
" I was talking to Adam and Atwater" he says and you slightly nod then sit next to him " what did they say" you ask
" they actually said you were seeing someone" he says and you cringe " yeah I said I was seeing someone so they wouldn't think i was bad for rejecting Adam" you say and he nods " good Because honestly I thought they were crazy" he says hugging you
" ok, now I should get going" he says and you slightly nod and he walks out " bye" you say before he closes the door
Then you make yourself some dinner because gallo said he couldn't come over because he had to be somewhere so after dinner you just watch a movie then go to bed
A few weeks later
You were just walking in because you were a few minutes late when you guys get the call and you trow your bag to the side before gearing up and jumping in to squad
You guys get there and you and severide go in to see a guy who came out of his car in the car wash and has gotten stuck
The two of you get soaked as you guys walked in because the guy working there wasn't able to turn it off
" hey you stay here with him, try to keep him calm. I got to go out and get this thing shut off" he says loudly and you nod as he walks out
It starts shutting off soon after and you manage to get some Weight lifted off his leg and you we're trying to calm him down as you see the rest of squad come
" I managed to get some pressure off his leg but we got to get him out of here" you say and they nod and you all get him out
You take a second before walking out, you were completely soaked and only no did you notice that Casey was gone because you seen his replacement
You guys get back and your hair was still dripping wet and the replacement was honestly annoying from what you see of him
You walk in after half drying your hair with a towel and to make it worse you remember that Stella is still in Boston doing things there with girls on fire
And then you walk in and see that gallo made himself a hot chocolate
" did you seriously make a hot chocolate for yourself and not for me" you say and before he even answers you walk away angrily
You make your self a hot chocolate and eat it out on the squad table with an oversized hoodie on still being wet and cold from the call in the morning
You guys don't get anymore calls and at the end of shift you go home again and just take a shower and watch movies
You take next shift off
You come back to Casey saying he's leaving and honestly to much is changing to quick
But as he was talking about it to everyone in the morning announcements you sit me to gallo who was upset about him leaving but in the middle of it we get a call and everyone runs out
You guys get there and it's basically two cars staked on each other with a man in the top car and a woman in the bottom car
Everyone makes the car Secure then severide goes in and gets the woman out and truck gets the man out and everything is ok both of them not too injured and you guys leave soon after
" Chloe" you run up to her happily No one really knows but you and her have gotten really close
You hug her with a smile and look to see Capp Tony and Cruz in stalling the new baby car seat
They finish up and you were talking to Chloe " it was so nice seeing you" you hug her again happily before going back in to the fire house
After shift you decide to go to mollys

You walk in and go out the back of mollys to see Ritter gallo and Violet siting there " hey, can I steal you for a sec" you ask gallo and he nods quickly
You bring him to where no one can see you guys and kiss him, he kiss back then pulls away and you hug him " you ok" he kisses your head " I miss you" you say and he laughs " I see you almost everyday" he says " I know but still" you say and he smiles " I love you" he says looking down at you and you look up at him as you hear him say it " I love you too" you say with a small smile
His smile grows and he kisses you again, you pull away and laugh " I love you" you say and hug him again and he kisses you head before you both walk out again and you guys both get a drink and have a good night
Then you guys go to your house and fall asleep there
