Andy's POV
I rushed my way down dragging Warren with me as we jumped into the aid Car quickly making it over to Maya's house and rushing upstairs
"Let's move let's move" said Travis as together with Warren they rolled the gurney down the stairs and into the aid car
"She's seizing again!" I yelled as I managed to hold her on her side "let's move now!" I yelled
"We'll see you there" said Warren as he closed the doors and hopped over
"Warren what the hell is going on?" I asked
"I don't know" he said as he pushed the meds
We finally managed to get over to Grey Sloan to see Maya basically parking after us.
"16 year old female" began an intern being basically pushed out by Carina as we rolled her in
"DeLuca we've got her" said Bailey as she came over
"Let me..." began Carina
"Deluca don't make me kick you out" she said sternly as they got her into a trauma room
Gracie's POV
I couldn't believe she was in the hospital. One second from the other. She was being taken away by an ambulance, just like that.
"Hey" said Jo as she came by and sat down next to us
"Do you have any news?" Asked mama and she shook her head
"They were paging Amelia" she said and mama looked at her with a lost expression
Amelia meant neuro. Something was up with her brain.
Carina's POV
I kept on pacing back and forth trying to see through the windows till I could no longer wait
"Carina" said Amelia
"I won't speak I just..."
"Carina please" said Arizona "we've got her"
"I can't be outside" I said "please"
"Carina wait outside" said Amelia
"I'll stay here" said Jo as she came in "I promise. I'll stay here"
"Carina please" said Arizona
Maya's POV
I couldn't believe we were here. If we had only had catch it earlier.
"I can take Gracie. Or whatever you need Mai" said Andy
"I can't believe we're going through this again" I said
"She'll be okay Maya" she said "she'll be okay"
"Gracie knew" I said "all this time she knew about when they were born how Alex..."
"She did it once and she'll do it again" said Andy "she'll be okay"
Minutes later Gracie was asleep, probably due to to crying and the nerves she was doing through she was against my shoulder as I carefully stroked her hair.
"Maya" whispered Andy as Arizona and Amelia walked out of the room
I carefully moved away without waking Gracie placing her head against Travis who was sitting next to her
"We'll be right back" I whispered and Travis signed me to go over
Carina's POV
I rushed over to where they were begging them for news.
"Okay we managed to bring down her temperature which was very high" said Arizona "and she's currently stable" she said and I nodded
"We ran a few tests trying to find the cause of this high fevers and it came back positive for meningitis" said Amelia "bacterial meningitis"
