Rufus POV

“I’m gonna miss Jersey” Malcolm said as he blow dries his hair using the hotel blow dryer while combing his curls

“You say that everytime we leave” I reminded him as I stood outside the bathroom door waiting from him to finish

After the meet and greet we stayed at the hotel for two more days as Francis and Jenni Lori prepared what was next for us.

We knew we were gonna perform again but we didn’t know where and now we had to get back on the bus and Francis would tell us what we were doing. Tagoe, Mateo, Francis, and Jenni Lori were already downstairs eating free breakfast and I was waiting for Malcolm.

“I know, Just…moving around is  tough” Malcolm sighed and we walked out of the room and headed downstairs to the hotel dining room

Tagoe, Mateo, Francis, and Jenni Lori were already eating and me and Malcom made our plates and started eating. I looked over at Francis picking at his egg white omelet while looking at his phone.

When we finished we got back to the bus and Mateo immediately went into his room while the rest of us sat on the couch in the living space  and Francis stood in front of us.

“Okay here’s the thing boys” Francis said and shoved his phone in his pocket and crossed his arms looking down at us and Jenni was next to him smiling

“The meet and greet and Q&A went really well and so you guys received a lot of good exposure” Francis said giving his very rare proud dad smile

“Fuck yes” Tagoe hissed and highfived me than Malcom

“So good that Graveyard contacted me and wanted you guys to do a big performance when we get back to New York” Francis added on

“Wait, why are we going back to New York?” Malcolm asked confused

“Yeah I thought after Jersey we were heading to California?” Tagoe asked

So far we have performed in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, and now heading to New Jersey; After Jersey we are supposed to catch a plane to fly to California.

“We will but Graveyard offered us a lot of money to go back to Athena stadium and do an big performance with Make-A-Moment and Band with No Name” Francis explained

“Isn’t their name Gang with no name?” Malcolm asked

“No one gives a shit” Francis quickly said

“You will all perform together with double the crowd” Francis finished

“When are we going back?” I asked

“We have 3 performances in Jersey so well be staying for about a week then making the drive back and well be staying in New York for another week” Francis told us

“Okay sounds cool” Malcolm smiled

Francis phone ding and him and Jenni Lori walked to there bedroom

“So we'll be playing with Peck and his band, how are you feeling?” Tagoe asked me

“I don’t care, kinda want to see what Aimee thinks might be weird for her” I shrugged

“Why would it be weird? Just because both of her ex’s will be in one room together after less than a month ago she tried making out with you?” Malcolm said sarcastically which received an punch in the arm from me

“Have you and Aimee talked about that, because it was kinda a big deal” Tagoe asked

“Kinda a big deal” doesn’t even began to cover it it was a fucking shitshow, I don’t remeber much that night because I was kinda drunk but remeber Amiee kissing me and having cameras and phones being shoved in my face.

We didn’t talk for like a week after that wanting the attention to be taken off us before hanging out publicly, It was hell for both of us but admittedly mostly for Amiee she got the worst of it.

“Everything will be cool” I sighed and headed to my section of my room and closed the door and laid down in bed
