Avery's POV

I woke up to the sound of my phone blowing up

From Riley🦆~ 4 text messages 2 missed calls

From Caden🏈💍~ 10missed calls 24 text messages

From Loni~~ hey babe you okay? Call me when you see this

From Stephanie~ sorry I left you. I met someone and we kinda of well you know anyways I'll be home in the morning love you

From Caden🏈💍~ what are you talking about?!
Answer me Avery!
Did you finally let Riley fill your head with lies about me?

To Caden🏈💍~ I saw her on Instagram. And I stalked tiktok and saw y'all making videos all the time. And so help me god if you say she's your cousin I will come across the phone a slap you.

From Caden 🏈💍~ baby call me so we can talk?

From Riley🦆~ hey just made it home call me when you get up please?

From Riley🦆~ did you say Caden is cheating on you?

From Riley🦆~ there is medicine beside the bed and pedialite for you to drink. Hope you are okay. You were pretty drunk. Never seen you that drunk

To Riley🦆~ I'm okay. Found the medicine thanks again for last night. Means a lot. And yeah I'm 100% Caden is cheating. But I can't talk to him right now I'm too hungover

Then I turned off my phone and took a nice long hot relaxing bubble bath.

About 45 minutes later I got out and got dressed. I needed to go to the grocery store and get some things today so after getting dressed I made my list grabbed my phone and headed to Walmart.

I was almost done with my shopping when I got a phone call I pull my phone out of my jacket pocket and saw it was Riley

A- hello?
R- hey av... what are you doing?
A- I'm at Walmart right now. What's up?
R- you in Tennessee? 
A- yeah why
R- can you please go by Waffle House and pick up our breakfast I called in
A- what are you talking about?
R- i came to your house to talk to you about something and you aren't here so I called in Waffle House and was going to pick it up but it's on your way back. Can you please
A- Yeah. Give me about 30 minutes and I'll be back home. Key is under the plant beside the carport door. The code is 10180218
R- really Avery.... Our birthdays.
A- that like my password to everything it's a number I can remember

I'm kind of nervous... what does Riley have to talk about

I check out at Walmart and go by Waffle House I go inside to the counter.

"Can I help you" the woman asked
"Yes ma'am I had a Togo order for Green" I told her
"Okay give me about 2 minutes and I'll bring it out to your car" she said

So I walked back to my car waiting on the food
Shortly she brought my food out. And I headed home.

Once I got home I saw Riley's truck inside the carport so I parked my car beside his truck.
I grabbed a hand full of groceries and took them in the house.

"I didn't know you were here already" Riley said getting off the couch coming to help me

"Yeah I was trying to hurry and get back here." I said putting the groceries on the counter

Riley helped me unload all of my groceries from the car to inside the house including the food.

Riley sat at the bar eating while I put away the groceries
