1 week later after thanksgiving in which we had to miss sadly but we didn't want anyone else getting sick.
Finally I am over having the flu. Luckily Riley never got it.
It is currently 7:00am on December 1st I plan to go get some Christmas decor today. Riley is hunting and I'm not sure when he will be back.
I woke up and fixed me some hot coco to get in the mood. It is 38 degrees outside which is COLD for Alabama. I then put some Christmas music on while I get dressed for the day.
I had texted Loni last night and she said she wanted to go with me so she will be here soon.
I let my natural curly hair down and fixed it up a little more and got dressed with a little makeup.

Once Loni got there it was 8:10. We were both ready to go so I texted Riley knowing he wouldn't text back until he was out of the woods. Av- hey Ri me and Loni are gone Christmas shopping. Is there anything you need or want? Love you big goodluck
"So we both need a tree and a lot of decor for our homes" Loni said "Yes.. are you wanting a fake or real tree?" I asked her "Probably fake. It last longer and is cheaper" she said sipping her coffee
"Yeah Riley said just get a fake one and he didn't care about what decor I got. I know hobby lobby has outdoors ornaments I planning on getting some for the tree" I told her
"Oh that would be cute! I think I want a solid these tree" Loni said and I nodded
"Ohhhhh girl That would be cute!! I'm think my colors are going to be red, white and gold." I said turning onto the highway
We shopped and shopped and got lots and lots of things. Riley never texted me back and it is now 3:12 and we are headed home finally.
"Oh me I am exhausted." I told him and I sat down in my car
"Me too let's get home and take a nap and decorate later" she laughed And I agreed
"Yeah if Riley is home we may do a little tonight if not I'm going to take a nap" I said to her
We got back to mine and Riley's house and there were 5 other vehicles... nice trucks might I add.
Honestly I don't like to be a bother to Riley and his friends so I decided not to worry about them and just unpack and go on inside, thinking the guys would all be in the shop.
Loni and I got a arm full of bags "Hey let's take everything to my room. I'm going to his presents in there h til I can get them wrapped" I told her following behind her
