This is Evie the demonic lord of the lust ring, the horniest and the most sexiest demon in all of hell. This succubus has become very popular in both hell and on earth in her human form due to her ability to enhance everyone's desire for love and many other things that humans lust over. Before she became lord of the lust ring after dethroning Asmodeus, she was just a regular succubus demon, but then she rose to power and was able to bring down the former lord of the lust ring, who is now a little play mate for Evie.
Lucifer often used demons of the lust ring on several occasions due to their vast quantities and immense powers over human's desires. Whenever a lust demon comes to the human world and seduces a human into their trap, they drag their souls all the way to hell which makes them most useful for Lucifer and every other demon lord.

Lust demons are also called upon in hell to bring pleasure to every demon in every ring. One time however, Evie tried to seduce Lucifer in his castle, but Lilith was there to literally tear her hands off her man. Thank Satan for regeneration.
