Ellie drops her bags and quickly hugs you.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming home!"
"I thought mom would of told you"
Ellie shakes her head.
"Nope"
You both part from the hug and Ellie dumps her things on the sofa.
Mason comes out of the kitchen
"Who was-"
He's cut off by Ellie squealing and running towards him.
"MASON OMG"
He laughs.
"You good?" He says
"I am now that I've seen you" she replies.
You Scoff.
"Excuse me" you say.
Ellie faces you and giggles.
"I mean I am good now that I've seen both of you"
"That's what I thought" you say with a smug smile.
Mason and Ellie part from the hug.
"So what's for food"
she asks.
You and Mason look at each other.
"Were we meant to make food?" He asks you.
You shrug.
"No idea, mom didn't tell us to do anything"
"Where is mom" Ellie asks.
"Work" Mason says.
Ellie rolls her eyes.
"I'm not surprised she's always at that place"
You and Mason give her a sympathetic look.
"Soooo how's school" Mason asks Ellie to change the subject.
"Not bad" she says
She turns to you.
"Y/n can I ask you something?"
"Sure"
"Can I come and move in with you because I'm sick of living here"
You frown and look at Mason not knowing what to reply with.
"Ellie she doesn't have any space in her place"
"Okay what about yours then" she turns to Mason.
"I'm hardly home and i'm not having you live there by yourself in that neighbourhood"
Ellie sighs.
"Why don't you want to be here" you ask her.
"Well mom is hardly here and when she is she's bit of an ass towards us, dad's attention is always on Noah now, Noah is an ass hole towards me except mom dad Scarlett and Scarlett is constantly next door or at these Sumer camps so it's like living in hell and I can't cope"
You look at Mason and back at ellie.
"I'll tell you what once Marie is completely out I'll let you move in"
"Omg are you serious omg thank you thank you thank you" she says
"But" you continue
"You need to sort yourself out education wise if you want to go to college look for a college close to mine if you don't then fair enough but you need to get a job because the apartment isn't cheap"
"It will take me forever to find a job..no one wants a 16 year old" she says.
Thinking about the place where you work you say.
"When it comes closer to the time I will ask the people who I work for to give you a shot"
She nods and gives you a hug.
"Thank you" she says.
"No problem but don't tell mom..I told her something today and she acted all weird, I dread to think what she'll be like if she knows I'll let you stay with me"
"I won't" she replies.
Ellie stops hugging you and heads to the living room but before she does she tells you and Mason that she's going to put her things on her room.
You check your phone to see what time it was.
5:30pm Damn
You and Mason move to the living room after ellie goes upstairs.
Scarlett comes down stairs 10 minutes after ellie goes up.
She sits in between you and Mason.
"I'm Hungry" she says.
You look at Mason then back at her.
"I'm sure we've got snacks in the kitchen go help yourself to them" you say.
She shakes her head and groans.
"No I want real food"
You sigh.
"Mase should we order a take away?" You ask Mason.
"Sure" he says
You get off the sofa and pick up a take away leaflet.
You scan the menu.
"What pizza do you want?"you ask Mason.
"Meat feast"
"Chips?"
"Please"
"What drink?"
"Dr pepper"
"El what pizza do you want?"You say while looking at scarlett.
"Cheese please"
"Chips?"
"Yep"
"What drink?"
"Fanta"
"Alright"
You go walk toward the bottom of the stairs and shout up to ellie.
"El get your ass here" you shout.
She comes down stairs.
"What is it?"
"Scar is hungry and you know how bad she can get so we're getting pizza, what pizza do you want?"
"The Hawaiian one please"
"Do you want chips"
She shakes her head.
"Wedges"
"Alright, what drink?"
"Vimto"
You go back into the living room and call up the pizza place
Person:hello Rio's pizza
You:hi can I have a delivery please
Person:sure what would you like
You:I would like two lots of chips and two lots of wedges
Person: anything else?
Well of course
You: yes, I'd like the meat feast pizza
Person: what size?
You: 14" please
Person:anything else?
You:yes I'd also like a cheese pizza a veggie pizza and a Hawaiian pizza
Person: what size
You: hang on let me ask my sister
"Scar how many slices do you want 6 8 or 10"
"6 please" she replies
You turn to ellie
"What size do you want?"
"12"
"Alright"
You:I'd like the cheese pizza to be 10" and the Hawaiian to be 12" and the veggie one to be 12"
Person:okay, what drinks would you like?
You: "can I have a Dr Pepper a Fanta orange a vimto and a Pepsi please"
Person:is that all?
You:yes
The person tells you the total and you tell them the address.
You put your phone on the table.
"Done"
"What did you get mom?"Ellie asks.
"Nothing she should of been here instead of pissing off to work"you reply.
