you open the door without looking through the peep hole
you freeze and your heart starts to pound even quicker
this isnt the time to cry girl
he's panting why is he panting is he nervous angry
"we need to talk" he says
you nod "we do..come in"
you move out of the way so he can come in
"who was it" mason asks
"oh..hey..i will go in the shower..gives you time to talk" tom nods at mason and you give him a little smile. before going up stairs mason hugs you and kisses your head and you hug him tightly back
"you can do this and remember whatever happens i'm here for you" you nod at him and he goes.

tom waits for the sound of the shower before speaking
"i will let you speak first" he says
you nod.
"okay..firstly I'm not cheating on you and you was so  out of order for hitting Jeffrey when he's not even involed in what's happening"
tom scoffs "well i wouldn't of hit him if you didn't go awol and ghosted me..what else was i supposed to think i just lost it"
you nod.
"so what is it then..everything was going amazing _________ so i just don't understand"
"tom im pregnant" you say cutting him off
he lowers himself onto the sofa slowly..colour draining from his face.

He's  quiet for a while which makes you nervous
"say something" you ask and he doesn't
"okay..so i found out i was pregnant and i panicked because of what you said the once when we were in bed reguarding children..i just didnt know how to tell you and either way i'd lose you and i really don't want that..i can't lose you again.."

you nibble your lip "tom please say something"
"I'm thinking" he finally says
"thinking on how to breakup with me? just do it quickly"
he shakes his head "I'm not thinking about that"
"then what?" you ask
tom puts his head in his hands and sighs "everything..apart from that"
few seconds go by
"you're pregnant" he asks you nod
"yeah"
"and its mine?" he cringes "wait dont answer that of course its mine..god..how..how long are you"
"i think the nurse said like a month or two i can't clearly remember"
tom looks up "you've been to the hospital?"
you nod "yeah..mason made me go..the nurse sat down and spoke to me about things and she did an ultrasound"
"an ultrasound already?"
you nod "yeah"
"christ"
"you couldnt see much..just this thing floating about" tom looks at your stomach and then back at your face "the nausea was that because of"
he gestures to your stomach.
"it was a mixture between a bug and that"
tom nods "okay"
you look at him "so...are you mad.."
he shakes his head "no..i can't be mad at you..i should of worn protection"
ouch
"are you disapointed that I'm pregnant" you whisper "I'm not no..shocked yes..confused yes..numb yes but not disapointed or mad"
but you didnt say you were happy..
A few minutes go by
"i need some water i dont feel that great" you say as you walk to the kitchen but everything goes dark
"shit mason"
"what the fuck did you do to her"
"i didn't do anything she just collapsed"
"oh my god"
"what?"
"she she shes bleeding"
"call an ambulance"

You open your eyes
you're in a room that doesn't look familiar
you look around
hospital room you're in a hospital
where is tom and mason
oh there they are
they're speaking to a nurse?
why am i here
try getting up
shit i'm stuck to something
a cord..a bag ugh
my stomach hurts real bad must of ate something dodgy

"shes awake" you hear then tom and mason come in the room with a nurse
you look at them confused
"hello _____ i'm Nina i'm in charge of this ward today its nice to meet you" she says
"i wish i could say the same" you half joke
"why am i here..i was at my brothers speaking to my um yeah and then i'm here"
you sit up due to their faces turning serious
"_______ you were bought in by ambulance because you passed out...there's no other way in me telling you this but you've had a miscarriage"
"you said she was okay" your brother says to the nurse "she is now"
