Jisoo Kim really thought the chair in front of her to remain empty, in fact she knew that the chair in front of her would remain empty but the universe had other plans
Because as she was enjoying a cup of coffee and a donut on her favorite spot of her favorite coffee shop and the tranquility it provides when a blonde haired woman dashed towards her and sat on the empty seat
"Hi, do you mind if I sit my psycho ex girlfriend is looking for me" the girl says in a rush and little breathless
She seemed to be holding her breath waiting for Jisoo to speak but she couldn't - in all of her years she wasn't prepared for this so she just nods and goes back to her coffee
Jisoo bows her head a little to hide the blush coating her cheeks, there are two things in the world that makes her heat up one is her allergy to dogs and cute girls
She wasn't used to people approaching her since she was told she emits frosty and reserved vibes which is why all of her college group mates suddenly becomes studios when she's on the group - people are scared of her but the girl in front of her
Because she was staring at Jisoo without a tinge of shame
"Do I have something on my face?" She asks the girl
"Yes- I mean no. Your face...its just way too beautiful to be true"
Jisoo blushes again and before she could speak, a another girl approaches their table
"Hi, Chaeyoung"
The face 'Chaeyoung' makes - makes Jisoo thinks the new girl is the ex she's trying to escape
"Suzy, can't you see I'm with company"
"Who is she?" The new girl asks without as much as a glance on her way and Jisoo raised an eyebrow
"Guess - babe, I'm sorry this is Suzy and she was just leaving" Chaeyoung beats her into speaking first but doesn't mean Jisoo can't say a thing or two that could destroy Suzy's entire being and reason to live but she bites back her tongue because the said girl is now kneeling beside Chaeyoung
The eyes of the girl in front of her widens and she looks at Jisoo for help
"Chaeyoung, come on. Don't be like that - what we had was special"
Chaeyoung was pissed, it was obvious from the way her hands are balled into a fists, Jisoo is quite worried that she might smack the living daylights out of her ex
"You fucking cheated"
"It was an accident!" Suzy reasons and Chaeyoung scoffed
"You were returning a book in the library and what your pants fell off?"
They were getting some stares from the other people in the room so Jisoo decides she had enough of this drama
Jisoo stands up, "Babe?" She tentatively calls and Chaeyoung looks up at her, "as much as I want to divulge into this drama, I'll be late for class"
Chaeyoung blinks once then twice, "but if you want to this little idiot try to weasel back in your life I'm down to skipping class"
"No. Let's go"
Jisoo offered her hand which Chaeyoung grabs and she noticed the marks on the girl's palm from clenching her fist too much. Once they were out of earshot Jisoo lets go and gives her the handkerchief on her pocket - she had a billion things on her mind but she was gonna be late to class so she says,
