Chaeyoung have been teased and bullied by her friends relentlessly for being the only one in their group who still doesn't have a license - and yes, they are all working adults
She wasn't bothered by that during high school throughout college and even in grad school but now she's getting tired of begging her friends to drive her around and getting a lyft so she decides to enroll in driving classes and apply for a driver's license -- two towns away from her house, don't say a word.
Not a word.
No.
She tells herself she doesn't want to embarrass herself more with her friends but the cab fair was starting to shake that reason, with a huff she enters the low rise building
T.R. sounds a little sketchy but she shrugs off any remaining sense of safety she has considering she will try driving a death machine - okay, maybe she's a bit scared of driving
It's not her fault that she can't get her nerves to calm down every time she's responsible for... well anything (another reason she isn't a doctor, hear that mom)
And driving a car exactly falls into that scope
"Uh...good morning?" She says unsurely at the receptionist who looks a little too giddy for her liking, and that coming from her is a something
"Good morning!" The lady chirped, "I'm Joy, welcome to R.T."
Joy, huh that makes sense
"Uh..Joy what exactly is R.T.? I booked a driving lesson and this doesn't exactly look like a driving school"
Joy giggled in amusement, "you're not from around here aren't you? R.T. is somewhat a vocational school for this town created our very own Sooya Kim"
What kind of name is Sooya?
"Oh" Chaeyoung says, "so the lesson...?"
"Oh right, proceed in the back exit over there" Joy says pointing at a certain hallway, "I'll have one of our teachers meet you to begin your lesson"
"Thanks" she bows and went to the said exit
A good five minutes have passed when a voice startles her
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you" the lady says with a chuckle, "I tend to forget driver students are a little jumpy on the first day"
Chaeyoung being her already did her research in driving, one is to focus and a bunch of other stuffs that went out of her head as she stares at the beautiful lady in front of her
Holy crap, my teacher is an absolute goddess
She proceeds to stare for a good minute before learning how to speak again, "I-uh... I'm Chaeyoung-"
"I know, I got your file" the goddess says raising the folder in her hands, "I'm Sooya"
So she's the owner, that's why she's dressed so... exquisitely
She isn't usually judgy or pays any attention to how people dress but she can't help but notice the designer clothes that hug the lady in front of her in all the right ways
"So... what do I owe the owner for being my teacher?" She tries to joke
It worked, Sooya laughs and her heart jumps out of her body, "nothing, I'm the one responsible for driving lessons"
"What made you build this...school? Not judging but you don't exactly scream teacher and all" she continues the conversation
Sooya looks a little perplexed by her question so quickly jump to explain herself
