“Is it okay to leave her like that?” Lust asked, leading Malphas inside the grand castle which had been abandoned decades ago. If anything, the castle was once used by Lucifer as his home, but then he decided to put it away for unknown reasons. Still, the castle was twelve feet high and the domes were bigger than the average. The archways were a splendid work of art; it rose like the tips of needles, reaching the sky. Although it was old, the castle contained a lot of valuable information. The castle was said to be the first place where Lucifer fell. The scriptures and mosaics around the French windows were filled with moving pictures, showing the beginning of beginning.

Lust touched the iron-metal door, and then it unlocked itself. A series of patterns with its clockwork figure started to unhinge and turn. A click was heard until it opened wide.

Inside was a vast space filled with cobwebs and dust. A broken chandelier was on the floor, its glittering diamonds were scattered everywhere. Darkness surrounded the other rooms, and it was never-ending. At the center of a room was a golden seat, which was Lucifer’s former throne. Not anyone could sit on it due to a protective circle surrounding it. The circle had burning flames, the only source of light in the empty void of a castle. It looked like Lucifer had not even bothered to shut the place down, which meant it still somehow held important information.

Lust motioned for Malphas to follow him, leading him to a set of glass staircase, winding up to the very top of the side tower. As they went higher, Malphas noticed each floor. Each floor was different than the other. The first three were empty; he concluded that it might be Lucifer’s spare rooms. On the fourth and fifth floor, different kinds of plants sprouted up, and most of them were attached with thorns. As for the sixth floor, it contained big cages, and Malphas could hear the wild growl of every wild beast. When he glanced at them, the wild beasts bowed their heads, respecting him. Malphas’s aura resembled Lucifer’s; after all, Malphas was Lucifer’s right hand.

The rest of the walls were painted with ancient language. Not everyone could understand it, but Malphas could. It was sort of Lucifer’s diary during his stay at the castle.

I am the Morningstar. I shall put everything in place.

Then there were arrows and signs, pointing upwards. They have reached the ceiling, and Lust clapped his hands until a trapdoor appeared. He slid it over at the side as they both ascended up above.

Finally, they stopped. The room held a lot of books and scattered papers and ink. Feathers were falling everywhere, and there were a lot of books, some were torn, but most could still be read. The library was the first room that was engulfed with brilliance of light. Unlike any other rooms in the castle, this one had light. This one looked so new it was hard to consider it was part of the castle.

What made it different were the posters posted on the wall. It had the drawings of relics, the spells and summoning, and most importantly, the image of the archangels. The archangels stood their ground, their faces were blank, and not a hint of emotion could be seen. They were stone-blank. However, each of them held pride and glory together with their wide-spread enormous wings and holy swords.
