Welcome y'all!

I'm so glad you found my second book. I'm so excited to share Mason's story with you. You're up for a roller coaster of fun, attraction, sarcasm and the thin line between love and hate.

Waves can be read as a stand-alone. However, the story is somewhat connected to my first book 'Fate' where the male MC is introduced. So maybe you might want to read that first or if you're lazy (I don't blame you, I am too) you can only read the chapters he appears in which are 23,24 / 33, 34 and 48).

Disclaimer: I've never been to Australia, so this book is completely based on what I read, researched and imagined. Plus, it's completely fictional (so is the town this story mainly takes place in) and probably loaded with clichés. This is your warning now. Please don't come for me.

This book is a first draft and nowhere near perfect. There are mistakes and plot holes which I'm going to try and fix if you point them out nicely.

Below you'll find a collage of what I imagine our main characters look like, as well as a a few songs that inspired me or reminded me of the two MCs. The pictures and songs are just an inspiration and especially the songs do not connect to the plot.

Before we get to that though, I have a few reminders:

1. Nobody's perfect. English is not my first language and I make mistakes. Please bear with me.

2. Keep it friendly. Be respectful. Rude, racist or sexist comments directed to other readers, characters or in general won't be tolerated.

3. Stop reading if you don't like my story. I write my stories for myself, and it takes a lot of courage to put my mental blurb out there. So do me a favor, if you don't like it, stop reading it.

4. Mature content. This book will contain smut, alcohol, foul language, drugs etc. Our MCs are very outspoken, and our MMC's even more graphic in his mind. Don't read, if you don't feel comfortable with that or if you are a child. The mature rating is there for a reason.
