Y/n's P.O.V

Sarah and I are at the bonfire. I was waiting for Jordan, but I can't get the conversation Clark and I had out of my head.

Flashback

"Are you adopted?" asked Clark.

"Um...I don't think so," I said. "Why do you ask?" That was a random question

"I'm...so confused... I don't know...what?" He runs his finger through his hair, walking back and forth . Then he stops, looks at me, grabs a metal water bottle, and gives it to me.

"Here," Clarks said,

"Thanks, but I'm not thirsty," I said.

"Not to drink, I need you to squeeze this as hard are you can," Clarks says

"Umm...okay?" I squeeze the bottle, and nothing happened until I see a slight dent in where my fingers were, but I lied and said

"Perfectly normal, you don't need to worry," I said

"So, you don't feel any different?" asked Clark

"Nope," I told smiley. Clark looked relieved

"Just come to me if you start to feel different," said Clark

"That's ok I will just ask my Mom," I said

"No!" He pauses " No. Promise me you will come and ask me?" he asks

"Fine, I promise."

Flashback Ends

Then Jordan brought me back to reality by asking

"Hey, are you ok?" he asked

"Ya, I just remembered something," I said

"Cool, um do you want to talk maybe get to know each other a little bit better?" he asks.

"Sure," then we start to walk.

"Hey, can I ask you something? I don't know if this personal, but if it is, you don't have to answer it at all," I say, kinda rambling.

"Sure," he says, chuckling.

"Why do you take medication? Because after the whole incident, I heard you say something about medication?" I asked

"I don't think I ever told you I take meds," he says cautiously

"No, I heard you say it. Meh, I must have a better hearing than I thought," I said

"I guess, but anyhow I take medication for my anxiety. I have a social development issue, meaning I'm closed off, but for some reason, your easy to talk to." He said. I look to the ground to hide the fact I'm blushing, but all that aside, that was weird, the whole hearing thing, I mean do I have...nahhh. I couldn't have it.

"I'm thirsty. Do you want something to drink?" I offer

"Sure," he says. I go to get two bottles of water, and I give them to him.

"Do you mind? I need to do something real quick," I asked

"Ya, go ahead," he said. I walked away pulled out my phone.

Me: Clark, I think there is something wrong with me

It takes him a couple of minutes to reply

Clark: What is it?

Me: I think I have super hearing

Clark: How?

Then I hear yelling

Me: Can't talk now, gtg

Then I got off my phone and walked towards the yelling...It was Jonathan and Jordan

"What the hell, man," someone said

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to," Jordan said

" He said he's sorry. What else do you want?" Said Jonathan. I walked up to them.

"Hey, what going on, fellas?" I asked

"This Idiot split water all over me," the guy said

"Look, back off, ok? He didn't mean too" He pushes me to the ground; Jordan gets mad and tries to fight back, but also gets pushed to the ground. It was up to Jonathan and the guys; Jonathan punches him repeatedly but misses most of them, and the guy hits Jonathan until he falls to the ground too.

The guy punches Jonathan; I look at Jordan, who looks mad; all of a sudden, a bright light shines near Jordan and blasts the bonfire, causing a massive explosion. The fire was everywhere, I look at Jonathan, and he's on the ground unconscious, and Jordan's eyes are stinging red, what...just...happened, what was that mysterious bright light that came out of nowhere?

And how did it cause the fire to explode, me, Jordan, and Jonathan were on the ground helpless, I managed to get up to check on both of the boys, moments later, firefighters, nurses, and the police arrived, then I see Clark,

"What happened?" asked Clark; I explain to him what happened

"Did you see anything else?" he asked, worried. "No, not that I can think of," I lied

"Are you sure?" he asked to make sure

"No, I lied," I said truthfully.
