Sidharth makes a healthy schedule for her. He take care of her medicines diet plan and all. He didn't let her do anything instead of her so much insisting.

Shehnaaz : Sidhaaaarthhhh
Sidharth : hmm
Shehnaaz : Tumhe office nhii jana yahan vale!?
Sidharth : Kyu tumhe mere saath rehna acha nhii lag rhaa!?
Shehnaaz whines : Nhiiiii budhu

Sidharth look at her and smiles : Jab koi important meeting hoggi tab jaunga. Otherwise ghar se hii dekhunga sab kuch.

Shehnaaz : Sidhaaaarthhhh tum mere liye itna kuch kyun kr rhe ho!?

Sidharth look at her for good time and smiles.
Sidharth loudly said in heart : Because I love You❤️

Shehnaaz snapped her fingers and ask him : where have you lost!?

Sidharth nodded in no.
Sidharth : Because you are my friend and I can do anything for my friends.
Shehnaaz look at him with so much of innocence : For every Friend!?
Sidharth smiles and cups her face : No..Only For Special friends whom I love the most.

Shehnaaz smiles and hug him tight.
Shehnaaz : Sidhaaaarthhhh Tum bhut ache ho. Tum itne ache kyun ho!?
She asked cutely.

Sidharth chukles : Bs aisa hi hoon maii.
Shehnaaz giggles and said : Tum Aise hi mujhe bht psnd ho.
Sidharth smiles at her and hold her tight.

Sidharth : Acha Listen are you ready!?
Shehnaaz collides her brows : For what !?
Sidharth : Your First Chemotherapy.
Shehnaaz looks down.
Sidharth hold her hand : Baby Don't worry. I will be there for your entertainment.
Shehnaaz giggles.

Next Day

They reached hospital in the morning. Shehnaaz hold his hand tightly. Sidharth blink his eyes in assurance.

Sidharth help her to lay on the bed. Nurse come to her for applying cannula. She was frightened to see the cannula.

Shehnaaz close her eyes and said : Sidhaaaarthhhh.
Sidharth gesture nurse to continue. He hide her face his chest and said sweet things in her ear.

Nurse smile at them and said done.
She start administering the chemotherapy drugs according to the prescription of Doctor.

Sidharth sitting on the stool near her bed. He crack jokes and do many more things to distract her mood. Shehnaaz jst look at him with a smile.

Chemotherapy will take 5 hours to complete.

So to pass the time he plays songs and put headphones on her and his ears.
They both enjoy the songs. Sidharth do everything to make her happy. His heart knows only her happiness Matters to him.

Shehnaaz also so fond of Sidharth. He always take her heart away with his caring and loving nature. Yes we can say that She got emotionally attached with him. But she try her best to hide her feelings.

The hospital staff also witness their cute chemistry. As they start arguing there on songs and then both after sometime select one song.

They return after a long day. Shehnaaz was hell tired. Sidharth make her sit on the couch.
She close her eyes and put her head back. Sidharth sits beside her.

Sidharth : Baby
Shehnaaz didn't open her eyes : hmm
Sidharth : Need head massage.
Shehnaaz open her eyes and look at him : Sidhaaaarthhhh Tum thakte nahi ho.
Sidharth chukles and kissed her hand : Not for you.
Shehnaaz smiles.
He slowly start massaging her head. Shehnaaz feels relax and then she thinks something.

Shehnaaz : Sidharth
Sidharth : hmm
Shehnaaz : You Know Your life partner would be so lucky to have you.
Sidharth : No she is lucky for me.
Shehnaaz startles and look at him.
Shehnaaz narrow her eyes and ask : Who is she!?
Sidharth chukles : Someone Special.
He start playing with her.
Shehnaaz didn't  like to listen about any other girl's name from his mouth. Her feelings reflects on her face.

Sidharth chukles to see her reaction.
Shehnaaz control her emotions and said : But why don't you tell me before. I asked you Sidharth.

Sidharth : Yeah...Because at that time I don't feel like telling.
Her unknown feelings hurt to listen this .
Shehnaaz slowly ask : Whose that girl Sidharth !? Do I know her!?
Sidharth : Jantii hogiii but ache se nahii. I know her best.
He is talking about her.
Shehnaaz frowns : To tum to jante hi hogge na.
She stands and said : I am feeling tired. Mai room mein jaa rhii hun.
Sidharth nodded and control his laugh.

Sidharth is happy to see her jealous for herself.😂

Sidharth make dinner for both and take it their room.
Shehnaaz is sitting on bed and talking to his mother on call.
Shehnaaz : Maa apko pta hai ajj kal koii humse kuch chupa raha haii.
Sidharth chukles to see her.
Sidharth take phone and put it on speaker.
Maa : Kisne kya chupaya tujhse.
Sidharth : Maa ko pta hai sab kuch.
Shehnaaz widens her eyes : Haww maa apko bhi pta haii. Apne bhi nhii btaya mujhe.
Sidharth laughs
Maa : Koi mujhe bhi btayega kis baare mein!?
Sidharth : Maa ussi ke baare mein jisse maii bhut pyaar karta hoon.
Shehnaaz : Maa mai apse naraaz hun.

His mother understands what's the matter. She is happy to see their childer happy.

Maa : Arrey bacha naraaz mat ho. Mujhe lga tujhe pta hoga.
Shehnaaz : Maa apko voh psnd hai!?
Maa : Yes, She is my favourite.
Shehnaaz feels more Sad by listening to this.
She slowly said Oki.
Maa : Acha ab dono dinner kro. Or Sidharth merii bachi ko tang nhii karna.
Sidharth : Oki maa Love you.
They cut the call.

Both have their dinner in the room.
Sidharth is giving her medicine when he got a call from his office employee.

Sidharth gesture shehnaaz to take the medicine. He came out to take the call. Shehnaaz is in no mood to take the medicines. She throw the medicine in dustbin.

She came out and turn on the TV to watch. She is watching TV when Sidharth comes. He smiles to see her and kissed her forehead. She genuinely smile this time.

Sidharth go to room to take his laptop. When his eyes falls on open dustbin. He confused to see it open. He goes to close it when he sees her medicine there. He take out the medicines. He is angry with the fact that she doesn't take her medicines.

Sidharth come out with medicines in his hand.
Sidharth : Shehnaaz tumne medicine lii!?
Shehnaaz doesn't look at him : Hn hn li na maine.
She close her eyes after lying to him.
His anger rises with her lie.

He come frward and put his hand with medicines in front of her face. Shehnaaz startles to see the medicines.

Sidharth sternly said : I hate liers Shehnaaz.
