Chapter 15

Hawk and I haven't talked since everything went down yesterday. He thinks I cheated on him but I didn't, he should know I'd never do that. Tory only made things worse by not telling him what actually happened. I can't believe she just kept quiet. 

For the past hour, my phone has been blowing up with texts from Tory and the group chat. But I can't get myself to check it. I don't want to check my texts if they aren't from Him.

Karate gang
Miguel: You guys coming to moons party later?
Tory: bet. never say no to a party
Hawk: yea sure.
Miguel: Lillian wbu?
Tory: don't bother asking. she hasn't answered any of my texts, she's probably sleeping.
Hawk: Yea "sleeping"
Tory: Drop it Hawk. She didn't cheat on you. She was the only trying to push him away but I agreed to let them come with us.
Hawk: then explain the picture. They literally look like they were flirting.
Tory: A little picture and you assume that. At that exact moment she was telling him to fuck off and actually for your information she told him she had a boyfriend but he kept pushing.

 It makes me mad how Tory just decided now to talk about last night. But I feel that even if she said something last night, it wouldn't have made Hawk think any differently of what happened. 

After the chemo I got a couple of days ago I feel it finally kicking in. I woke up this morning feeling like crap. My legs, head, and chest all hurt. I don't even think I could stand up if I tried.

My mom and I haven't talked since everything went down at the hospital. I don't want to hear her side or Johnny's. How do you keep it a secret for this long that he's my actual father instead of some deadbeat? 

I fell asleep for a couple of hours since I feel horrible. My phone has been blowing up with calls from Tory, Miguel, and surprisingly Hawk. The time is already 9pm so the party would have started by now.

As much as I want to fix things with Hawk, I'm not in the mood. I feel disgusting and tired. I call Miguel. 

"Finally you answer, god Lillian where are you!?" He snaps.

"Calm down. i'm at home, why?"

"Well I just saw Hawk making out with some girl. Are you guys still together?" He asks. My heart drops as I hear the words come through the speaker. 

"He's...making out with some girl" I mumble to myself. "I thought we were still together but I guess not," I tell him, disappointedly. 

"I'm sorry, Lil. I'm only asking where you are because Demetri just made a whole embarrassing speech about him in front of everyone so I think Hawks coming to find you. He mentioned something about "messing up" " he quotes. 

"What? No, I don't want him here." I rush to Hawks contact and turn off sharing location with him. 

"Do you want me to come over? You know just in case he does." 

"Yea, if that's alright with you," I tell him. 

Right when I hang up I get a face time call from Tory. I sigh and decide to answer it.

"What" I say. As I look at her she has sadness and darkness in her eyes.

"I know you're mad at me right now but I need your help"

"Go on" I say.

"Well we both got cheated on tonight" My eyes go wide.

"What? Miguel cheated on you? With who!"

"That fucking bitch, Sam LaRusso" 

"Wow, did he engage it?" she nods.

"I'm going to get her back on the first day of school. And I need you're help."

"Yea whatever you need"

"Great, i'll text you the details." I nod and she hangs up.

God, I can't believe Miguel would cheat on her. Maybe he was drunk like at the Canyon but either way if he really loved her he wouldn't do that. The same goes with Hawk. I really have my answer her with what to do with the Hawk situation.
