This story is inspired by the song titled, Capital Letters. Lalin Pam Chalerm, has always kept her heart tucked away, careful not to show the world what she feels. She overthinks, doubts herself, and fears getting too close. She knows how to chase deadline, yet when it comes to love, she keeps her feelings hidden, afraid of being vulnerable.

In a story of longing, miscommunication, and the delicate balance between love and freedom, they struggle to understand each other. She yearns for love without losing herself, and he yearns for closeness without losing trust. But when love pulls in opposite directions, can they ever meet in the same rhythm? Music is her anchor. This is mainly for me to look back on my journey with ARFID. I'll probably post about food related victories. I don't think/know if anything might possibly trigger anything but if talk about food and issues like that trigger you, maybe don't read this. Also like I'll celebrate your food victories with you and feel free to celebrate mine. I may end up venting on here to, most likely about arfid but maybe also other mental health problems.
