Persephone, goddess of springtime, enjoys her peaceful yet dull lifestyle with her strict mother, Demeter. When she is suddenly captured by the god of death, however, she realizes that not everything is as it seems. Trapped in the underworld, will she manage to escape and win back her life? Or perhaps is there a darker side to her that wants to embrace her new identity as queen of the underworld?

Wtf am I doing with my life, but anyway I can't find any stories. Licorice and Pomegranate are falling for each other but don't want to admit it, the other cookies of darkness however, want the two to know they like each other. Licorice cookie is my favorite character so deal with this semi fluff semi angst x reader fic (also idk if it is considered slowburn though it definitely isn't too fast) The art is mine! (I have no idea why the back looks like glitter but I thought it was cool) Have a nice read!!

A rewrite of a beautiful Roman mythology love story between Pluto, the king of the underworld (also known as hades) and Proserpina (also known as Persephone) the daughter and descendant of Ceres (also known as Demeter) the mother of nature. Originally written by Nathaniel Hawthorne. My rewrite with turn Pluto, the antagonist as he's seen, into the main character to share his sadness as he watches Proserpina from below, and focusing more on Pluto's thoughts and life style. The drawings above the chapters are not mine but if found them to be very beautiful so I wanted to add some color to my book.

'But, I love you'" Persephone, the daughter of Demeter. Hades, eldest son of the Titan, Kronos. Persephone, goddess of flowers, springtime and vegetation. Hades, god of the Underworld. One brings life, the other death. Yet... One day, while picking flowers Persephone finds herself ripped from all she loves and taken to a dreadful place. And... Hades, finds himself, staring down a woman that differs like the night and day from him. How will this story go down?

The story of Hades and Persephone is a famous love story, so here's my take on the well known greek myth. I changed the story a little bit to fit my liking. Disclaimer: I do not own Greek Mythology or any of the characters.
