"She was my Naina, my Fireball, my Angry bird. I thought she'd understand me." "No! You're lying, Neil. I'll never trust you. You ruin everything! Don't ever show me your face again. I hate you!" Neil Khurana (27): Cold, arrogant, and dangerously intelligent-Neil Khurana has always been a man of control. Feared by many, respected by all, he never let emotions make him weak. But then came Naina. His fiercest rival, his unexpected friend, and the only woman who ever made him feel something real. Until a single night destroyed it all. One fight. One mistake. And then-she was gone. Now, haunted by the past and drowning in regrets, he's left with nothing but a bitter truth: Love was never meant for him. Naina Arora (26): Fiery, ambitious, and fiercely independent-Naina Arora never backed down from a challenge. Especially not from Neil Khurana, the insufferable senior who became the most unexpected part of her life. Hate turned into something neither of them saw coming. But just when she thought she had him figured out, he shattered her trust. And this time, there was no turning back. Some stories end in love. Theirs ended in heartbreak. This is the second book to the trilogy, delving into the realm of the present moment. It beautifully captures the essence of today's hopes, thoughts, and dreams, showcasing both the bright and dark facets of life. Unlike its predecessor, "The Girl With The Gift," which elegantly portrayed my journey from the past to the present, this book immerses you in the here and now.

Taking two cups in my hand. The moment I turned around I clash with something, well to be correct on Someone. But before I can fall, a strong hand got wrapped around me, making me steady. Coming back to my senses my gaze falls on his white shirt which is now daubed with coffee. "Holyshit" I swear, and he gave me the death look. "Sorry" I apologize "For what? For swearing so freely or for making my day great by pouring on coffee." "For both, sorry, I can help you with a shirt or buy you a cup of coffee?" "No need, just walk with your open eyes. That would be a lot better." ~ AAYAN KASHAYAP. The first grandson, the eldest brother, the eldest son of the family. Where ever he goes he drips with empowerment, and dominance, and makes a room seem small wherever he stands. He's not arrogant but he knows his attitude. He's not rude to others but he maintains professionalism even with strangers. It's not that he doesn't feel anything, he's just not used to feeling and expressing it. SMIRA AGARWAL The youngest daughter, younger sister, and youngest member of the family. She believes TOO MUCH. She's filled with elegance and kindness, she sees the world with the most beautiful and positive aspects. She feels every emotion but doesn't let it known to others. She holds every pain she feels inside her and smiles brightly. ~ What will happen? when these two humans where one doesn't know how to express their emotions and one doesn't express it meet. Waves of emotions gonna hit together, pain, love, care, gonna bloom. But the thing is; are they gonna fight to be with each other when they find they are drowning in each other's love? I said reluctantly correcting him, as he mistook me with the ring. "Oh! So, is it a YES?" he asks with sparkles in his eyes. "Sorry! But I don't want to get into these stuffs... at least right now!" I said, knowing it'll hurt him. "But don't you worry! We'll be good friends!" I told him to cheer him up. He passed me a weak smile and went to his locker, as I went to mine. While her friends navigated first crushes and messy heartbreaks, she stayed on the sidelines, guarded by childhood scars and memories she never dared to reopen. Love, for her, was never roses and poetry. It was screaming behind closed doors. It was promises broken. It was her father's fists and her mother's silence. But then came a quiet night, a little too lonely... and a best friend's push toward something she'd sworn off - a dating app. One swipe. One match. One stranger with soft words and quiet depth. He was nothing like she expected. Mysterious. Gentle. Patient. He didn't ask for much - just conversation. Just honesty. Just her time. And against everything she'd taught herself to fear, she gave it to him. What began as pixels on a screen slowly became something real. Something tender. Something that felt dangerously close to love. But love, like people, can hold secrets. And the closer she gets to him, the closer she gets to truths that could either break her completely - or finally set her free.
