Meanwhile in Islington & Hackney...
Derek Monroe and Rainbow Topaz are running down the street and they hide behind a wall together as 2 Clan Kelley thugs run down the road and not spot them. They go back the same way they came and run that way.
Clan Kelley thug: "Where'd they go?!"
Clan Kelley thug 2: "Ah forget about 'em. Ballocks they stole my drugs."
As Derek and Rainbow Topaz walk down the road towards the other boroughs, Rainbow Topaz puts Kelley's drugs in a bin and walk away.
Derek: "That was so close. But hey, we got rid of their drugs at least."
Rainbow Topaz kisses his forehead and holds him close to her. They walk into the Tower Hamlets borough and he reads some profiles of some random pedestrians.

Derek: "Hm, interesting. Anything you see, Rainbow?"
Rainbow Topaz hacks into a profile and she reads it.

Rainbow Topaz: "Nothing. Hm, this is slightly tricky."
Derek hacks into a profile and something catches his eye. The man of the profile he hacks into is a member of the Kelleys.

Heading to another Clan Kelley territory
Derek: "I...guess we can try and recruit him. I mean, recruiting a member of those guys isn't that hard, right?"
Bagley: "Actually, it is. How about we invite him to a pub and talk about our feelings? Or maybe we can share personal thoughts about Albion."
Derek chuckles and looks at Oscar. Who's dressed in a Clan Kelley hoodie, Clan Kelley, T-Shirt, Red tracksuit pants, red sneakers, and a Clan Kelley baseball cap.
Derek: "But anyway Bagley, for real. How are we supposed to recruit a member of the Kelleys?"
Bagley: "Try finding out about what's bothering him. Look deeper into his profile to find out."
Derek: "Hm, alright."
He hacks deeper into his profile and discovers that Oscar is being blackmailed by someone. They head to the location where the blackmailer might be.
Derek: "The blackmailer might be here. Let's go Rainbow."
Rainbow Topaz: "On it."
They look around for a vehicle and they spot an autonomous cab that looks like a computer mouse.
Derek: "Ok...I guess that will do."
They get in and Derek takes control of the vehicle's system. They drive to the location at full speed and arrive. Derek gets out and looks around the area and spots someone in a Kelley outfit. It's the blackmailer, he's also on Oscar's side.
Derek: "A Kelley blackmailing another Kelley? Ironic."
Then, Derek hacks into the blackmailer's system and erases his blackmail data. The blackmailer looks at his phone in shock.
Blackmailer: "Huh? What the- No, no, no, no, no! DAMMIT!"
Derek: "And...blackmail erased. Alright, Rainbow let's go."
They get back in the car and drive away. Then Bagley speaks to them.
Bagley: "Well done, and by the way, I have good news about our prospect, AKA the Kelley you helped."
Rainbow: "What's it about Bagley?"
Bagley: "Nothing from him. But something from me. Anyway, I arranged a meeting for him and you 2 to meet near Tower Bridge and outside the Tower Of London.
Derek: "Hm, alright."
They arrive at their destination and see Oscar, the Kelley they're recruiting just standing there. Derek and Rainbow Topaz exit the car and walk to him, catching his attention.
(Oscar's appearance. He's a new OC for you @LordRedsontlborn! Any character your OC, Derek recruits, is a new OC for you!)
Oscar: "Huh? What on Earth do you 2 want?"
Derek: "You look like someone who wants to leave a dystopian nightmare. We can help you with that."
Oscar: "Are you 2 with DedSec? Oh man, I can really use your help."
Derek: "We can help you. Just tell us what's wrong?"
Oscar: "It's Albion. They've threatened to deport a friend of mine back to Jamaica. I don't know what to do, but they tell me that they'll threaten to kill me if I show myself at one of their stations which contains their data about my friend."
Derek: "Dang...seems very...insane I guess."
Oscar: "You can put it that way."
Derek: "Right, let's sort this thing out. Come on, Rainbow."
Rainbow: "On it."
They re-enter their stolen car and drive towards the location Bagley marks which is a police station taken over by Albion. It's the New Scotland Yard. It's in Westminster.
Derek: "This will be taking quite a while. The location is in the Westminster borough."
They drive for 5 minutes and they finally arrive at the location. There, they get out and walk towards the entrance of the police station. They walk inside but not into the restricted areas yet.
Derek: "Right, Rainbow, use that new spiderbot of yours."
Rainbow: "On it."
She grabs it from her pocket and places it on the ground and controls it and gets it to enter the vents and into the restricted areas. There, she sees an Albion security guard typing on a console which is the one containing the deportation info. Rainbow Topaz uses her spiderbot to take down the guard by climbing onto his face and electrocuting him.
Albion guard: "Huh? AH! AAHH! MMHH!!"
*ZZZZZAAAAAPPP*
Albion guard: "MMMMMMM!!!!!!"
The guard falls onto the ground unconscious and Rainbow Topaz gets the spiderbot to plug a wire from it into the console and erase the deportation data.
Bagley: "Deportation data erased! Now scarper or they'll kill you for sure!"
The spiderbot returns to Rainbow Topaz and Derek, the 2 of them then out on their masks.

As they get up to leave, an Albion guard stands in front of them and points his pistol at the 2. Derek puts his hands up, but he's clearly faking.
Derek: "I surrender. Just don't...shoot!"
He suddenly punches the Albion guard in the face, knocking him out and he grabs his shock pistol and Rainbow Topaz grabs out her electric shock SMG. They fire onto the Albion officers as the metropolitan police get down and run away.
(In real life Britain, metropolitan cops don't carry guns. Only batons and cuffs. Unless they are part of an armed response vehicle)
Metropolitan constable: "Let's get out of here!"
Metropolitan constable 2: "Don't shoot me!"
Derek: "It's over Albion!"
He shoots an Albion officer in the face and another one in the chest. Killing both and they quickly leave the area before more Albion officers arrive. The Albion officers lose sight of them as the 2 flee.
Bagley: "Well done! You lived! In fact, I have some exciting news about our prospect. I'll contact him."
Derek: "Hey there, Oscar right? We did it. Your friend is safe. He won't be deported at any time."
Oscar: "Well done! I'm impressed, I owe you 2 one."
Derek: "Well, we have more room in DedSec. Wanna join in?"
Oscar: "Well, well. I quit the Kelleys. I'm in, DedSec! Count me in!"
OSCAR RECRUITED!
