Jennie is busy arranging the cakes on the display, it's still early as ever be—let's just say, Jennie is in a very good mood since she woke up from her bed. She can't stop humming songs and spun herself as if she's dancing while she's walking.
"Someone is happy" a familiar voice took Jennie back to reality.
She looks up to see the smiling Rosie and Jisoo.
"Hey! You guys are early today. Coffee?" She offered.
Rosie shook her head, "No, we are here because we want to ask you if you have things to do tonight?"
Jennie smiled, she shakes her head, "Nah, I'm free. What's up?"
Jisoo suddenly reaches something inside her Chanel clutch bag. She gives Jennie a ticket to an exhibition, "Rosie got a spare ticket to an art museum—it's a new exhibition. Since we know you are into this, so it'd be fun!"
Jennie's eyes grew wider, "OMG! Thank youuuu" She said with glossy eyes.
Jisoo chuckled, "You're welcome. So, we pick you up later at 6?"
"Call!!!" Jennie exclaims.
Both of them laughed watching Jennie being excited.
"Alright now, I have to go. There's a gig at a music show. I'll see you guys later okay?"
Jisoo and Jennie nods. Rosie smiled at both of them and pulled Jisoo for a quick kiss before she leaves the place. Jisoo's gaze following Rosie until she's out of her sight.
She turns her head back to Jennie, "So, care to tell me why you have this amazing mood today?" She asked. She knew Jennie is not a good liar or that she could hide things from her. Jennie is so obvious in showing her emotions.
"We kinda texted?—and I was just happy, that's all"
"We?" Jisoo said bewildered.
"Yeah, Lisa and I—well, I texted her first and yeah. She told me she wants to talk and so I told her okay. She hasn't texted me back about the meeting date but I'm being positive about it, hehe"
Jisoo claps her hands, "Oh my God! That's a good thing, right? I hope you guys can fix this. It's frustrated me enough that you two aren't together"
Jennie laughs, "What? Why are you frustrated?"
"I don't know, it's still weird"
Jennie smiled, she understands what she meant by weird. So many people she knows told her that too; because they were always together and that they both are so in love with each other.
Jennie was about to say something but she delayed it because someone visits her shop; someone she has seen on television but not yet in real life. Someone that texted her a few days ago; someone that really make a fuss around her shop.
"Kai" She stated—Jisoo immediately turns her head to his direction, she is in a daze to see him right now, unexpectedly.
The guy is approaching her with a bouquet of flowers in her hand. He wears a very attractive smile on his beautiful face, "Hey, I just passed by this neighbourhood and I remember about you so I thought why don't I visit your shop" He said, he handed her the flowers—it's Lily, "Here's for you. I hope you like it"
"Well, her favourite flower is hyacinth" Jisoo said in a sarcastic tone.
He giggled, "Oh really? I'm sorry. Next time, I will bring you hyacinth flowers"
Jisoo's eyes widened as she realized she just gave him a clue—things Jennie likes. Uh oh, this is not good, she needs to step in.
"What are you doing?" Jisoo asked. Full-on guard.
"As I told you before, I happened to walked pass this neighbourhood and I remember she has a store so why not visit her? Also, I was wondering if you would go out with me tonight?"
Jisoo scoffed, "You are late, mate," She said, imitating her girlfriend—Rosie, "She already has a date," she continued.
"Is that so?" Kai confirming Jisoo statement at Jennie.
Jennie nods, "Yes. I'm sorry"
Kai smiled, "Ah, it's okay, there is always next time?"
Jennie nods again, "Yes, maybe," she said.
Kai feels relieved, "Then, I still have a chance. Alright, I won't bother you more today. I'll see you again?"
"Yeah, well, Jennie is busy right now. Bye, dude!" Jisoo said as she pulls Jennie's hand and half-dragging her to her office.
Jennie couldn't help but laugh at Jisoo after she closed the door.
"What?" Jisoo said sternly.
"I don't know, it feels like you are jealous of him because he asked me out; like you and I are dating"
"Well, miss, I don't like that. I don't like him"
Jennie laughs even harder, she puts the bouquet on the table; ignoring it.
"Look, I won't fall in love with him or anyone else. It's always been Lisa that I love; now and forever" She said, try to reassure her worried friend.
"I just... Ugh! I'm so sorry! I shouldn't act that way" Jisoo frowned.
"No, it is okay. I understand it very well. But you don't have to worry about it, okay? I love Lisa and Lisa only"
"Good! Alright, okay, I'm sorry once again"
Jennie smiled and later, she hugs her. for a moment.
"By the way, your name probably on the news later. Since you recently got a very famous idol visiting your shop—and who knows what else since I saw some paparazzi took pictures of him gave you the flowers" Jisoo said in a calm tone. Jennie pushed her away; broke their embraces immediately.
"WHAT?"
Jisoo nods, "Yeah, well, it happened?" She said as she shrugged her shoulders.
"Why are you so calm???" Said Jennie in panic.
"Well, I already got used to it ever since I started gaining popularity on my modelling gigs and so many people shipping me with almost all of my co-models and most of them are guys—I meannnnn ROSIE IS LITERALLY THERE!"
Jennie suddenly laughed by her statement, she's no longer panic now because of Jisoo, "What the heck? So you just ignored it?"
Jisoo nods in excitement, "Yes! And I posted a lot of my pictures with Rosie and doing so many PDA whenever we went on a date. I mean, you know, I always love to kiss Rosie everywhere and it just happened that a lot of paparazzi watching us since we both are quite popular"
Jennie scoffs, "Quite popular," she imitated Jisoo's voice just because quite popular isn't what the correct thing to say since they both are very famous—especially Jisoo in Korea.
"The thing is, you need to just not caring about it much. People are gonna love you, support you or even hate you"
Jennie nods, Jisoo was right. It's nothing she needs to worry about.
"The thing is, now, you have to think about what outfit are you going to wear tonight! Wear comfortable yet pretty and fancy outfit I suggest"
"Of course! I have some ideas for it"
Jisoo giggled, "Let me guess, it involves Chanel and Balenciaga?"
"Wrong. It's Chanel and YSL"
Jisoo rolled her eyes in annoyance.

As promised, Jisoo and Rosie are picking her up tonight. While waiting for the two arrive, she looks at the mirror one more time to see herself and the outfit she's wearing a black bandeau inside and the iconic black and white Chanel checkered blazer and white jeans. She perfects her look with a necklace and earrings—thus make her looks even more classy and expensive of course. She looks exactly like a young and rich CEO.
Realizing that she might overdo her outfit, makes her wonder if she should just go with this outfit or she needs to change it.
"Hmmm... is this okay? I'll ask them later"
Soon, someone is knocking her door, she already guessed it must be them. She snatched her Chanel bag as she half-running to greets both of them.
"Hi!" She said.
Jisoo gasp in awe, "WOW" she said, "You look... fancy"
Jennie giggled, "Do you think this is too much?"
Both Rosie and Jisoo shook their head in harmony, "No!" Rosie exclaims.
"You look very beautiful" Jisoo added.
Jennie smiled, looking at them both, "You guys look so beautiful as well" She said observing their outfits. Jisoo is wearing a blue cartoon knitted sweater with a short skirt and oh, it's a coated canvas signature from Coach! Jennie notices at a second glance she sees it, "Nice choice! That's coach right?" Jennie asked. Jisoo nodded immediately feeling proud and impressed.
"And you, lady. Wow, you guys wearing the matching outfit! Nice skirt, Rosie! It's pink but it really suits you, unexpectedly suits you" She said as she giggled, observing Rosie's look. She's wearing a short pink skirt with a long black—Jennie is a bit confused by the top but it looks like a bodysuit.
"Jennie really has fashion sense. Next time, consider yourself as a fashion critique?" Rosie stated jokingly.
"Hmm, should I?"
They are all laughing. Then, Jisoo said they should leave now because the exhibition will start at 7—the latter agreed as they leave Jennie's house.
Inside the car, they are being comfortably silent. Jennie then reached something from her bag; the ticket and read it again, "So, who is the artist? I didn't see her or his name on this ticket." Jennie asked. She thinks it's weird that they usually put their names on it or that at least they make a proper promotion for their exhibition? Jennie often sees an advertisement for an exhibition but she just hasn't found out about this one.
Rosie took a glance at Jisoo, Jisoo did the same too, she cleared her throat, "Uhm, this person is quite popular outside Korea and this person is well-known doing an exhibition like this. This person rather meets the audiences directly as they can exchange their vision about the work. This person only invited very limited people—so, considering you are lucky tonight" Jisoo said calmly.
"Ah, I see. Okay then, I'll find out who is the person. Whoever they are, they must be so talented to even think about doing it like this"
"Mhm, I bet," Jisoo said as she turns her head to the passenger seat at the back and smiled cheekily at the latter.
30 minutes later, they have arrived at the venue, still not so many people. When Jisoo said it's very limited, she meant it. They are walking to the entrance as Jennie looks around, it's quiet, very quiet. Jennie even thinks maybe this person only invited less than 20 people—judging by the cars that are parked outside.
"Jisoo, when you told me this person only gave very limited tickets, you literally mean it, like, look at these cars"
Jisoo chuckles, "Yes, I know right? Cannot wait to see what this person presenting" She said—but then, she stopped her step as she searching something inside her bag.
Rosie and Jennie stopped their stepped as well, Rosie approached her, "What's wrong, babe?" she asked.
"Shit, I left my phone inside the car. Babe let me borrow your key"
"Not necessary, I'll come with you and help you to find it. Jennie is it okay if you come inside first? Maybe you can find the artist? I'll call you? Okay?"
"Yeah, okay. Just be quick guys" Jennie stated. Rosie nods at her and helps her girlfriend; as they walked away leaving Jennie.
Jennie walks to the entrance, the guard is smiling at her, he asked for the ticket that she immediately gives to him and soon, he lets her inside.
Jennie is mesmerizing the view; her view right now. It's like heaven. The hallway is filled with some of the photographs. So, this is a photographs exhibition—Jennie thought.
Jennie slowly walks as she observing one by one the pictures, all of them are very alive—it feels like the pictures are talking to her. She then smiled, she remembers a certain person who likes to take pictures like this; Lisa.
The artist and Lisa have a similar style, they both like to capture human being; it's very satisfying to see all of it.
Until Jennie found herself.
Out of all the pictures—she saw herself, on the photographs.
The title here is written as "She, the sunshine. She brights like the sun. Made those who see her get immersed by her smile; her cheerful laugh and how she sees things around her"
Jennie's heart dropped, what does it mean?—She keeps walking and observing all of the pictures; she reads all of the things that have been written on it.
There is a picture of her lying on a bed, wearing all white. She gasped, she knew who captured it! But is it possible? Jennie once again read the caption of the photograph;
"She who always sleeps soundly as we wrapped our body close to each other. She who wakes up looking like an exact adult baby"
There is no way that the person behind it wasn't Lisa. It is Lisa. Jennie continue walks along the hallway, she follows the photographs, looking for an answer—though, she knew the answer already.
She sees one picture when it was one of their dates, Jennie was wearing this Chanel long sleeves shirt, looking at the camera whilst she held the menu.
"The time that we have spent is precious. I would do it again"
Jennie slowed down her pace, she even stopped walking eventually, "Lisa? Where are you?" She said.
She waited but she didn't hear her voice back—so that means, Jennie needs to continue this tour until she reaches the end.
She reads every single caption and couldn't help but smiled at each of them. It's beautifully written—this is unlike Lisa. She always had a hard time expressing her feelings through the words. She remembered that time when they had to make a post about their relationship to reveal it to the world for the article Victoria unnie made. She remembered it's only simple words I love you, Jennie Kim.
But this?
Lisa made her speechless.
She keeps walking, a little faster until she reached the hall, it's round and big—and there! She saw her, still as beautiful as ever, wearing a black spaghetti strap shirt while holding a bouquet of flowers; smiling at her.
"Hey," She said, wearing her most addictive smile that Jennie always falls in love, "I have been waiting for you"
Jennie hasn't said anything back to her greeting. She's too dumbfounded at her presence. She peeks at Lisa's back to see some familiar faces—Nichkhun oppa and Victoria unnie also there and some of the other faces.
Jisoo and Rosie are there as well; smiling and giggling. So, they tricked her.
She then turns her gaze back to Lisa, "Hey,"
Lisa approaching Jennie, she then gives her the flowers; its roses but Jennie wouldn't mind at all.
"Thank you. Nice Exhibition"
Lisa smiled, "Thank you. I made it for you"
"I noticed"
And there is silent for a few seconds before Lisa finally cleared her throat.
"Jen, I'm sorry I didn't text you nor call you—I thought it was what you want. But Rosie then knocked out my sense and I realized I was stupid, very stupid—to ever let someone like you go; someone that I love"
"Lisa..."
"Wait, let me finish this first—I was going to go back after a year, to get you back but again, I didn't think it very clearly. I don't want this to be too late for me, for us, Jen. I love you so much. I am sorry that I hurt you" She said it with her whole chest. Her apologetic looks somehow hurt Jennie. She shouldn't apologize at the first place, this was all Jennie's fault for not being patient enough with the whole sudden change of situation that they are having. Jennie should have to communicate more with her instead broke up with her.
Jennie's hand reaches Lisa's face as she caresses the latter's beautiful face, "It wasn't your fault, you shouldn't apologize. The only person who needs to do an apology is me, I broke up with you, I was selfish you were right and that I should have waited for more, you know, this whole sudden change—and communicate it with you more. I'm sorry, Lisa—and I still love you so much too"
Lisa catches her hand, she feels the warmth of her hand on her face as she closes her eyes, "Then, would you do it again? With me?" She asked.
Jennie was about to say something but she got cut—"I don't want to get back together with you" Lisa said.
Jennie frowned, she releases her hand, "What?" She said unbelievably.
Lisa smiles, she reaches something from her pocket, something shining—she then kneeling down, "I don't want to get back together with you... as a girlfriend. I want to have a new adventure with you, as a wife" She said, as she takes a deep breath, "I can't promise you to be the best or perfect person but I will try not to hurt you and to prioritize communication with you in the future as we together working for this relationship for as long as we live. Jennie Kim, would you marry me?" She continued, she looks up to Jennie, she's waiting for the latter's answer.
Jennie's eyes starting to get wet as she nods and her tears broke down, "Yes, dummy! I would marry you. I'd marry you hundreds—thousands of times!" Jennie exclaims as she pulls the latter to get up and kissed her hard on her lips. She puts her lips on hers, waiting for Lisa to give her access to explore more of her mouth. Lisa gasped as Jennie slid her tongue deeper. They don't care to those who watched them making out, they don't even fucking care because they missed each other so much, terribly. Jennie clung her arms around Lisa's neck as Lisa roamed her waist and some times caress her back while kissing her deeper, at the same intensity.
They broke the kiss eventually due to out of breath. As Jennie rested her palm on hers, "I missed you so much" She whispers.
"I missed you too so much you have no idea" she replied.
