As soon as you left I wanted you to come back.

I didn't feel safe.

I wanted to side step towards you and hold your hand.

I wanted you to have my back like I have yours.

I wanted you to use your eyes to tell them to 'back off'.

But you left.

And I was stuck.

Alone.

With him.

I tried to avoid him at all costs.

I tried to stay busy.

I tried to keep away from him.

I wish you were there.

You made time pass faster.

We laughed.

We smiled.

You made things more enjoyable.

But you left.

I wish you could have been there.

I wish you had of stayed.
