everyone had fallen asleep, after minho and jisung had returned, and felix was snuggled up next to changbin, one arm around the younger boy, the other wiping away his tears.
changbi had been lay in their bed, crying softly for about an hour now.
he was so scared, for felix, for his friends, for himself, felix wasn't the same, he didn't know if he would ever be the same, he couldn't even speak, he tensed up every time changbin bathed him, so petrified of being taken advantage of, and although people had told him that none of it was his fault, regret ate away at him, every day, he was more and more consumed by guilt that he couldn't do anything to stop haneul hurting his baby, his kitten, his everything, was now emotionally scarred, and changbin always liked to believe he could protect felix, against jae, against lucas, against anyone who threatened to hurt felix, but he couldn't potect him against haneul, the way felix looked at him when he finally found him, broke his heart, he looked up at changbin like he had been waiting a lifetime to get away from the pain and the suffering, he should've done more, it was his fault, he bit down on the blanket, trying to be silent, hiding his pain like he always did, he had to hide it from felix.
he felt his warm tears slip down his face, unable to stop it, he jumped when he felt someone take his hand, he looked up to see woojin and jisung.
"bin, come with me, jisung will hold felix whilst you're gone."
changbin slipped out of bed, trying to hide his tears, woojin took his hands and led him out into the corridor, looking at changbin.
"come here."
changbin broke down all over again, feeling woojin hug him, woojin rubbed his back and hushed him softly as changbin cried into his shirt.
"binnie listen, i know you feel like this is your fault, but you have to think about everything you do for felix, yes, you weren't able to hold haneul off, but you gave all of your strength until you were beaten into the floor, you almost died trying to protect him, we can't always protect those we love from everything, felix didnt deserve any of that, and we tried as hard as we could to find him, and when we did find him, from that point to now, you have done everything he needs, you obstained from sex, become a full time caregiver, learnt sign language for him to communicate with you, bathed him, dressed him, fed him, bought him what he needs, adapted your whole life to provide and care for him, if any of this was even slightly your fault, dont you think all of that would've made up for it? it is not your fault changbin, but listen to me, im your hyung, even when im not here, if i ever have to leave, im still your hyung, and i will always be there for you, no matter what you need to talk about, im never going to be any less of your friend, talk to me, dont cry in bed every night, dont bottle it up for felix, you have seven other best friends who all love and support you no matter what, promise me you will remember that."
changbin slowly calmed down and nodded, smiling.
"thank you hyung, for everything, and i promise."
woojin continued to hold changbin in his arms, soothing him, and for once, changbin was the one being comforted, he was the one being held, woojin's arms around him made him feel safe, and he now understood why felix needed to be held all the time, it was the only way he felt safe.
"we love you changbin."
"and i love you all too."
woojin helped changbin wipe his eyes before walking with him back into the room, changbin swapped with jisung, slipping back into bed with felix, pulling him close.
woojin stood over the makeshift bed on the floor, taking his shirt back off after having to put it on to go outside, he pulled it back off, kneeling down to get into bed.
"hyung." he heard jeongin whisper.
"yes baby?" he replied. getting into bed.
he was not expecting to have jeongin put his leg over woojin's thighs, pulling him close.
"baby- woah."
jeongin put his face next to woojin's ear, grinding his crotch against woojin's, he let out a little moan, moving his hand to grip woojin's hair.
"innie, what're you doing?"

woojin felt a hand on his side, his head shooting round to see chan lay behind him, both chan and jeongin turned woojin onto his side, facing jeongin, woojin felt chan start to kiss the back of his neck as jeongin kissed him deeply.
woojin sucked in a sharp breath when he felt chan bite the back of his neck.
