"I hope you don't have any plans is weekend." Randy said coming into my house.
He never knocks anymore.
"Surprisingly I don't." I said leaning against my kitchen counter "what do you have plan Randy garret?"
"You know how you said you wanted a weekend with just us two?" He proposed
"Something like that yes." I said
"Well this weekend me and you are going to my parents lake house. Just the two of us."
"Hmm sounds nice." I told him
He walked closer to me wrapping his arms around my waist.
"I have talked to my parents about it and everything. As long as I'm not doing anything crazy like throwing a party then they are okay with it." He said
"When are we leaving." I asked him
"After school Friday so you should start packing tonight and tomorrow." Randy told me
"What about Craig's party." I frowned
"God it wouldn't hurt to skip one party. I rather spend time with you."
I smiled slightly "I guess I can tolerate you for a weekend."
"Same here." He gave me a quick kiss on the lips "also we will be missing school Monday and possibly Tuesday if you want."
"Doesn't matter" I said reaching up to kiss his lips. I let them linger on for a moment until we were interrupted.
"Randy my man!" My annoying older brother said
Randy turned around and waved to jake
Then he walked over to him doing there handshake thing
"What's up jake?" He asked
"Nothing much I was thinking we could hit the gym up tomorrow and Sunday is the first preseason game of the broncos we have to watch that! Ill be grilling and everything."
Randy shook his head "the gym I'm in but as much as Sunday that sounds amazing but I have other plans way more important." He looked over at me
"What is way more important than football and me?" Jake said offended
"We'll I'm spending the weekend with your amazing sister. We are hitting up my parents lake house." He explained
Jake looked over to me "and why didn't you tell me this?"
"Honestly he just told me the plans." I said to him
"I don't know." Jake said softly
"What do you mean you don't know?" I asked him confused
"Lots of reasons actually." Jake snapped at me
Why was he being like this
"Jake dude she is going to be fine I promise" randy butted in
"It's not you I'm worried about I know you'll keep her safe." Jake said to randy
"Then what is it?" I asked jake
"Upstairs." Jake pointed to me
I looked at randy and he gave me a short smile.
I followed jake upstairs as he lead me to my room. We always have to talk in my room. He lead me over to my balcony opening the door for me. I walked outside letting the breeze hit my skin. Jake stepped outside shutting the balcony door.
"What is so important that you couldn't say in front of randy. Also why all of the sudden are you being so fucking overprotective of me because lately you been on my fucking back and I don't like it. So what's up?" I said to jake angrily
He sighed "one is because your going to be alone together. Your obviously going to use that advantage and have sex and-" he trailed off
"And what? I mean you know that we're doing it. Randy did blurt it out and you seemed okay with it then. Why the sudden change." I told him
"That's after I found out Chelsea is pregnant." Jake blurted out
My eyes widen. No fucking way. This was totally expected
Jake was rubbing his neck clearly uncomfortable
I finally had the urge to speak "that's great jake! I mean isn't that what you want."
He leaned against my balcony door "I don't know. I mean yes because I love her and I want to start a family with her and have a life with her but I don't know if I'm ready to be a parent. I know you'll be out of the house soon but it's hard enough looking out for you and having to pay all these expenses and now having a baby along the way? "
"What are you trying to say that you don't want me living here anymore?" I said still shocked
He shot his head up "no! No! That's not what I meant I love you sis and I love you being here. I guess I'm just scared of what the future is holding you know?"
I nodded still shocked and confused.
"Which leads me to my next thing." He continued
I stared at him waiting to continue
"You know how aunt Allie wants custody of you?"
I nodded slowly
"Well she's doing it alright. She has a lawyer and he's been researching some stuff about you and me mostly me and aunt Allie found out that you drink and there taking me to court for being an unfit guardian ." He continued
"WHAT?" I yelled
"Yeah they found some olde records from me when I was in college my tickets, arrested multiple times for trespassing and some other stupid shit and they think I still do that know." Jake said
I shook my head "but you aren't doing any of that stuff."
"I know but Allie doesn't believe and neither dies the judge that we spoked to. She's trying to take you away from me for good." He said
I couldn't help but let the tears roll down my face
Jake sighed "look nay I'm doing everything I can to keep you with me. The reason why I'm so skeptical and over protective is because if we screw up and they found out its not going to help this case at all."
I nodded in agreement.
Jake came over and gave me a hug I squeezed him tightly.
"You can spend the weekend with randy just be careful okay?" He said still hugging me
I nodded into his shouldn't not having the urge to say anything.
"I won't let them take you away from me I promise." Jake said letting go of me
I don't understand why Allie is doing this. She wants to make me happy nut she is trying to take my only happiness away from me. If Allie wanted to act like my mom she better stop now.
Because she will never be my mom. She is far from it.

"Why are you so quite?" Randy asked me as we were cuddling on my couch.
I just shrugged not really wanted to talk after what jake told me today.
Jake had left to Chelsea's parents house to tell them the big news. Jake said I could stay here with randy. I still haven't told randy what happen. I don't think I'm ready too.
"What's wrong?" He said pausing 22 jump street
"Hey!" I yelled he paused it at the funny part. It's when jenko was over reacting that Schmidt slept with the captains daughter. It is freaken hilarious.
"Tell me." He said waving the remote in my face
I sighed. "My aunt Allie wants custody of me and she is taking my brother to court and so far she is winning."
"Oh but your almost eighteen?" He said
"Yeah I really don't know how that stuff works so I'm trying to ignore it." I bent my head low
"I'm sorry nay." Is all that he said
"Stop feeling sorry for me. I hate when people are sympathetic of me."
"Sorry oh shit sorry.. God damnit."
I couldn't help but laugh at him
"The things I do to please you." Randy said
"And I am please." I smiled at him
"Just don't try to worry about the situation to much. Everything will be okay." He told me honestly
I gave him a small smile "yeah hopefully but all I know is that I have you and jake right along side of me."
"That's right," he laughed softly "we will always be there for you."
I snuggled in closer to him as he played the movie again.
"I have the best boyfriend in the world." I whispered to him
"Well that's ironic because I have the best girlfriend in the world." Randy whispered in my ear
I couldn't help but giggle
I wouldn't trade this for the world and if aunt Allie thinks she can take this away from she is dead wrong.

Okay so for the people who read until I saw him you might of notice a change in the title. Yes I'm putting it on hold for now. I'm more focus on this story and editing HSW and I honestly don't know what to write anymore. I'm stuck. So idk if I want to continue with it or just put it on hold and right now it's on hold. So tell me what I should do because I'm stumped. So sorry
I start basketball tomorrow so ill be busy so idk when I'm going to update.
