Episode 6: A new chapter

(Ben)
Giving the few weeks I had been at the base I still hadn't seen many others apart from rey . I was usually sat in my room reading the Jedi texts by my uncle or on ye training course which was rather secluded from the rest. Rey always spoke very proudly of her friends Finn and Poe . I had only ever seen them breithly and hadn't had the opportunity to speak to them yet . This morning as I walked into reys camp/room they were both sat there ingaged in conversation . My initial thoughts were to turn my back but my presence had already been recognised
"Ben hey!" Rey exclaimed almost elected to see me
"Sorry i didn't mean to intrude" my words where uneasy as Finn halted at me as I hung my head
"Umm well I think you should sit down I'm guessing we all have a lot to say"Poe spoke with confidence he did truly deserve to be a leader. It was in his blood.
"I..I am truly sorry for everything that happened in the last. I'm sorry for torturing and hurting you both. I'm sorry that I destroyed multiple of your bases and friends destroyed . Kylo is gone on Ben now and thanks to rey I want to rebuild everything I have ruined ." I weakened with every word I said my past was tearing my apart I was now apart of something that was truly special. I should have been there a long time ago.
"Re...Ben you saved us all on that dreadful planet and yes we may not give you are full trust but we do forgive you we have all been things that haunt us and this shouldnt haunt you" I always thought that Finn would be very stubborn towards Ben after everything I had put him through but he seemed genuine and that brought a smile to my face
"Ben there's been a few things we have been discussing" Rey managed to break the silence and I could tell there was something going on between the three
"There's many things that need to start fresh after this war. One starting with something that had been destroyed many times . The Jedi . I want to go to Naboo and rebuild the Jedi . Not the old ways though a new Fresh set of rules allowing force users to be in a relationship and be free. And well Finn ??"
"I want to learn the ways of the force . It feels like it's calling to me . I can sense thing no one else can and I want to expand my power" he sounded determined and I could feel him looking to me and rey for guidance
"It would be my pleasure Finn"
Many hours had past us four getting to know one another better and telling stories of our greatest memories . After we decided to leave for the night I felt a slight tug at my arm
"Rey??"
"Ben don't leave me"
"Rey what's going on?"
"Just stay with me tonight"

Heyo I'm sorry for not uploading earlier but this chapter kinda pays up for it I guess.
There where loads of questions I felt where unanswered in the rise of Skywalker like Finns force ability and I thought I could maybe answer them here .
Also I know this chapter is LITERALLY pointless but I feel like it needed saying as some sort of filler.
This chapters mention goes to youtubers23 reylo fan fiction called "the belonging we seek is beyond amaizing and it's one of may favourites.
