''So ... let me get this straight.'' Lillian frowned at herself before turning to Killian again. ''Emma found Aladdin, who gave her the shears, which you were supposed to get rid off, you didn't and landed on a ship and than you did get rid of it after all?''
''Yeah that sums it up.''
''I really need to catch up on things.'' Killian chuckled and gave her a nod, pushing his arm over her shoulder as they followed their way to the other Charmings.
''If we don't give in to her, she'll use that on everyone?''
''Yes.''
''So, what is it?'' Regina asked as herself and Lillian were each given a turn to look at the small bottle, neither of them could figure out what it did.
''She told me to figure it out and that if we didn't give over our hearts within 12 hours, she would use it on the whole town.'' When Emma wanted to take it from Lily, her hand started to shake, Snow turning to her daughter. ''You okay?''
''No, but I have an excuse. Haven't you heard? The Evil Queen's trying to kill my parents.''
''You said we were alive and well in your vision of the future.''
''The Oracle said things could kind of change as we went along, but the only thing that was certain was that I died.''
''Speaking of death, I think I know what this is.'' Lily opeed it up, walking to a tree and putting a single drop in the earth. The tree crumbled and died within a mere second, Lillian quickly stepping back as Peter pulled her back.
''Whoa. What kind of potion is that?'' David looked at the teenager, who breathed out, softly mumbling.
''It's not a potion.'' She looked at the others, speaking up a bit louder this time. ''It's water.''
''Oh, I knew it.Never trusted the stuff. Rum would never do that.'' Peter and Lily both glared at Hook, who held his hands- or hand and hook up in defense.
''What kind of water?''
''From the River of Lost Souls.'' Lillian chuckled and shook her head at herself, she swam through that stuff, how could she not have realized it earlier? ''Gold. She's working with Gold. He must have brought it back from the Underworld.''
''And now, if you don't give her your hearts, she can destroy the whole town.'' Regina followed up, Robin placing a hand on her shoulder, trying to comfort her as she gave him a smile in gratitude.
Peter and Lily glanced at each other, they all knew that Lillian was able to handle the water, but what about Peter and the twins?
''Yes but ... I don't know Peter.'' Lillian sighed as she turned to him, her blue eyes locking his green ones. ''I am able to go through it but ... you and the twins.'' She sighed as she looked down to the floor as they began walking again. ''You're not lost, I somehow still am.''
''Hey, look at me.'' He forced her head to look up at him. ''Maybe you're still lost because of a certain someone?''
''You mean Rumple?'' When he nodded, she sighed. ''I've thought of it, but ... I don't know what I'm supposed to do? Forgive him or get him out of my life forever.''
''I don't think it will ever be that easy for us tiger.'' He smiled and softly kissed her. ''Just know, I'll always be here.'' Showing of his ring she chuckled. ''In good and in bad.''
''You don't seem shocked that Gold brought some of this back and gave it to the queen.''
''I'm not.'' Belle replied as she looked over to Neal and Lily, who were standing next to each other. ''He's not acting like the man he could be. I wish I could help. But I-I've looked through all my books for any information on on how to neutralize water from the River of Souls, but I'm afraid there's nothing. I'll keep looking.''
''I'm sorry to interrupt. I came quickly as I could. David called and told me what happened.'' Blue said as she walked into the house, Snow perking up.
''Can you help?''
''Unfortunately, I don't have a way to counteract the Lost Souls water.''
''So we either let the whole town die, or the Evil Queen gets exactly what she's always wanted.'' David said to himself, looking over to Snow as Lillian was set in deep thoughts, there must have been something she could do.
''Maybe.'' All heads turned to Liam and Luna who came downstairs, Peter sighting as they did so.
''I thought I told you to stay upstairs?''
''Yes, but we might have an idea.'' Luna said as she smirked at her father. Liam gave a nod as it was his turn to speak up.
''Maybe there is a bit of magic that just might be powerful enough to imprison the Evil Queen?'' Lillian looked at her kids, smiling as she did so.
''It's a sapling.''
''A baby tree?'' Hook questioned.
''It was created by the first spark of a true love. It's incredibly rare.'' Blue nodded at her words.
''Have you got one?''
''We had one, back in the Enchanted Forest. We assumed that it was left behind in the curse, but now we think it might be lost somewhere here in Storybrooke.''
''There has to be some, like, magical way to find it, right?''
''There is a spell that could point the way with a sort of beacon. But it wouldn't be visible just to us. If Gold or the queen or even Zelena saw it, they would know exactly what it was.'' Blue looked at Lillian as she could see the distress on the teenagers face, when Peter noticed it too, he put his arm over her waist, smiling at her when she looked up.
''And then we'd have a race on our hands.'' David sighed as he thought about having to go through entire Storybrooke and have three other people chasing them through town.
''Maybe not.'' Regina said as she turned to the others, Snow frowning at her.
''What?''
''The Evil Queen and Gold's alliance, there, um, may be more to it than business.''
''Oh no, not this again. It was disgusting when I was sixteen and it is still disgusting as old as I am now.''
''What?'' Emma frowned at Regina, alongside a few others as they between her and Lillian, who waved her hand to Regina.
''Rumple and I ... there was always a certain amount of chemistry.''
''Regina, oh, my God.''
''I know. I know. Nothing ever happened.''
''Thank goodness.''
''But I think we can use this to our advantage.'' Regina stood up as she grabbed a paper, writing down on it as Peter and Lillian looked over her shoulder. Peter smirking.
''Now that ... is evil.''
''There, where the light has landed. That's where you'll find the sapling.'' Blue pointed at the light pink light that went over half of the town.
''Regina can magic Snow and me out there to find it. We just need to figure out where we're gonna put the Evil Queen once we've got her.'' David said as he hugged Lillian goodbye.
''My vault. I've taken all the blood magic off the locks, so it should hold her. But there's still a lot of dangerous stuff in there.''
''Hook and I can pack it all up.''
''All right, let's go.'' David and Snow each hugged Emma goodbye as Regina said goodbye to Lillian and Henry.
''Dad, just be careful, okay?''
''Don't worry. I'm in good company''
''People of Storybrooke ... My people. I'm so glad you accepted my invitation because this is about you. If Snow White doesn't show up in the next five minutes, I'm going to share a little treat with you all. A taste of water from the River of Lost Souls.'' Peter, Bealfire and the twins were standing close to Belle as they listened to the Evil queen. But Lily stood close to Emma and Regina.
''You ready?''
''I actually am.'' Emma showed her silent hand, before she heard Snow call out.
''Wait!''
''Well, well, well. Look who's right on time.I should've known you'd show up. Even without your precious sapling.''
''We don't have the sapling, but we don't need it. It's done its work. We know our love is more powerful than anything you can throw at us.''
''And to save the people of Storybrooke, we're willing to do what you ask. It's a sacrifice we need to make. We're going to do the right thing.''
''Dad, Mom?''
''Emma, most people go through life never knowing where their paths will take them, but somehow we always do.It's always to each other and then back to you. -- Lift the protection spell.'' Regina did as they asked, Robin holding her closely right after. The evil Queen took out their heart, Lillian balding her hands into fists.
''I've dreamt of this moment for so long, Snow White. I'd wake up still feeling the grit of your crushed heart clinging to my palms. But that ending isn't poetic enough, is it? I want to give you my pain the pain of being alone. And since I couldn't quite accomplish that by killing you I've come up with something much more cruel.''
''A sleeping curse?'' David questioned as Snow fell to the ground. That's never kept us apart before.''
''This one has a little twist. You say you always find her. Well, start looking, Shepherd. And let's see what happens when you do.'' She waved her hand over Snow as Snow disappeared first, the Evil queen following her closely after.
''Snow! Snow?''
''The woods. Where she sent her before!'' Lillian called out as she ran back outside, jumping in the car with David, stopping in the woods and following him closely.
''Dad! I don't think a kiss is going to do it this time.''
''Just let him try.'' Lillian spoke, watching the interaction all over again, putting a smile on her face.
''How about that.'' When Lily felt the splash of magic, she shook her head.
''Dad!''
''David? David? What happened? What did she do?''
''She put a sleeping curse on your heart, the heart you share. So now you share the curse. When one of you is awake, the other will be asleep.'' Peter spoke up as he studied the heart, Snow's face dropping as she looked at Lily.
''So, as long as the curse is unbroken Then we'll never be together.''
