It was a very different perspective seeing everything from the sky. Everything seemed so small and you could see every part of the forest and the approaching town. This perspective had to be one of Leaf's favorites. "This is amazing!" she said.

"It sure is, have you never been flying before?" asked Red.

"No, I don't have any flying types and I've never been anywhere that I've had to fly to get to."

"A good-sized flying type will take you wherever you want to go. Do you have a Pidgeot or a Fearow?"

"No."

"Really? Oh well, if you want we could fly around like this more," Red offered.

"That sounds great, Red," Leaf said as she rested her chin on his shoulder.

Soon they landed at the bowling alley in town. On the outside, it was pretty standard but inside it was all retro tech with all the old tv screens and animations, old bowling ball returners, and the racks full of different colored bowling balls. By the doors, there were some old pinball machines and grabbing games. There was a bar area for the older folks that were there. To top it all off, Jump by Van Halen was playing over the speakers. "I love this place already," Red said as he and Leaf walked over to their lane, "Reminds me of the bowling alley in Viridian City."

"Hey, I remember that place. My parents and I went there a couple of times when we came to visit Kanto!" said Leaf.

"It's a great place isn't it?"

"Yeah, I had a blast there! I never pegged you for a bowler, Red."

"It's up there with battling for my favorite things to do."

"I'm guessing training pokemon would be next in line after battling?" Leaf asked jokingly.

"You're not too far off," Red replied with a smile. Leaf giggled and leaned in capturing Red's lips in a loving kiss. If they weren't in the middle of the walkway Red would've kept on kissing her.

"So tell me, how much of a bowler are you?" Red asked.

"I'm fairly big on bowling too. I'll warn you I'm pretty good at this, do you think you can win?"

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can kick your butt."

Leaf looked at him with a grin, "Really?"

"Really."

"I guess I'll just have to show you up then."

Red grinned back at her before grabbing her hand and pulling her towards their lane.

Their date officially began with the start of the first game. A few frames in, Red was at a total of 39 while Leaf was at 46. That came as Leaf bowled another spare, "Yes!" she cheered as she turned back to Red.

"Nice one Leaf, looks like this is gonna be close so you better watch it now," Red said.

"Whatever you say Red," Leaf said playfully.

So Red got up again and this time managed a strike, "Alright! How's that Leaf?"

"I'm impressed Red, now YOU better watch it," she said as she stood up and playfully poked him in the chest.

The rest of the game went by and Leaf was bowling her last frame. The scores were 135 - 123 and Leaf had a spare already marked on it. Leaf needed a good number to pull ahead. She walked down the lane and threw the ball but the ball went way off to the side and only knocked down 3 pins. Leaf hung her head in defeat as the total was made out to 135 and 129, Red had beaten her. "Good effort Leaf, but it looks like this round is mine," Red said from the couch behind her.

Leaf turned around and smiled at him, "sure, good job sweetie. Just remember we've got two more rounds now. I just can't give you the satisfaction of winning."

Leaf sat down face-to-face with Red. "Yeah well same goes for me," Red said as the two kissed again until the start screen for the next game came up. In all reality, Red didn't care if he won or lost. He was having a lot of fun and he was having that fun with Leaf. It was just him and her enjoying each other's company and to him, there was nothing better. Leaf stood up and went to grab her ball for her turn. Red watched her the whole time, not even realizing he was making it blatantly obvious that he was staring at her. Leaf could see his stare out of the corner of her eye, unlike other boys Red's stare wasn't one of lust but one of adoration. It warmed her heart so much, she lightly giggled like a giddy school girl as she stepped up to the lane.

Blue was leading Hilbert and Nate through Hill Valley, everyone around them was happily lounging, drinking, playing, and battling blissfully unaware of what was about to happen. Blue couldn't help but smirk, this was too perfect, he couldn't wait to see the looks on everyone's faces. Nate and Hilbert were excited as well, what Blue had in store could only be described as perfect. Now they just hoped they could avoid being caught and getting caught in the crossfire of their prank. They arrived at the edge of the forest by an area that was fairly central in the camp where there were a lot of people, some of these buildings were cabins that people were staying in. Kevin's cabin was nearby as well. "Alright boys, let's do this," Blue whispered.

Nate and Hilbert nodded and Hilbert put down the backpack he had been carrying. He opened it up revealing several pokeballs, "Oh this is gonna be good," said Nate.

The three then reached in and pulled them out, releasing them. The pokemon in question were revealed to be a mixture of Stunkys and Skuntanks. The already smelly pokemon looked at the three awaiting instructions. "Alright, you all," said Blue, "Here's what you're going to do..."

Blue explained the plan in full and all the pokemon understood and were willing to comply, "Once you're finished meet us back here. That sound good?" he finished.

"Skun", "Stunk," the pokemon replied in approval.

"Great, now let's cause some mayhem."

All the pokemon left to perform their tasks except for one Skuntank that was staying for a special job. "Let's do this thing, Skuntank," Hilbert said as he and Skuntank left for their job.

The pokemon snuck sneakily around the corners of buildings and weaved around unsuspecting campers, some of them snuck into the cabins, others stayed hidden by the buildings, while others remained hiding in plain sight. Hilbert lead his Skuntank partner to Kevin's cabin, the two peaked in through the window, Kevin was on the upper level at his desk talking to someone over the phone. Luckily the window was cracked open so Hilbert slowly and silently lifted it so that Skuntank could walk in, "Do your thing Skuntank," he said. Skuntank obliged and hopped in and hid under a side table, peering up at Kevin who was still on the phone. He then continued by walking up the stairs and hiding at the foot of his desk.

The moment of truth came, one of the Stunkys came out of hiding and up to a couple of girls who were lounging around absorbing the radiant heat. One of the girls shot up when she noticed Stunky, "Ew a Stunky, go away you smelly rat!" she said.

Stunky did not take the comment well and turned around making sure to get them good. The two girls screamed as they were sprayed with Stunky's foul-smelling spray. Several people looked to see what the commotion was only for more of the Stunkys and Skuntanks came out of hiding one by one and started spraying everyone and everything they could. Panic and disgust erupted quickly amongst the camp-goers, it was quite a sight to behold. Nate and Blue could barely keep it together as they watched the chaos unfold, this was better than either of them could've imagined.

Kevin heard the commotion as his call came to an end and got up to see what the deal was. The first thing he saw was Skuntank staring devilishly at him. "How the heck did you get in here?" he asked.

Skuntank replied by spraying him. Kevin completely lost his composure as he tried desperately to block the stream of foul-smelling spray. When Skuntank finally let up, the smell finally hit him. There was a reason this Skuntank was chosen for this job; Skuntank spray becomes more potent the longer it sits inside the aforementioned pokemon and according to its trainer, it had been a particularly long time since this Skuntank had sprayed.

The smell was absolutely horrible; Kevin's nose was burning up, it was too much for his senses to handle. "Ahh, you little piece of s***!" He grabbed a jacket he was keeping nearby and wiped his face trying desperately to get rid of the horrible fluid. When he finally dried his eyes, he looked at Skuntank with a killer glare. Skuntank took the hint and turned and ran down the stairs.

"Get back here you smelly little f***er!" Kevin shouted as he chased him down the stairs. Kevin got tripped up on the last few steps and faceplanted at the bottom. Hilbert slammed his hand over his mouth, if he didn't then Kevin surely would've heard him cackling in laughter. There could not have possibly been a better way for this to happen, it was so funny and satisfying to see the smug owner get reduced to the butt of a joke. His time there was about up so Hilbert had to run for it before he was discovered.

Inside, Skuntank ran around spraying everything he could. Kevin looked back up, his face full of rage, and he pushed himself up and tried chasing Skuntank again. But Skuntank was too agile and ran out of the way, jumped up on the side table below the window and out the window. Kevin reached out and tried to grab the Skunk pokemon but barely missed and ended up hanging halfway out the window. He was thankful no one from camp saw him because he looked so foolish. He watched in dismay as Skuntank ran away rounding the corner of a building and disappearing. Kevin grumbled incoherently as he pushed himself back up and into the building, but then the smell hit him again. "Oh mercy!" he cried out as he covered his nose.

Back with Nate and Blue, the two could barely contain their excitement and laughter as all the Stunky and Skuntank returned to them. "Oh my gosh, that was incredible," said Nate.

"You don't know the half of it," Hilbert said as he ran up to the group with Skuntank in tow. He was crying from laughing so hard.

"You can tell us all about that one when we get back," Blue said as they hurriedly returned the pokemon to their pokeballs.

Once they got everyone, Blue spoke up again. "Everyone here?" he asked and all the pokeballs shook indicating they were all present and accounted for.

"Good, thank you all so much for your help," Hilbert said as they hurriedly put away all the pokemon.

"What did the one shepherd say to the other shepherd?" asked Hilbert.

"What?"

"Let's get the flock out of here."

Blue picked up the backpack of pokeballs and the three bolted back to camp. This was going to be a story for the ages.

Red and Leaf were now at a local diner just laughing, talking, and telling stories some of which they had never told others. Red was living a time when an obsessive Pokémon fan tried to buy Pika off of him. "So Pika's got more admirers than one," said Leaf.

"You can say that again," Red said with a chuckle, "the more that guy talked the more I thought he escaped from a mental hospital."

"Oh man, I can imagine that. I'd probably be a little terrified in your shoes," Leaf giggled.

"I was strongly considering just letting Pika zap him. He wasn't too pleased with the obsessiveness either."

"I probably would've done it. How did you get away from him?"

"One of the officers came by and asked him to stop harassing me. He started arguing with her so I slipped away while he was distracted."

Leaf giggled, "My boyfriend's a ninja."

Red chuckled sheepishly scratching the back of his head.

A waitress came with a bowl containing a delicious looking ice cream sundae. "Ice cream sundae," the waitress said as she sat it down. Leaf's face lit up as she did so. if she stared much longer she would start drooling.

"Looks delicious," Leaf said. She took a spoon and took a bite.

"Yummy!" Leaf exclaimed in an adorable voice.

Red's heart melted as he looked at her and a lovestruck, crooked smile came over his face. Gosh, he loved her so much. Leaf was quick to notice the dumb expression on Red's face and couldn't help but giggle, "What?" she asked.

"You have no idea how cute you sounded just now," Red said with a laugh.

Leaf blushed and giggled sweetly. "You really think I'm cute?" she asked.

"I-I've always thought you were cute," Red said sheepishly.

Leaf smiled brightly, unashamed of the blush that covered her face.

"So...are you having a good time?" Red asked a little nervously.

"Absolutely!" Leaf said, "I've been having a great time."

"Good, since this our first date I want to make sure I'm doing this whole thing ri-"

Leaf cut him off by shoving a spoonful of ice cream into his mouth. Red looked back at his girlfriend surprised and just saw her smiling sweetly at him. "What did I say about worrying? Don't worry, to be honest this has been the best day I've had in a long time." Red pulled the spoon out of his mouth and swallowed the ice cream.

"I'm just happy to have such a sweet and cute boy to spend some time with," Leaf said taking one of her fingers and wiping off a bit of excess chocolate from the corner of his mouth.

Red was left a blushing mess, what else could he say? Leaf giggled once again before taking another bite of ice cream. "I'm happy you have the decency to ask a girl on a date. Blue never took me out," said Leaf.

Red looked at her surprised, "Really? I figured considering how much of a playboy he's always been that he would've at least done that. Then again, he's never been one to settle on a single girl."

"A playboy huh? Well, he did try to get me to have sex with him a couple of times."

Red felt a little uneasiness at this information, "So then...did you..."

"No, I wasn't ready for that. The second time he asked me was when I broke up with him."

Red felt a small wave of relief wash over him and took another bite of ice cream. He was dying to ask the question but he wasn't sure if he should. Oh, what the heck? They were already down the rabbit hole. "So are you...uh well..."

Leaf understood what he was getting at and thankfully didn't take it in a bad way. "I'm still a cherry!" she said gleefully.

"O-OK then," Red replied unsure of what else to say. He hadn't expected the conversation to go in this direction but a small part of him was pleased to learn this information. If their relationship keeps progressing then he could be her first.

Geez, what was he thinking?! He didn't want to be like Blue! Granted that was a normal part of relationships but Leaf clearly wasn't ready for something like that and he didn't want to scare her away.

His thoughts were interrupted by the waitress who returned to the table with the receipt. "Here you go, you two have a nice day," she said.

Red looked back over to Leaf to find her finishing off the last bite of ice cream. "Man you inhaled that," he said, "I didn't eat all that much."

"If you wanted more you should've gotten it while you had the chance," Leaf said playfully, "I don't mess around with good food."

Red chuckled as he stood up. Leaf stood up with him and took his hand as the two left the restaurant.

The sun was almost completely set at this point and the town was lit up. It was quite a sight to behold as many buildings were over 40 years old and still had the classic looks to them. As much as Red and Leaf would've liked to explore they were both really tired and they still needed to run their errand for Lyra. The pharmacy was dimly lit and plain-looking compared to the buildings around it. You would think the cheapest, unhappiest people in the town ran the joint. Red pulled and pushed at the door but it wouldn't open. "Oh no," he said.

They saw a woman walking around inside and waved at her to get her attention. She looked less than pleased as she turned her attention to the two. "Excuse me, ma'am. We need to get something it's really important," said Leaf.

The woman grumbled and walked up to the door, "We're closed." she said.

"We know but this is really important, please? We won't be more than a couple of minutes," Leaf pleaded.

"What part of we're closed do you not understand? Come back tomorrow."

The lady walked away and Red and Leaf looked at each other. They both let out a sigh and looked to the ground, they had failed to get a pregnancy test before the end of the day. Lyra was already stressing about her possible pregnancy and they didn't want her to stay in the dark about it because they couldn't make it before closing time. They could only imagine the look on her poor face when she finds out. "What do we do now? I don't want to go back empty-handed," asked Leaf.

Red sat there thinking for a moment, then an idea came to him. Although he was a little unsure about it. He scratched the back of his head nervously, "Well...maybe we could stay in town for the night. We could check into a hotel for the night and go to the pharmacy first thing in the morning," he said.

Red was really hoping she wouldn't get the wrong idea. Leaf looked back at him contemplating his idea. Then she smiled, "I like it. I could use a night away from camp."

Red breathed a sigh of relief. "Just don't get any naughty ideas," Leaf whispered mischievously.

Red's face went bright red, "Oh come on, I'm not like Blue," he pouted.

Leaf giggled and retook his hand, "I know," she said, "You're so much better than Blue."

Red gave her a warm smile and she leaned into him as the two walked toward a hotel.

Lyra was becoming more and more stir crazy and she laid down. She had been waiting all day for Red and Leaf to come back with a pregnancy test. The only thing that was keeping her sane was the loving embrace of her boyfriend. She was laying on his chest and she had a leg draped over his legs while he rubbed her head. Ethan looked at her worriedly, she had been so stressed all day and he hadn't seen her smile once. He couldn't say he blamed her though, was there any other way he could make her feel better?

The two were startled by the sound of Lyra's pokegear going off. Lyra sat up and rushed over to it hoping for some good news. "Hello?" she answered.

"Hey Lyra it's Leaf," Leaf answered on the other end.

"Hi, how'd it go?"

"It went fantastic!" Leaf said jovially.

"That's great," Lyra replied, "so Red was a good boyfriend?"

"Oh yeah, I'm so happy we did this."

"I'm glad. So...were you guys able to get the...you know what?"

There was silence on the other end which made Lyra's heart sink. "No...we didn't make it in time..." Leaf answered.

Lyra hung her head in disappointment. Ethan watched his girlfriend sadly as she talked on the phone. "OK..." Lyra simply said.

"We won't be coming back empty-handed though, Red and I are gonna stay in town for the night. So when we get up tomorrow morning we'll hit the pharmacy and head back," said Leaf.

This brightened up Lyra's spirits a little bit, at least she wasn't on her own in getting a pregnancy test. "OK, thanks Leaf," she said.

"No problem. I'm sorry about this Lyra."

"No, no, it's fine. You guys were on a date. I'll be fine don't worry."

Lyra wasn't fooling anyone. "OK," Leaf said reluctantly, "Have a good night, Lyra. Try to get some rest, OK?"

"OK," Lyra replied softly, "You too..."

Lyra hung up the pokegear and looked to Ethan with a look of distress. "So I take it we're not gonna find out tonight?" asked Ethan.

Lyra didn't respond. She looked down at the ground and sighed as she sat on the bed across from Ethan. At that moment, Ethan felt so distant from her. She was shouldering all the weight of this possible pregnancy and he hated it. Ethan got up and sat next Lyra, wrapping an arm around her shoulder. "Lyra, I know you're scared, I am too. Just know whatever happens I'll always be with you," he said.

Ethan wasn't sure what else he could say, it seemed like there was very little that could provide her any comfort. Lyra kissed him on the cheek and stood up, "I-I'm going to bed," she said before walking out the door.

Ethan reached his hand out, "Wait, Lyra," but she was already gone.

Ethan looked down at the floor and sighed, what was he gonna do? Lyra has never been like that before and it scared him. What could come of this? What was gonna happen to her? What was gonna happen to them? What if she really was pregnant? How would she handle that?

He was so worried about everything but more than anything he was afraid of losing her.

Leaf placed her pokegear down and sighed dejectedly. Red was looking at her from the bed knowing that Lyra probably wasn't very happy. He was already in his nightwear which consisted of a black t-shirt and shorts. Leaf hadn't changed yet but had already discarded her hat, shoes, and socks. "How'd it go?" asked Red.

"About how you would expect," said Leaf.

Red sat up as she walked over, "Poor thing, we've gotta get it back to her quickly tomorrow," he said.

"Yeah."

Leaf climbed onto the bed and sat on his lap resting her back against him. Red, in turn, wrapped his arms around her from behind letting them rest around her stomach. Leaf relaxed in his embrace and let out a contented sigh as she nuzzled up to his face, her cheek pressed up against his.

Red was in heaven, to be holding her like this was an amazing feeling. Her warm body, her smooth skin, her silky flowing hair, everything about her was perfect. "Hey Red?" said Leaf.

"Yeah?"

Leaf slowly turned to face him, her face still pressed up against his, the corner of their mouths just barely touching. "Kiss me," she whispered.

Red didn't need to be told twice, he turned his head so that he was directly facing her and pressed his lips against hers. The two melted right into it, they continued to kiss over and over and over again. Leaf slowly shifted, turning around and straddling his lap without breaking off the lovely kiss. She wrapped her arms around his neck while he kept his arms around her waist.

Now that they were directly facing each other, they put more pressure into their kiss. Red was completely lost in the wonderful moment they were sharing, he would've stayed that had he not felt something wet press against his lips. Red realized pretty quickly what she was doing and broke off the kiss in surprise, staring into her beautiful eyes. Leaf looked back at him shyly with a deep blush on her face.

No words needed to be said, they dove back in for another kiss. This time they opened their mouths granting each other access and the feeling was incredible. Her tongue was so soft and wet, it was so passionate they both thought their hearts might explode. There was only one thing that they knew at that moment, they wanted more.

Red and Leaf held each other even tighter as they continued their dance of tongues. There was a lot of push and pull between them and this continued until Red fell backward, pulling Leaf down with him. This didn't deter them, in fact, they enjoyed this new position even more. Eventually, they needed to breathe so they broke off the kiss. A trail of saliva connected their mouths as they separated. "Oh...wow..." Leaf said in between breaths.

Red couldn't help but smile at the beautiful brunette. After finally catching her breath she rested her head in the crook of Red's neck. Her body was completely flushed up against his so he could feel every one of her curves. The one part of it that he struggled to get off his mind was the fact that her ample chest was pressed up against his. As good as it felt, he didn't want to think about it or else they could be facing some awkward consequences (if you know what I'm talking about).

"I could get used to this," Leaf said dreamily.

"What cuddling?" asked Red.

"Well...that too," Leaf replied, "I kinda like being on top."

Leaf sat up placing her hands on Red's chest to support herself, "You'd be completely at my mercy," she said in a mischievous tone.

Red got a grin of his own, "I suppose we could do that. Or..."

Leaf let out a yelp as Red shot up and rolled her over so that he was now on top. She then began laughing hysterically as she wrestled him trying to roll back on top. Pretty soon her laughter subsided as Red managed to keep her down. Red lie on top of her so that his body was pressed up against hers but not so much that he was crushing her. He dove back in for another kiss and stuck his tongue back into her mouth.

Leaf was surprised that he was getting more aggressive. Maybe now that they had done it he had no more reason to hesitate, whatever the reason she was loving it. She wrapped her arms around Red again as they continued their fervent battle of tongues. This continued until they once again ran out of breath. The two smiled blissfully, "Yeah I think I like this better," said Red.

Leaf giggled, "I suppose we can alternate," she said.

Red let out a loud yawn and he rolled off of her. It seems he's hit a wall, all the energy he had before had vanished almost instantly. Leaf rolled over and kissed him on the forehead before sitting up, "I'm gonna hop in the shower. I'm looking forward to a real shower," she said.

"You make the most out of it. I'll probably be out cold before you're finished," said Red.

"OK, good night Sweetie-pie," Leaf replied sweetly.

A blush came to Red's face as she grabbed her bag and stepped into the bathroom. He looked up staring at the ceiling, "Sweetie-pie," Red thought reiterating her words.

A crooked lovestruck smile came over Red's face. What a fantastic day this turned out to be. He finally got to take Leaf on an actual date and it was better than he ever imagined. Plus he got to fully make out with her.

It was all perfect.

As he drifted off into dreamland, his thoughts were all focused on his amazing girlfriend.

xxxxx

Lyra, on the other hand, was anything but happy. She shifted uncomfortably in her bed unable to rest, unable to think of anything outside of the problem she was facing. How was she gonna deal with everything? She felt so alone. She was shaken out of her thoughts by the opening of her cabin door.

Lyra shot up expecting it to be some thief or troublemaker but she was relieved to find it was just Ethan. Ethan looked at her with a worried and serious expression. "Ethan, what are you doing here?" Lyra asked.

"I decided to stay with you for the night. I don't want to leave you alone with all that's going on," he replied.

Lyra felt a rush of affection from her boyfriend and her cheeks warmed up. "Y-You don't have to Ethan," she said.

"No, but I want to."

Ethan sat down on Lyra's bed and moved to the side of the bed against the wall while Lyra laid back down on her side facing the door. Ethan wrapped his arms around her torso pulling her close. Lyra suddenly found herself able to relax, just having Ethan there with her was making her feel better already. "Get some rest OK," said Ethan, "I'll be with you all night."

Lyra felt some tears come to her eyes as she relaxed into his embrace. It was a simple yet profound reminder of why she grew to like him in the first place. But it also brought a little doubt to her mind. "You're too good for me Ethan," she thought.

Alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllright another chapter is finally done. So Red and Leaf have finally had their first date, what do you all think? Did you like it, is there something I could've done a little better? As always, feel free to give me your thoughts, your feedback is very much appreciated. I've got finals coming up next week so the next update might be a little slow to arrive, so I apologize in advance if that happens. Anywho, I hope you all have a good day, God bless :)
