~Gyutae's POV~
We were in our dressing room at the M Countdown studio, still getting ready for the show when we heard a knock at the door. One of our staff members opened it, letting the person in. Recognizing the face, I got up to greet them.
"Hello Taeseung." I greeted my fellow Pinky Entertainment member with a bow. It was one of our soloists, TJ.
"That's Taeseung sunbaenim to you." She said jokingly.
"But didn't you just debut too?" Ricky asked.
"Yes." TJ nodded. "But a week before you guys, therefore I am your sunbae."
"Okay, 'sunbae'." I said in a joking manner as we both snickered in a hug.
"How's your girlfriend been?" TJ started a private conversation with me.
"She's been good." I said. "Very supportive. Both of us are to each other."
"That's good." TJ said. "You need to be in this industry. Very understanding too."
"Yeah." I nodded in agreement. "I'm just glad we're apart of the same company so it's easier to see each other."
"Very true. Especially being in the same group."
"Yeah."
"Alright, well I just wanted to stop by and wish you guys luck."
"Thank you. Good luck to you too."
"Thanks. See you guys around."
We all said bye to TJ as she left. We finished getting ready with no other distractions and performed like normal.

-Saturday, September 7, 2019~3:47PM-
~Daehyun's POV~
"RC up next." The Show! Music Core staff told us.
"Our last stage guys." Tyson pointed out.
"Should we cheer?" Alex asked.
"Of course we should!" Ricky exclaimed, the first to put his hand out.
Gyutae followed, then me, then the other two.
"Who is going to be the one to say something?" Ricky asked.
"I have somebody in mind." Gyutae said.
We all looked at him, his eyes locked on me.
"Me?" I asked.
"Yeah, why not?" Gyutae asked.
"Because I'm the youngest." I said. "I don't know if I-"
"Sure you can." Alex said comfortly. "Being the youngest doesn't matter. You can still be wise and young."
"Just say what comes to mind." Tyson added. "You got this."
"Well okay." I cleared my throat. "Today, September 7, 2019, is the last day of our promotions. It may be the last time we can perform this song. Let's give it our all and give our fans something to miss. RC White..."
"Fighting!" We all shouted.
"That was great, Daehyun." Gyutae hugged me. "I knew you had it in you."
I smiled. At that moment, we were told to get ready. After given the cue, we went on stage and gave it our all as it was our last performance for promotions.

-Wednesday, September 18, 2019~1:52PM-
~JC's POV~
We had finally finished setting up the decorations when James came up to me.
"I think we're ready." He said.
"You want me to text him now?" I asked.
"Yes." He nodded.
"Okay." I replied. "Will do!"
"Great. And could you keep a look out for him?"
"Sure."
"Great. Thanks JC. You're the best."
James walked away and I did what I was told. I took out my phone and texted our manager.
Oppa! Help! Come to the practice room quick! I need you!
Right away, he texted back that he was on his way and would be here in 5 minutes. I stayed by the front window to keep a lookout for our manager's car. As I was doing so, D.NK came up to me.
"Hey oppa." I greeted him.
"Hi." He greeted back.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Nothing." He replied. "I've been wondering though, who do you think is gonna be in the next comeback?"
"Well, girls probably."
"Well Yeah, but like who?"
"I don't know. It could be anybody. It's a decision made by the company."
"You think it's gonna be any of the old members or just new ones?"
"I don't know. I guess it depends on how many girls we get in the new group, because you know we're gonna have a new group of members soon."
"Oh Yeah, forgot about that. Do you want to be in the next group though."
I took my eyes off the window and looked at him.
"You know the answer" I replied, looking back out the window. "Of course I want to. Who wouldn't?"
He snickered. "You never know."
I looked at him again. He was looking down. I felt like it was a touchy subject.
"What about you?" I asked, changing the subject. "Who do you think is gonna be in the next comeback?"
"I have my mind set on two people as of right now." He said.
"And who are those two people?"
"You and Blue."
"And why is that?"
"You two are our only female rappers. Unless we get new female rappers or the next group are vocals only, you and Blue are set to be in it."
I looked at D.NK with much respect.
"Wow." I said. "I didn't even think about that."
"Yeah." He said. "I hope I'm right too. I really want you to be in the next group.
I looked at him about to ask him why when I saw a car pull up.
"HE'S HERE!" I shouted.
Everyone got in their positions with the lights turned off. Our manager Woohyun came running in, immediately turning on the lights. That's when all 24 of us shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOOHYUN!"
"OMO!" He jumped.
His face was lit up with much surprise.
"What-" He was at a loss for words.
All we could do was stand there and smile. Suddenly, he got a panic look on his face.
"JC!" He exclaimed. "Where's JC?!"
"Right here oppa." I stepped out of the sea of people.
"Are you okay?" He started walking over to me.
"Yes oppa, I'm fine." I snickered. "It was the only thing I could think of that would get you here without being suspicious of anything."
"Jeez JC." Woohyun held his hand on his chest where his heart was. "You made me worry. I thought something was really wrong.
"I'm sorry oppa." I said giving him a hug.
"We wanted to throw you this surprise party in thanks for being here for us." Kaoru started to talk.
"Not only are you a great manager, you're a great father to us." Pop added.
"Taking care of 21 kids can't be easy." Changbin said. "But you make it look so easy."
"So we wanted to say thank you." James finished. "For everything you've done and we thought your birthday was the best way to do so."
"Instead of you taking care of us, today we thought we would take care of you." Jane added carrying the cake of lit candles over to him. "Happy birthday to you~"
Jane started singing and everyone chimed in. Full of emotions, Woohyun blew out his candles and made sure to hug every single one of us. Overall it was a successful surprise party for our manager, the best manager one could ask for.
~Authors Note~
Hey guys! Sorry the promotions for the boys were so rushed. And sorry I've been kind of gone for a month...or two...I didn't mean to be but a lot has happened and I've been kind of distracted. I'll try to start coming back though. However, although I have not introduced the next group of characters yet (I'm hoping to do that in the next chapter), I do want you guys to still give me ideas on the next group to comeback. I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you soon. Biez!
Q1. How many members should the next group be? It will be the girls and we currently have 10 girls with more being added soon. I do want it to be kind of a bigger group preferably 8+ since the last boy group was smaller.
Q2. I will ask this again after introducing the next group of members but who do you think should be in the next group lineup?
