Next period
I was walking to PE with Osana and saw Asu and Aso run up to us. Asu got to me first and immediately protected me from Aso's attempt to speak with me. "Why are you keeping (Y/n) from me? When we met, you teased me about having a love life finally." "Because it never crossed my mind that you'd scar her." She said and we got to the locker rooms. "Hey (Y/n), why are you avoiding the boys? I thought they were your best friends." "They were... but now they scare me..." "Why?" "It's sensitive." Raibaru said, hearing that when she walked in. "Megami already asked coach Taiso to keep Aso away from you and yell at him for trying to talk with you," Asu said and I nodded. "Thank you all." "Of course." Raibaru, Osana and Asu said to me. We walked out in swimsuits even as it was approaching winter.
"This is the last day for the pool until it gets warmer students!" Mrs Taiso said and Asu pushed me away as Aso approached. "Aso, please keep your distance from (Y/n)." Mrs Taiso said and he looked confused. "Why? What did I do?" "I don't know but Megami asked me to keep you from her." She said and Aso was acting confused. "But that makes no sense." Osana and Raibaru approached Mrs Taiso and said something to her quietly before she nodded. "I see. There's a perfectly good reason, now stay away from her!" She said and the two approached me and nodded to me. "I'm so scared..." I muttered and they nodded.
Week later
I was waiting for Oso to go home with but the delinquents came up to me. "Boss is going to be late since she and her brother are fighting." I nodded and they left. I was scared and got to the incinerator as I saw Osorō trying to kill Oso. They fought, both bloody as I screamed. They both stopped and turned to me. "(Y/n)! What are you doing here?" Oso yelled and I stared at Osorō, horrified. "I was worried for you. Now I see I had a right to be." I said and Osorō became wide eyed. "I'm just trying to protect you!" "You did a horrible job!" I said and Oso got to me. "Let's just get you home." I nodded to Oso and we left.
Next day
I was talking with Oso and she seemed shocked from behind me as I went in front of her suddenly. I was grabbed from behind and screamed. I heard the girls running to me, scared and the last thing I saw was Oso trying to get the person off me but I was stabbed in my neck. "Call an ambulance!" Oso said while the knife was pulled out of my neck. I fell to the ground and heard Amai panicking. Soon, I blacked out.
Amao's POV
"Do you eight feel heartbroken too?" I asked and they nodded, holding where their heart is. Soon, Demon Empress came to us. "Wonder why." She said, picking her nails. "Sending a mindslave to kill your sister but got me? How do you feel Osorō?" He froze and his eyes widened as an ambulance arrived. Medics ran inside to the top floor with a stretcher and we saw (Y/n)'s body being carried out.
"Why?" "Oh trust me, I'm pissed at what you did Osorō. That soul trusted you. She trusted all of you but now she'll feel terrified of you next reset. And don't bother trying to say that you don't remember what happened." "How did you know I was sending a mindslave?" "The soul didn't know but just before your sister was going to get killed, she stepped in front of her and took the attack." Demon Empress said while Hoshiko was confused. "Who the fuck are you?" "(Y/n)'s real body. The soul in her body is a kind soul I decided to live with. Ah, such a great game to get killed at!" "I didn't-" "Even if your sister didn't find me, you'd rape me in your basement like you threatened." "Should've invited us." Kizano said to Osorō and he shrugged. "Your fault for not taking her. Besides, the picture I sent you all was good enough." Osorō said while Demon Empress rolled her eyes.
"Whatever." She said then brought out the reset screen. "And back to the competition." She said, bringing up with looked like files and tossing them into the air as code ran everywhere.
Reader POV
My eyes widened as the 13 girls looked at me, confused. "What's wrong?" "I... don't know... I just feel afraid and a bit hurt..." I muttered to Aoi and looked at my arms. "Why are there scratches there? That's strange..." I muttered and Oso grabbed my arm and examined it. "Thank god..." She muttered as I barely heard. "Why don't you sing your emotions quickly?" Amai suggested and I nodded as I started to sing but spoke before I did. "It's of your brothers for some reason too..." I muttered and started to sing Teddy Bear.
I finished and they nodded as our door had a knock on it.
"Can we have Juliet?" I heard Kizano and felt afraid. Osorō was next where he grumbled and said he wanted me around him and I felt the most terrified as I felt like I was getting stabbed. I winced and grabbed my arms as I saw small droplets of blood coming out of them. "No! Leave her alone for a day, would you?" Raibaru growled to the door and we heard their disappointment before they left. "What's wrong?" Asu asked and I showed her my arm but when I straightened it, I felt terrified. "I-I'm scared... I don't know why..." I muttered and they nodded. "It's alright (Y/n). You're with us and we'll protect you." Kuroko said as Oka was petting my hair.
"Just... trust us...We'll take care... of you..." She said and I nodded. "I do. I trust you 13 more than anything." I smiled as I stopped the bleeding. "I wonder why I feel like I'm getting stabbed in the neck..." I muttered and felt the area it hurt. Oso seemed the most surprised and check it. "There's nothing there so you should be alright." She said and I nodded as it was time to go to the groups. "The fact there's actually a section for delinquents amazes me still." Megami said and I was confused but we split to our separate groups as I gave Megami my equipment.
We went to the cooking club area where there were three professional chefs. Not chefs like Gordon Ramsey since he would be a bit too harsh on the kids, even if they were teenagers, but chefs meant to be kind. I was next to Amai at the end as she explained that the first day was passing out treats to students while they prepared their activities. The next couple of days was preparing ingredients and studying the recipe for it since we can't use them. For four days, the judges hold separate cooking competitions for each day and have the students separately cook it with a timer, have the cooks taste test it then they decide who wins. The day after that would be a group cooking where we'd all have to help but we could use a recipe book here then the final day was results and a calm day.
I nodded as we were told to make a simply treat for everyone. I quickly made small chocolate pieces which only took a couple minutes seeing as there was already melted chocolate. The judges tried our food as a start then let us go as long as one of them had tried the treat. We each agreed to go to two different sections except for Saki and Amao. I'd be going to the delinquents and Student Council, Amai would be going to the the teachers and sports club, Amao would be doing one but that's because his is everyone who isn't in a club, Shoku would get the drama club and the martial arts club, Kenko got the Occult club and the gardening club, Ajia said she'd get the gaming and science club, Saki said she'd get the photography, light music and art club. "Are you sure you want to do three Saki?" "It's fine. I'll be okay." We nodded as I went to the delinquents first.
"The hell is a small fly like you doing on our property?" A different school's delinquents leader asked and I smiled. "I'm from the cooking club and assigned to bring food here. Here you go." I smiled as I gave them a bit of chocolate. The other schools seemed suspicious while Akademi's had taken a piece and ate it. "If you aren't going to eat her chocolate, I'll take it." Oso said as I looked at her confused. Osorō nodded on agreement while they grumbled and took some, clearing the plate. After they had, a different leader that was closer to me had pulled me close to them. I had dropped the plate in surprise as he made me face him. "Our school's club doesn't even cook this well, why don't you come to our school sweetie?" He asked while staring into my confused eyes.
"No, I'm alright. Can you please let me go?" He growled and his grip of my wrists tightened. "I'd suggest you let her go now and things won't be getting messy." Oso said as she got her bat out. Osorō did the same, getting his own metal rod. "What? You care about a little child like this one? She can't even fight me and she's starting to cry." He said, teasing that tears pricked my vision. I saw Succubus for a second and so did everyone else as the guy dropped me in fear. Quickly, Osorō had taken me away from them and behind Akademi's delinquents.
"What? Can't keep a grip on a woman?" Osorō teased as I wiped my eyes and looked at the shattered remnants of the plate but stared back up as the guy was still regaining himself. "What the hell was that?" Succubus appeared to only me as she smirked. "Dearie, should I mess with him?" She asked me as no one else seemed to hear. I slightly shrugged. "You don't really listen to me a lot so do what you want." I whispered as she pat my head. "Good, you found out. Yep, while Demon Empress tells me what I can and can't do, you can't." She said and appeared next to me to just that leader as he stared, terrified while the other members were confused. "Boss, what the hell is wrong?" "There's some sort of... demon next to the girl..." "You don't believe in that Occult shit, how the hell would that be possible?" Oso went back to me and checked my wrists. "Succubus?" "Yep." I said and she appeared to everyone else as the others got terrified.
"Your wrists aren't too bad. Sorry about your plate." I nodded and sighed as Amai came back here. Since the others were too busy being terrified of Succubus, she came to me and asked Oso what was wrong. "Just her wrists are injured. And her plate is broken." Amai nodded and brought me away as Succubus was laughing from the delinquents reaction.
"And you guys are supposed to be big and scary! Oh god, I love doing this, just reminds me of my first life." Succubus laughed and I let her continue that as I got another place with chocolates on them and went to the Student Council section. Of course, they were more civilized and said thank you when I gave them some.
