Katalina's POV
I stepped out of the shower limping, viewing his sleeping figure sent hot memories through my mind and I shook it off shivering. Now would be the perfect time to leave, if only I could walk properly for the love of Pete.
I tied my hair in a high bun and slipped on my cloak putting on the hoodie. Maybe I shouldn't leave him hanging and write him a note or something.

I stained the note with my red lipstick and left it on the nightstand. I snapped my fingers and disappeared into the morning woods.
It was pretty chilly with winter nearby. I clutched my cloak thinking of where I should go next.
Lucian. Check.
Xavier...Mhmm check.
Julian...fucking x'd off my list no questions asked.
Cayden. It's between Cayden the twins and Collin now that Julian was voided.
I rustled through the leaves deciding that I'll go visit Cayden next but first I'll have to locate him.
I opened up the portal once more but was snatched and before I let out a scream I was already knocked into darkness.

"Where the hell am I?" I groaned. My head really hurt.
When I fully came to I sat up looking around the room and then my eyes fell on the blonde-haired gentleman in the corner eyeing me.
"You...you knocked me out," I whispered.
"That I did." He said nonchalantly.
"Why?" I questioned now getting pissed.
"You were looking for me, weren't you? Well, you couldn't have found me so I came to you. Sorry for knocking you out Kit Kat." I froze at the nickname instantly doing a double-take.
"Collin?"
"Bravo. You know my name." He said playfully walking toward me.
"So. Why did you want me?" His face grew serious and I sighed.
"Here we go again," I muttered.

After I finished my explanation for the millionth time he stared at me coldly. His playful demeanor now dispersed into thin air.
"Katalina, I have a mate." He stated seriously making me flinch.
"Really?" I whispered.
"After you left I've found somebody. Turns out they are best of both worlds and all I've been craving." He said which made my blood boil. My demon was mad.
"Who is she?!" I hissed violently.
"Kat..." He dragged.
"Who. Is. She." I said with each step cornering him. I was a fucking seductress no one says no to me.
"It's a guy. I'm gay Kat." He sighed and my eyes softened.
"Aww Collin." I moved back giving him space. "I'm sorry my demon was about to snap at you for not choosing me but I completely understand.
There's no other girl there's a guy involved and I respect your feelings and who you're with just keep in contact?" I smoothly apologized slipping a paper with my info in his jacket before disappearing.
Shit.
Collin was gay. A lot happened since I left.
'Nixon distract Xavier while I go into their territory once more.'
'On it.' He replied cutting the demon link.

I woke up to an empty bed. Why wasn't I surprised? She was a walking mystery that I'd love to figure out.
I remembered her moans and her cries as I looked at the stains on the sheet. I stripped it throwing it on the hamper.
My dick was hard as a fucking rock and I groaned going into the shower.
It didn't take long for me to finish and throw on some sweats and a shirt.
"Alpha." I heard knocks on the door.
"Yes?" I growled lowly.
"We have a visitor." And that is when I smelled the demon scent mixed with the wolf.
"Hello there." He pranced in the room. No doubt this was Kat's look-alike brother.
"Why are you here Nixon?" I asked.
"Hm, why aren't I here?" He said playfully making me glare at him.
"So... You and my sister?" He wiggled his eyebrows.
"How-"
"Her scent is all over this place." He said with a glint in his eye. He was up to something and I needed to figure it out fast.

Katalina's POV
Now for Aiden and Allen.
"Amie?" I looked at my best friend and choked out a sob. She hugged me and held me tightly.
"You're alive." She cried softly.
"Yes I made it. And there's a lot you don't know about me that I need to explain." I told her.
"We all know who you are Kat. You were announced." He said looking at me sadly. Why was she looking at me with sadness?
"Because Kat you have to choose your mate in less than a month and you can't fuck this one up. Plus you have a group of people who wants you dead." She whispered the last part.
"I'll be fine." I winked at her.
"Your brother came here by the way he's a fine piece of-"
"Amie." I groaned.
"Amie who are you talking-" Allen froze as his eyes met mine.
"Allen you dumb ass why did you sto-" Aiden walked in with the same look his brother was giving me.
"Guys, meet my demon angel wolf best friend Kat." Amie joked to lightened the tension in the room. To be specific the sexual tension in the room.
"Shit." I heard them swear.
"Nice seeing you Amie." I hugged her tightly.
"Guys, why are you making so much damn noise?"
My confidence faded when I saw a girl dressed in a robe behind the twins.
I smiled weakly at them before turning away.
"Who is she?" She asked.
"You wouldn't have to worry about that," I said walking toward the door. I needed to find Cayden. Everyone slowly canceled off my list and it was down to him and Xavier.
"KATALINA!" I heard Aiden call but I shook my head.
"Fuck! You're a potential mate and you have your fucking slutt over?!" Amie hissed at her brothers.
"Kat." I felt a warm tingle all over my body.
"Cayden," I whispered.
"Yes."
"I was initially trying to find you but I was knocked out. I probably linked another person and he got to me first but now I'm here once more." I ranted on.
"Shh." He said smashing his lips on mine.

"Mhmm." I moaned in his mouth.
"Wait. I have to explain." I whispered, a little out of breath from the long kiss we shared.
He pulled me down the corridor into his room locking the door.
"Sit." He said.
I sat on the bed looking at him.
"I know what you are, who you are after you left I've been a mess. I really liked you, Kitty. Still do." He said looking at me intently which made me squirm.
"I know what you did. He took you." He stated coldly.
"I uh-"
"Why didn't you come to me first?" He asked me.
"I don't-"
"You know, you should answer wisely." He stepped closer and closer to me.
My throat became dry.
"A matter of fact I'll take you right here right now, and I'll show you who you belong to Kitty." He pushed me back and climbed on top of me and in an instant, I was completely naked.
