Midoriya likes to be the small spoon but sometimes hell actually be the big spoon and both of you always hold a grip on each other not wanting to loose each other. Midoriya will wait till your sleeping to hear your tiny snores and to make sure ur having a good sleep.

Bakuhoe is the big spoon of course. Bakugo likes to hold you back and your head keeping you super close like he's gonna loose you, sometimes he'll stay up till you sleep just to make sure your alright and sleeping good.

Todoroki likes to make sure ur asleep good so he stays up awhile as you hold onto him eventually he passes out sleeping actually smiling
❀Hitoshi❀
Shinso and you are little insomniacs together so you just stay up all night watching some cat videos then Netflix and eating popcorn cuddling each other.
❀Kamanari❀
Like Shinso you both don't sleep but your be playing video games and watching Netflix together with bunch of cuddles and him doing cringey pick up lines..
❀Touya❀
Dabi holds onto you like he won't survive if you leave surprisingly. Your always be pushed into his chest protectively. Dabis a big spoon actually

Shigarki is scared to touch you so you just hold onto him sleeping (like the picture uwu). While that happens he moves around a lot in his sleep so you wake up and just stay awake.
