I love the whole concept of moving on and though it isn't the main point in the story, I also love how your two main characters are still humane even in a world where it's 'one man for himself.' I can only hope they don't lose that side of themselves in the midst of the chaos. The way their stories are different but intertwine is something that I adore.

If your book was a movie, I probably would've cried 10 seconds in. It's a good thing you did some editing because I really think it'd be great if you entered your book into some competitions! A job well done!
