The next morning I woke up quite early for a change. I sat up and stretched, letting out a yawn. Today I was actually feeling better, still upset, but better. I then hopped out of bed and got changed into some clothes and then headed down stairs.
I made myself a bowl of cereal and sat on the lounge. I turned it onto MTV and the video clip to Only Girl (In the world) - by Rihanna was playing. I sat there and watched it. After that finished I turned it over to an episode of Jersey Shore, it was another repeat.
I finished my cereal and put the bowl in the sink and headed back up stairs to my room. As I walked in I went and sat on my bed. I picked up Damon's jacket and held it again. Closing my eyes I took him and everything we had in. I then opened my eyes and I searched for my phone, but couldn't find it. So I then picked up the house phone and called Damon.
'Damon when you get this message, could you come and see me, I need to talk to you' I said leaving it on his voice mail and then hung up.
I sat there and waited for him to come. It was at least ten or fifteen minutes when I heard someone's footsteps on my balcony. I turned my head to see Damon. He was waiting outside for me. I then got up and went to him, with his jacket in his hand.
"You need to talk to me" he said as I came outside. "Yes" I said to him. "Your jacket" I said handing it to him.
"Is that it?" he asked me confused. "And this" I said taking off the bracelet he gave me. "Alexis, I gave it to you. So keep it" he said pushing my hand back.
"Damon, I don't need any more reminders of you" I said placing it in his hands. "I want to heal and me having constant reminders of you won't help me" I said a tear falling from my eye.
"I can't keep feeling what I'm feeling and I'm sick and tired of me hating you. It's over Damon, for good" I told him and then let go of his hand.
I then turned around and wiped the tears falling on my face away and as I turned around Damon was gone. My tears came again. He was gone, we are over for good and now he's basically out of my life. I wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing. I didn't want to be here right now, so I went outside and walked to the park where Jessica took me.
As I was walking there, I felt someone behind me. I turned around to see no-one, so I kept walking. I then turned the corner and heard someone whisper something in my ear. I turned around in circles and so no-one. I kept walking and looked back once more and still there was no-one there. As I turned back around someone hit me in the head, causing me to black out and fall on the ground.
3rd Person POV:
Elena went to Alexis's house and knocked on the door. No-one answered and she then tried the door knob. It opened and she walked inside. "Hello, Alexis" she called out, but got no response. She then went up stairs and checked her room. She wasn't there at all. She thought she might be at the hospital and then went back outside.
As she came outside, she saw Alexis's car still in the drive way. Elena thought that was strange. She shook the feeling off and called Jeremy. "Jer, where are you?" she asked when he picked up. "On my way to the hospital" he answered. "Okay, when you get there can you tell me if Alexis is there?" she asked him. "Sure" he then said. "K bye" she said and then hung up.
Elena then hoped in her car and drove to Stefan's house. She pulled up outside and went inside. Stefan approached her as she came inside and wrapped his arms around her immediately. A second later Damon came in. "Where have you been all morning?" Stefan asked him.
"At the bar" Damon answered causally and then threw his jacket on the lounge, making sound of a chain clink. "What's in the jacket?" Elena asked curiously. Damon narrowed his eyes and went over and searched through his jacket for the thing and then Elena's phone rang.
"She's not here" Jeremy said to her straight away, "Okay Jer thanks" she said and then her eyes widen when she saw what was in Damon's hands. "I've gotta go now Jer, bye" she said and then hung up. She then walked over and snatched the necklace from Damon's hands.
"Isn't this Alexis's" she said holing it up. "She must have put it in there before she gave me my jacket back" Damon said. "You saw her, when?" Elena asked. "This morning, about an hour ago" Damon answered back. "Stefan, I went to her house before I came here and she wasn't there and Jeremy just said she wasn't at the hospital" Elena said to Stefan anxious.
"Have you tried her cell?" Stefan asked and then Elena grabbed her phone out and rang Alexis. She stood there waiting for her to pick up, but then she heard music playing. She narrowed her eyes and followed the sound of it. She went up stairs with Stefan and Damon behind her and into Damon's room. Then she saw Alexis's phone ringing on Damon's drawer. She then picked it up and hit Damon in the shoulder.
"What the hell Damon" she asked him. "What, I didn't want her to get interrupted yesterday" he said in defence. "Well she wasn't meant to go anywhere yesterday at all" Elena yelled back and then turned to face Stefan. "Stefan, she wasn't at home or the hospital and she doesn't have her necklace. What if something happened to her? Caroline can walk in the sun now, what if she got to her?" Elena said worried.
"Elena don't worry, we'll find her come let's go look now" Stefan said to her and then she nodded and faced Damon. "How could you miss her not wearing her necklace, surely you could have felt all her feelings when you were with her" she yelled at Damon. "You go look for her too" she ordered him and then went down stairs with Stefan.

Stefan, Elena and Damon have searched the whole town all day for Alexis. Jeremy and Bonnie where helping them too, but they couldn't find her either. It was now dark and they were all outside the Salvatore house. "Where could she be?" Elena said out loud. "I don't know" Stefan said rubbing her shoulder for comfort.
"Alexis" Bonnie said out loud squinting at something in the distance, they all turned to see what she was talking about and noticed the image too and it was indeed Alexis. She turned her head around in response, which was strange because she couldn't have heard her say that from far away. She motioned then to follow and it was Damon who went first.
He started up at his vampire speed, but then Alexis said "Stop, come all together" loud enough for them all to here. She kept walking and leading them to follow her. She was now in the woods, walking over sticks, bricks and stones. The rest were following her at a steady pace all together as she told them. "Stop where you are" Alexis ordered them and they did.
They were several feet away from Alexis and she was now standing perfectly clear in the night time and this is when they noticed her properly. Alexis was wearing what looked like a flowing white dress with tints of blue threw out it. Her hair was blowing in the breeze and was dead straight. The dress was now dirty and tattered at the bottom from where the dirt and sticks got caught of it.
"Where the hell have you been Alexis" Elena asked taking a step forward. "I said stop where you were" Alexis said holding up her hand. "To answer your question from before, I was with a friend. I guess you could call her that now. She gave me a makeover, picked out the dress I'm wearing now" Alexis said turning to face them.
They all had horrified looks on her face at what they saw. Alexis's mouth was covered with blood, dripping down her mouth and all down her dress. "Then we went and got something to eat. I wasn't hungry, but she convinced me that I would love it and that it was even more delicious. She finished off her meal and was still hungry, so I let her have some of my blood" Alexis told them.
Elena was on the verge if crying and Jeremy was holding her and Bonnie back. Damon and Jeremy had confused looks on their faces and so did Stefan. He then took a step forward and spoke. "Who's your friend?" he asked and then Alexis held up her hand once again in order for him to stop. "Stefan stay where you are" she told him and he took a step back.
"You all know her" Alexis begun and the lifted up her left hand to reveal a knife. "And you all really quite hate her" she then said eyeing the knife in the air. Stefan and Damon then stood in front of Elena, Jeremy and Bonnie. "Alexis put the knife down" Damon said to her. "You should bond with her, you might like her then" Alexis said now skimming her finger along the blade.
"Alexis!" Damon yelled. "Don't yell at me!" she yelled back and then calmed herself. "We bonded a lot. I got to see her at her best, hunting people, killing them, feeding from them and then disposing them" Alexis said now looking at them. "You still haven't guessed who it is?" she then said and they were all quite. "Oh come on, take a guess or you'll never know" she said and then giggled. "I don't know, Caroline" Damon said.
"Nope your way off track" Alexis said. "It's Katherine" she said fiddling with the knife and then Katherine appeared out of the woods and next to Alexis. "Here she is" Alexis said and smiled at Katherine. "Here I am" Katherine said smiling back. "Don't you just love Alexis's new look" she said teasingly. "We had so much fun today, talking and then playing makeovers and dress up" she said.
"It's a shame that she spilt blood all over her dress" he said and the in haled the smell of it. "It's making me quite hungry" Katherine said and then Alexis held out her wrist to her and spoke. "You can have some of my blood." "With pleasure" Katherine said and then bit into her wrist. Elena then let out a cry, whilst Damon was about to go after Katherine.
"Come closer and she dies" Katherine said and then Damon backed off. "I have to be going now, but don't you worry Alexis will tell you the rest." Katherine said and then turned to Alexis. "Alexis sweetie, remember what you have to tell them, word for word and the finale part at the end" she said and then left.
"After we finished everything it was getting late. Katherine left a message for you though" and then Alexis dropped her head and then she lifted in the sky. The moon light shinning around her, and she was only at least a couple feet from the ground.
She held the knife still in her hand and then spoke. "She'll be back. This is not the last you will see of her and when she does come back it will be for good. Though it might be a while to she does, but always be prepare" Alexis said and then raised the knife.
"Time for the finale" Alexis said with a smile and then she cut her left forearm and then her right forearm. She was still in the air and then got the knife in both hands and plunged it into her stomach, causing her to make a coughing noise. Her eyelids stuttered closed and she begun to fall to the ground.
She was going to fall, but then Damon caught her. He dropped to his knees and held her in his arms. "She's lost to much blood" he said and then bit his wrist and shoved it to her mouth. Elena was crying her eyes out with Stefan wrapped around her and Bonnie just stood there stunned with tears falling silently, whilst Jeremy made his way over to comfort Bonnie.
Alexis's cuts then started to fade away and heal; all that was left were very light pink lines up her arms. Damon then felt her stomach for a wound and that was gone too. "Is she okay?" Elena asked kneeling down beside her. "For now, we have to go home and check on her" Damon said and then lifted her and left.
In a brief moment he arrived at his house and made his way up stairs with Alexis. He placed her on his bed and then sat her up in his arms. He bit his wrist once again and then put it against her mouth. It ran down smoothly and then Alexis pulled her hands up to Damon's wrist and gulped it down willingly. Elena and the rest then walked in and Damon released Alexis. She did not open her eyes once. Alexis just simple layed down on the bed and went to sleep.
"She should have enough blood in her system. She's completely healed and now sleeping" Damon said standing in front of them and then went out of the room. "Where are you going?" Stefan said grabbing his arm. "To hunt down Katherine and kill her" he said and pulled his arm from him. "She's long gone now Damon and you should stay with Alexis, keep an eye on her" Stefan said and then Damon stood there for a second and then went and sat beside Alexis.
The rest then went back down stairs, whilst Damon watched over her.
