(A.N): Guys, from here on we will be sparking Liv's love life with her prince. That's like basically half of the book now that Cleo and Charles are out of the way.  Enjoy, Comment & Vote!

Liv couldn't wait til' she got to school. Today, she wasn't dressing too fancy. She just got her hair in a messy bun and applied on her regular makeup. She decided on a white short sleeved crop top that had 'I Hate Mondays.' clear on the front with some dark purple high waisted shorts and white converse. She had got on her silver earrings, sunglasses and this silver circular necklace.

She was about to head out the door but, her mom called her into the kitchen.

"Yeah, mom?" Liv asked as she popped her head into the kitchen.

"This is going to be a long conversation, I suggest you take a seat." Her mother insisted as she sat down next to her father.

"Honey, we know that little track thing is coming up. But, we feel it's best that you don't go because we're going on vacation for two weeks." Her dad said as he held her hand in his.

She yanked her hand away from his grasp and looked at them like they were stupid. She couldn't help but, laugh. This was a funny joke.

"Nice one, guys." She said as she pretened to wipe a tear from her eye.

"We're not kidding, Livina." Her mom said in a serious tone. She even said her full name.

Liv gulped. "Are you serious?"

"Even if you did go, we don't have anyone to watch after you when you come back." Her mom said as 'she rubbed her daughter's back.

"Mom, are you insisting that I get a babysitter?" Liv asked in disbelief and her mother nodded at her words.

"It'll be best if you come with us or you get a babysitter." Her dad finally spoke up once, again.

"What? You can't trust anyone you just met, Mom! What if they rape me? You'll be left to feel bad about yourselves when your own daughter is dead. I'll be on the news and the last thing I'll say is, 'My parents thought it was safe'." Liv said trying to make her parents feel guilty and it worked.

"Okay, we'll think about it." They surrendered and she smiled widely at her achievement. Whenever they said that it was a yes but, they just didn't want to say it.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you." She squealed as she hugged her parents and told them her goodbyes as she drove off to school.

Liv reached to school and parked in her famous spot. She was feeling extra ecstatic today. When she walked past people she waved and threw them a smile. They looked shocked at her sudden mood since she was depressed all week.

She arrived to class with a smile on her face this morning. When Liv sat next to Cleo and she noticed Charles wasn't here.

You'd expect them to come on time since his parents are away for a while.

"Are you going?" Liv eagerly asked her bestfriend, litterally bouncing out of her chair.

"Yeah, I am. Are you?" Cleo asked and Liv nodded. They've been smiling at each other for a while now whilst some of their classmates looked at them like they were stupid. Class hadn't start yet because the bell didn't ring and their teacher wasn't here.

"Where's Charles?" Liv asked as she looked at the door to see if Charles would magically appear but, no one stood at the doorway.

"No, I was actually hoping he'd be with you." Cleo frowned and just on cue Charles stepped into the class with the biggest smile on his face. He sat down in the front of the girls and turned around to face them.

"Where were you?" Cleo asked her boyfriend.

"If you guys would like to know. I was running late because I needed to ask your Dad something. Long story short, he told me if I broke your heart he'd break me. Then, as I was coming to class Brody stopped me and asked if I was going to the L.A. Sports. I told him I was going and then I wondered if he was an athlete so, I asked him and you guys will never believe that he's a long distance runner!" Charles said in excitement as the girls just looked at him in horror.

Charles had always wanted to date Cleo and now that he was. He wanted to gave a great impression on Cleo's parents. They already saw him as a son and knew that Cleo and Charles were meant to be. Back then Charles and Cleo would always laugh about it. But, deep down Charles wanted it to happen and it only took til' a while after when Cleo felt the same.

The day before they met Liv.

"Are you saying that asshole is going to be joining us in the L.A. Games?" Liv asked first in disbelief. Despite the fact of the little one on one they had on the vacation, they both hated each other. Every once in a while they'd throw each other nasty comments and it didn't help that they were supposed to be working on a project together.

"It's not that -"

"No more talking." The teacher had stepped in with a scowl on her face. The trio didn't hear the bell ring at all.

Class had started and by the minute Liv got even more upset. How cliche of this boy!

It was now lunch and Liv was still ranting on about how it was unfair of how Brody was coming. Her hate for him had become bigger and bigger the more she talked of it. She tolerated him, she didn't like him. Everyone just seemed to love him and honestly Liv thought he was only popular because he was dating Cleo. The most popular girl in school.

Cleo was the only thing people thought of when they heard popular. No one else out shined her. If they even tried Cleo would have them running for their Mom's by the end of the week. Sometimes Liv thought she was only popular because she hung out with Cleo and Charles. The schools 'It' couple.

"It's just a week, calm down. It's not like you're going to be in the same room." Cleo mumbled. She was honestly getting tired of her bestfriend's rants.

"It would be cliche if he somehow got in our room. But, knowing my life everything is cliche." Liv said ended her sentence with an exaggerated sigh.

"Oh, c'mon. They do say the person you despise in highschool becomes your lover." Charles teased his bestfriend. Liv glared at Charles before plunking down in her seat, watching Rachel and Maria bicker about nonsense.

"The man of the hour!" Charles smirked as Brody approached the group with a wide smile on his face. This just sickened Liv even more.

"Brody, tell us how you got in the L.A. Games." Liv said with a faux sweet tone in her voice.

"What can I say? Practice makes perfect." Brody said, obviously not noticing the glare Liv was giving him.

"Oh, because I see you playing sports all the time!" Liv sarcastically said with a roll of her eyes. She earned a slight laugh from James.

"I don't know why you hate me so much. I mean, if you secretly like me, just say so." Brody smirked as he pointed to himself.

"I'm so into pigs." Liv once again said sarcastically to the vain boy across from her.

Cleo was listening intently and could already tell they'd end up together. It just took a matter of time before they stopped being childish and embraced their love. But, that wasn't happening anytime soon on either of their watches.

"Anyway," Jarre said changing the subject. "I'm going back to Europe." Jarre announced gaining attention from everyone especially Rachel.

"What? For how long? Will I ever see you again?" Rachel bombed her boyfriend with questions. She came off a little clingy and desperate but, Jarre thought it was sweet.

Maria gagged on the side of them, earning a laugh from her brother Noah and Cleo.

"Unfortunately, I won't. But, I'll text you every night and call you every day." Jarre reasoned with his girlfriend who was becoming sad at the fact that her boyfriend would be leaving her.

"Let's go for a walk." Rachel suggested as she stood up and waited for Jarre to come with her.

"We all know what that means." Brody whistled. Liv rolled her eyes at the egotistic and hormonal boy.

"How do you guys think you'll do on the races?" Noah asked, helping to kill any tension or prevent any arguments.

"Great." Liv answered proudly.

"Don't be so cocky, you might come dead beat last." Brody mumbled and that one statement had caught Liv's attention.

"I have you know that I am one of the best runner's. You are just a sad mistake of a runner, they probably ran out of real runners. So, unfortunately they had to pick you." Liv scoffed and looked down at her nails that were chipping.

"You act like you own stuff but, we all know you don't. I've done nothing to you, try to let go of grudges and give people chances." Brody said as anger came over him and the bell rung.

It was their last class. The class with Miss Gray. Cleo and Charles sat in the front and left Liv in the back of them with Brody.

Miss Gray had made the students sit together with their partners and forced them to work on their project because she knew majority of her class would be at the L.A. Games.

"Alright, question one. What's your middle name?" Liv asked Brody with a slight attitude.

"With that attitude you won't find out." Brody said with a smirk forming on his lips.

Liv was annoyed with just being next to him, yet alone working with him. Brody knew she hated him but, he didn't care. He passionately hated her, too. But, he couldn't help but be intrigued with her.

"Why do you always have to make things complicated?" Liv glared at Brody. He didn't seem to care and that bothered her more then she thought.

"Why do you always have to be a bitch?" Brody asked and Liv gasped.

Liv had enough with this boy and if she had to work with him for the rest of the project these people were out of their minds! She couldn't even stand hearing his name, yet alone working with him.

Brody's eyes fell upon Charles hand that rested on Cleo's thigh. Brody still had feelings for Cleo and he'd do anything to get her back but, he believed she was better off without him. Liv knew he was a sad little boy who wanted what he couldn't have.

Liv's eyes followed Brody's gaze and she smirked. "Trying to get something you can't have?" Liv asked in a tone Brody never heard before.

"What's your middle name?" Brody asked out of annoyance from the blonde girl. Liv was getting on Brody's nerves and she knew it.

"What? I thought you expected it to be bitch." Liv replied trying to get something out of him. Little did she know, Brody was much smarter then he looked and acted.

The bell had rung, signaling class was over. Brody packed up his books so quick, that you didn't even see him move a muscle.

Cleo walked turned around and faced her bestfriend Liv and ex-boyfriend Brody. Charles had invited Brody over with his suitcases so, that they'd all get there on time for the plane. Both Liv and Cleo disgareed with this decision but, had no opinion in it.

As soon as Liv left the school she went home and packed. When she had finished she went to Cleo's house and knocked on the oakwood door. Cleo had answered the door with a relieved look on her face.

Charles sat on the couch, chatting up with Brody. Liv now knew why Cleo was relieved, she didn't have to be the only girl in the room with Brody anymore.

Suddenly, an asian lady came in view of Liv.  Liv got curious and looked strangely at the asian lady.

"Who you?" The small lady asked and curiosity peeked in Liv.

"Nan, this is Liv. You know the girl I told you about earlier." Cleo said with a roll of her eyes.

"I no remember girl." The lady replied back to Cleo as she looked at Liv one last time.

"Liv, did I tell you that my Dad's stepmom was asian and that she'd be staying here for now on because my Dad's dad, died?" Cleo asked her bestfriend who looked confused. Liv shook her head and Cleo sighed. "Well, now you know."

"Nice to meet you, Nan." Liv greeted the lady she never heard about in all the years Liv and Cleo had been friends.

"I no Nan to you. I Yuji. Why you children so rude? Go to Asia, they shape you up. Speak of shape up, why butt so big?" Nan lectured Liv as Cleo laughed. Nan turned to Cleo with a slight glare. "You no laugh. You and boyfriend have no sex yet, I want grandkid. Disappointed in yourself."

It was now Liv's turn to let out a snicker. Cleo sighed and went to the couch with Liv and Nan following behind her.

"Your grandma is hilarious." Brody whispered to Cleo and had let out a loud laugh, displeasing to Liv.

"Teddy bear, you and grand daughter have sex yet?" Nan was at it again, terrorizing teenagers.

"No, ma'am." Charles spoke softly as he began to blush.

"What? I want grandkid. How you support for her? You have no money!" Nan exaggerated, which made Liv and Brody sneak a little laughs.

"Nan, he has money." Cleo quickly added on. Nan turned to Cleo and waved her finger.

"What you be eating? Butt too big, you need butt like me. You disgrace with big butt, to family. You eat fish and vegetables. You get no butt like me." The old asian lady was once again, terrorizing teenagers.

All night everyone had a few laughs about Nan's lecture. But, eventually they all went to sleep and awaited tomorrow.

Read Nan's lines in asian, it's so funny! I swear. Anyway's I hope you enjoyed!
