Shawn's P.O.V
Heading to the rink with Y/N I smiled. She had been wanting to go skating all week and I finally had some free time so I was talking her to an ODR.
Driving up a hill and into a back parking lot I parked the jeep and got out. Y/N met me at the trunk and we took our skates and helmets out. Grabbing our hockey and ringette sticks we shut the door and made our way down to the heated shack. Walking in the warm air was so nice against my cold cheeks.
"Shawn, can we just stay in here forever?" Y/N asked.
"no! You wanted to go skating all week and here we are at and ODR and your wanting to stay in the heated shack?" I laughed.
"right! okay" she giggled.
Sitting down on the bench next to her she started lacing up her neon (insert color here) skate laces. Smiling over at her she looked up and grinned.
"Hurry up slow poke!" she laughed already having one skate laced up while mine weren't even on.
Pulling on my skates I started lacing them up. Once I was done both of them me and Y/N headed back outside into the slightly less warm air.
"I bet I can beat you down there!" she yelled already having a head start.
"last time I checked it's not fair for you to have a head start!" I called after her.
Trying to slowly walk down the hill without wiping out I made it to the ice. Stepping on I looked over at Y/N who was already shooting the puck and skating around.
"Your a natural Y/N!"
"that's what happens when you've been playing (insert sport here) for 12 years of your life!" she laughed.
Skating over to her I tried to stop but ended up taking us both down. She landed on her butt and so did I.
"you okay babe?" I asked.
"yeah i'm just going to have a bruise there now!" she laughed.
"true!" I smiled.
She leaned in and kissed me I could hear some of the younger kids making gagging sounds. I just brushed it off and smiled into the kiss.
"what has you smiling?" she asked.
"the little chillen over there" I laughed.
"oh okay" she said.
She got up and helped me off the ground. Standing again we started to skate around again.

Also I realized after reading other imagines the Y/N character can't really ever do much in the other imagines I read. Like they can't skate they can't do this or that or like omg.
So I realized I make it out to be like Y/N is Barbie she can be anything lol 😂💕
