Sanyukta's pov
Now today was the day of the engagement and like all the engagement's there was fuss around and as soon as I entered the hall I saw my mom , Vidhushi' s mom arguing with the decorator about the flowers. Chote Papa and baba having a serious talk with the caterer and then I found Randhir who was stuck between my grandmother and pandit ji and as soon as he saw me he made a face which clearly said " save me"and I just laughed and then having had enough of this I just told everyone to stop and told the the elders that everything would be ready by the evening they should go home and I and randhir will handle it. My mom was still not convinced but I some how sent her . And then soon the night came and the hall was so beautifully decorated and then I was just talking to the caterer about the sweet dish when randhir came from behind and said " hey madam what are you doing till now shouldn't you go and get ready I mean the engagement starts in half an hour and you still here " . And as soon as I turned I saw very handsome looking randhir standing there.

And soon he saw me looking at him and continued" I know I look very hot but know you can stop looking and go and get ready and see if the bride is ready because the groom will be here in five minutes and as for the guest they have also started to arrive" and when he finished I said " randhir I still need to talk to the caterer about dessert after that I will go " and I was getting back to talking to the caterer when randhir literally pushed from there and said " I will handle the remaining preparations now you go and get ready " and I understood that he was not going to change his mind so I left and on my way I saw Parth and I have to say he looked very handsome.

I just smiled at him and went to the room where Vidhushi was getting ready and kaustuki and Vanya were already there and they all looked so beautiful.

And they all looked at me and then vidhushi said " you are still not ready what are thinking how will you get ready now, you know that you are the one who will take me down and you are still like this "I just smiled and said " vidhushi it's your engagement not mine so don't worry I will get ready very quickly " and then I looked at Vanya and said " where is Rehaan wasn't he supposed to get the ring's from the jewelers shop" and then Vanya just made a face and said " oh he did that in the evening and after that he went to office there was some important presentation he had to work on and when I called he said he will be here in five minutes and it is almost half an hour I mean how is work so much more important . You know what di let him come today I am gonna give him such a lecture that he will never do this again". And a smile crept on everyone's face because we all knew why Vanya was angry because she loved him and wanted him to be here with her , she may not realise her love but after being with rehaan she has actually grown up and then fell in love with him . I am just waiting for the day they both realise and then vidhushi just looked at me very angryily and said " go and get ready".
Randhir's pov
Soon the guest started arriving and then I saw rehaan come our way and he said hi to me and Parth ,I mean you may not believe it but in this very short span of time he has a become a very close friend of mine and Parth . We three our like a group now looking after each other I was thinking all this when I saw Vanya come this way so I alerted him and said " your wife on her way here and by looks of it you are gone today " and he just gulped and then turned around and said " oh Vanya you look so beautiful today " but it had no effect on her she just smiled and took him from there to a corner and we could see that he was being given a lecture so I said to Parth" get ready your condition is also going to be the same " and I just smiled to see him getting nervous and then I looked at Vanya and rehaan again and I could see that the have fallen for each other . I know I used to love Vanya so I should be angry but I am not, I mean whatever happened at our wedding had happened I couldn't change that she is already married and she was happy and in love and I was happy for her because it wasn't her mistake, things happen in life you cannot always hold a grudge against someone for your whole life . Life becomes easier if you forgive that person and I have forgiven Vanya and now we are just friends and I am happy she is happy in her marriage . And then I noticed everyone looking towards the stairs so I guessed it was time for the bride's entry and as soon as I turned I saw vidhushi looked very pretty and when I saw the person standing next to her i had no words to describe her it was my beautiful wife who was bringing vidhushi to the stage and trust me she looked so good.

And I was just smiling like a fool but then before anyone could see me or she could notice I returned my expression to normal.
And then vidhushi came on stage and the engagement ceremony was done and we all clicked a lot of pictures . Now a very Romantic song was playing and all the couples were asked to join Parth and vidhushi for a dance and soon everyone went and I saw kaustuki dancing with jignesh. I hated that so much because for me the farther kaustuki stays from Jignesh the better. Jignesh is not the guy a brother would want his sister to be close with, he is a cassonova and he is famous for breaking many girl's heart and I would never want my sister to get hurt and I was about to go and say something but he got a call so he left and then after 5 mins kaustuki and Sahil started to dance so now since everything was fine I went to sanyukta and then forcefully took her to the stage and we started dancing and I could see my parents were so happy that finally atleast something has improved in our relationship and then during the dance I looked in sanyukta's eyes and they were so captivating that I couldn't look away and then when the song sanyukta herself left the floor and went to vidhushi but I was still thinking as to why I couldn't remove my eyes from as of something was changing and I was not able to understand what it was .
