Natsu: Mistletoe
"MERRY CHRISTMAS FAIRY TAIL!" I yelled, walking into the guild, "(y/n)! You're back just in time!" Gramps said, raising his hand as I walked in, amazed at the decorations that were strung around the guild, and there was a huge tree in the middle of the guild, Happy was flying to the top and putting a bright yellow star on the top. "Wow! It looks amazing you guys" I said in awe, "that's awesome that you made it back in time!" Lucy smiled, standing beside me as we looked at the tree, "well I had to get everyone presents before I got back!" I snapped, a giant bag appearing beside me. "SANTA'S REAL!" Wendy cried, hugging my waist with tears in her eyes making me laugh, "come on, let me hand out the gifts, then we can start opening them, how does that sound?" I asked her, "it sounds great!"
"I was wondering where you ran off to, I have your gift" I smiled, peering over at Natsu who was strolling over, "sorry, Mira had made a huge feast and I couldn't help but snack" he said, rubbing his neck shyly, "yeah, 'snack'" I said doing an air quotation, "we'll see about that when all of us go to eat" I peered over, my lips formed into smirk and my eyebrow raised. "Can you lecture me instead of Erza? You're less violent than she is" Natsu begged me, I laughed quietly, "I'll think about it, for now just take your present", I handed him a small red box with a golden bow on it, "hey thanks!" he smiled, taking the box and ripping it open, his eyes widening upon seeing the small gift, "it's a dragon scale, I found it on my mission, so I had it glassed, maybe you can keep it like a lucky charm or something" I shrugged my shoulders.
"I know I cant ask where you found this.. but thanks.. it means a lot" he said, his hands shaking a bit as he held it, "yeah well when I saw it, I immediately thought of you" I blushed, "so I brought it with me, and when I was getting Gray's glass stone for his silver necklace, I had them check if it was real, when they told me it was, I had it glassed and used it as your present, I hope it wasn't bringing back any bad memories or anything" I said, nervous that the thought of a dragon's scale might hurt him.
"No.. I love it, it's by far the best present I've ever gotten.. I'm glad you thought of me" he said, looking up at me, I smiled weakly, knowing that he likes the gift I got, I peered up higher, I saw mistletoe hanging from the ceiling, "huh? What is that?" Natsu asked me, "it's a Christmas tradition, it's called mistletoe" I told him, "and what's it for? Is there something we're supposed to do with it?" he asked, curious about this new tradition I showed him.
"Y-Yeah.. you do this.."
Little did we know, Mira was on the second floor, the mistletoe attached to Happy's new fishing rod, as she dangled it above us on purpose.
Gray: Winter Gift
(n/n) - nickname
"Merry Christmas Gray! Juvia hopes you like the gift she got you!", I saw Juvia extending a small box towards Gray, I pouted my bottom lip and looked over at Erza, "Master's out at a meeting, what's the point of celebrating without him" I sighed, my cheek in my palm as I looked away from Gray, sure enough I had a little crush on Gray but it's not like I would admit it.
"Did you get your gift for Gray yet (y/n)-!" Lucy started until I swung my hands over her mouth and flipped her, over the counter so she fell besides Mira, "shush!" I shushed her angrily, "did you need to flip her entire body over the bar?!" Mira asked, helping Lucy up, "I forgot how strong (y/n) can be.. she's as scary as Erza sometimes.." Wendy cried, hiding behind Mira's dress.
"Lucy I told you to keep quiet about that!" I hissed, my face burning red, "you should give it to him now" Erza told me, "stop! I'm way too shy! I'll just leave it at his house and let him take care of it alone" I said, crossing my arms and hanging my head, "just take it, and give it to him (n/n), you'll get nowhere if you don't tell him" Mira said, nudging my arm with the gift, well the fake one anyway.
"If I do it will you girls just leave me alone?!" I hissed, "yes!" all of them hissed back at me, I sighed and grabbed both boxes, hiding the smaller one behind me as I held the fake gift, I walked up to Gray, "u-uh hi Gray, can I speak with you in private?" I asked, 'damn it I stuttered' I thought, mentally hitting myself. "Sure, something up?" he asked, walking with me towards the side of the guild, "u-um.. Merry Christmas" I stuttered again, I handed him the box, "awe, I wasn't expecting a gift from you.. n-not in a bad way!" he shook his hands in worry, "it means a lot, that you thought about me" he smiled, before he opened the box, boom, his smile flipped.
"A sweater?" he twitched his eyebrow, I bursted out into laughter, "I'm sorry! I thought it was a good gift because you're always stripping!" I giggle, me clutching my stomach from laughing too hard, "'I Give People The Cold Shoulder'?! Really?!" he asked making me laugh harder, "I saw it in the store and thought it was perfect" my eyes started tearing up. "Oh hah hah" he laughed sarcastically, "this is your actual present" I smiled, handing him the small box with a bit more confidence after my laugh, "oh boy, is it another pun?" he asked, I shook my head, "thank you" he thanked me in advance, "it's snow problem" I said, he narrowed his eyes at me.
"I'm done I swear" I giggled, he opened the box and saw a silver cross necklace, with a light blue gem inside, similar to the one he has, "thank you, it looks amazing" he said, instantly putting it on, "I'm glad you like it" I smiled, nodding weakly, "well, come on, I'll take you to your gift" he said, motioning towards the door to the back of the guild, "wow! No way! You got me a gift?!" I asked, my eyes widened. "It's only fair right?" he asked, smiling weakly, I sighed and nodded weakly, following behind him, he led me to outside, where the pool was, "watch this" he said, holding out his hands.
"I didn't want it to melt, so I didn't make it yet, I knew damn well I wasn't gonna approach you first so I decided to wait until I had your attention" he smiled, his ice make magic made a tall Santa ice sculpture out of the water into the pool, he was holding his hand out and there was a snowflake on his palm, "wow.. it's beautiful.." I said in awe, the ice sparkled in the sunlight, small water droplets dropped from the sculpture making it shine a bit more. "Wow.. it's amazing!" I said in awe, my eyes glistening as I stared at the ice sculpture, "hey.. what's that?" I heard Gray ask, I looked over and he was pointing above at the arch that lead into the pool, "isn't that mistleto-?"

Laxus: Midnight Kiss
"LET'S PARTY!", I sighed and leaned against the bar, Laxus beside me, "wanna ditch?" he asked, "duh" I answered, both of us got off the stools and walked upstairs, where we ended up climbing onto the roof, Laxus and I have been secret buddies since I came to this guild, we both are easily aggravated and strong, we get along well. "It's gonna be a long night" he said, running his fingers through his hair, hearing the music vibrate the roof beneath us, "got that right" I sighed, staring up at the moon that shone on the two of us.
"Listen I know Christmas really isn't my thing" Laxus said, "but here, I guess I decided you were worth getting something" he added, looking away from me as he handed me a box, I smiled, "the great Laxus Dreyar got humble ol' (y/n) a gift for Christmas?" I said, my hand at my chest, making the situation as dramatic as possible, "give me that box back" he said putting it back into his coat. "Wait no I was kidding!" I giggled, reaching over and trying to grab it, falling into his lap as he held his hand out the other way with the box in hand so I couldn't reach, I pouted and gave my best puppy face at him.
"Oh stop it you child" his eyebrow twitched, he pulled the box back and opened it, there was a golden necklace inside, it was a rose spiraling around a lightning bolt, I'm assuming the rose refers to my plant magic and the lightning bolt him of course. "It's beautiful" I smiled weakly, he took it out of the box and clipped it around my neck, before holding the pendant gently in his hand, his huge hands close to my neck, his knuckles resting on my collarbone, "it suits you" he said letting it drape around my neck, "yeah yeah, I totally didn't plan this" I said, snapping, a vine shot out of the ground and rose up to the roof beside me, a box on the top, "I had it hiding at the bar with Mira ok?" I humphed, pushing the box towards him, he laughed quietly, "who's the humble one now?" he teased with a sly smirk.
"I'll take it back too" I growled, "never mind" he smiled weakly, taking the box and opening it, inside a pair of black headphones with yellow lightning bolts decorating them, "awe, there's tiny me's on these headphones" he said looking closely at it, "hah! Yes because you are the lightning bolt" I laughed, resting against my knee, "I really like it, my old one's were going bad anyway" he said, taking out the old ones and putting the new ones on.
"Wanna listen?" he asked, pulling out one headphone and holding it out, I nodded, scooting closer to him, I plugged the headphone onto one side of my ear, "surprisingly peaceful.." I murmured, hearing the slow calm Christmas music, "I was expecting heavy metal" I teased him, "I'll push you off the roof" he twitched his eyebrow again, "please release me from this hell we call life" I said holding my arms out.
"Oh woah what's that?" I pointed upward.
Laxus sighed, "you made that with your plant magic didn't you?"
I scoffed, "pfft.. what~? No..", "JUST KISS ME ALREADY!"
Laxus chuckled darkly, "needy child."
Gajeel: Cold Steel Heart
"Geez why are you so giddy about this?" Pantherlily asked as I stood on the top of the ladder, him holding the box of ornaments as I hung them up, "because Christmas is such a fun time!" I smiled, hanging up another ornament, "everyone together, spending time with each other, exchanging gifts, eating delicious Christmas specialties" I said happily.
"Yeah Natsu sure knows how to eat delicious Christmas specialties doesn't he" Gajeel mocked Natsu, "wanna say that to my face bolt brain?!" Natsu yelled back, "calm yourself fireball" Gray snapped, as him, Lucy and Erza were helping hang decorations around the guild hall, "and stop eating the popcorn string geez just how hungry can you be?!" Lucy snapped at Natsu.
Gajeel just laughed, "is Gajeel always so rude?" I pouted, looking at Pantherlily, "it's Gajeel, his heart is made out of the same thing his eyebrows are" Pantherlily sighed, "nothing?" I asked, "he has eyebrows! They're just steel bolts" he snapped, I giggled quietly, "I'd be surprised if he had a heart at all, he seems so mean, he's either really cold or really sarcastic" I shrugged.
Time Skip To Christmas
"Merry Christmas everyone!" I yelled, plugging the tree in and all the lights turned on, lighting up the tree and the lights streamed around the guild, during the party I noticed Gajeel had disappeared, after asking Pantherlily I found out that he decided to skip out and went into town, being the person I am, I wanted him to celebrate too so I went out after him.
"Gajeel?!" I yelled running through the park, noticing him at the top of a hill, "geez, how come you aren't at the party?" I asked, panting heavily from running and yelling, "I didn't expect you to show up, guess I found no point going" he shrugged, looking back at the moon, "did it even cross your mind that someone might have a gift for you?!" I snapped, a bit annoyed that he didn't even consider other people.
"Who?" he asked, I slammed my forehead into my hand, "I'm about to return your gift" I sighed, "come with me to the guild, and I'll give you your gift! I cant just magically make it appear" I said, crossing my arms, "thanks I guess" he murmured, we walked back into the guild where one half was happy and having fun while the other half was drunk or passed out, "your gift is upstairs" I said, walking towards the spare office, "here" I said handing him an electric guitar that had a red bow on it.
"You're so quiet in the guild unless you're being rude or sarcastic, but I've caught you playing every so often, so I thought, maybe if I got you to open up a bit that you'd act a little more like family towards us" I said, handing the guitar to him, he took it in his hands, "it's amazing.. thanks (y/n)", I chuckled quietly, "part of me thought you didn't even know my name" I blushed, shyly, he chuckled darkly, "you know, I'm sorry, I guess I'm still new to the whole family guild thing" he said as we walked out onto the second floor railing, watching the guild party.
"So Juvia was telling me about this master plan of hers" Gajeel said, "did it involve Gray?" I asked back, "of course it did" he sighed, "she said she was gonna guide him to something called 'mistletoe', I have no idea what it is" he leaned against the rail, "I know what it is" I said walking to the side, him following me, "it's this" I said pointing at the mistletoe hanging at the doorway.
"Aandd.. what does it do?" he asked, "w-well.. it's a Christmas tradition, i-if two people stand underneath it, t-they're supposed to kiss" I blushed immensely, the red spreading across my cheeks, "how does that work?" he asked, stepping underneath it as if it would magically push him against me.
Thankfully we didn't need magic, Mira was kind enough so shove Gajeel into me, so our lips pressed against each other, thanks Mira.
Sting: Christmas Cuddles
"Ok.. these go here" I said handing the wreath up above the doorway to the guild, "m'lady! Where do these go?" Yukino yelled from across the guild, holding the streamers, "ask Orga to hang them around the top of the walls" I told her, "is this any help at all m'lady?" Rufus asked me, as the star from his Memory Maker Magic gently put me down, I nodded, "you're using your attacks to lift me in the air, you're very helpful" I chuckled, as we moved onto another side of the guild.
"Wow, you're really going all out huh?" Rogue asked, as I used my light magic to brighten up the guild with colored lights, "well, I want my first Christmas at this guild to be really cool" I smiled, "you think Master's gonna like this?" I asked, as I moved outside and started brightening up the pool, "if there's anything I know about Sting, is that he's really extra, yes he'll love it" Rogue chuckled darkly, helping me out with the decorating.
By the time the party started I was so worn out from planning it, "you did an amazing job planning this (y/n), everyone's having such a good time" Sting said, sitting beside me, "I wish I had the energy to enjoy it" I chuckled breathlessly, leaning against the bar, "I'm sorry I wasn't here, I would've helped you out" he apologized, "oh no dont worry, everyone was helping out, I just made everything a bit more extravagant than I expected" I said shyly, taking deep breaths.
"You should get some rest, want me to take you home?" he offered, "you don't have to, just stay and enjoy the party" I said, standing up, "nonsense, it's freezing outside, I'll walk you home" he smiled, as we walked out of the guild, the snow was still falling, Sting took off his long coat and wrapped it around me. "Don't get yourself sick now, don't forget we still have New Year's to celebrate with you" he smiled warmly, as we walked through the snow filled town, lights illuminating the streets as we walked down the sidewalk, "it's so beautiful during winter huh?" I asked, staring at the small snowflakes that will fall every so often.
"It's alright, although girls seem to look prettier than the snow during winter" he said, calmly, "I'm too tired for these pick up lines Master" I chuckled quietly, "woah, I'm innocent" he said as we made it to my house, "wanna come in?" I offered, opening the door, "inviting me in~? You know what happens in the movies when the girls invites the guy in" he smirked. "Or you can walk back" I growled quietly, "I'm kidding!" he said quickly, I laughed quietly and let him in.
"How many marshmallows?" I asked, "mm.. how many marshmallows can compare to how soft your lips look.." Sting murmured, "M-Master!" I exclaimed bashfully, "roleplay now, wow you move fast" he winked, "Sting!" I snapped, "THAT'S MY NAME!" he yelled proudly, I sighed and dropped three marshmallows in and carried the mug over to him, "thank you" he chuckled, amazed that I put up with his shenanigans for this long. "Am I annoying you yet?" he chuckled, "no." I snapped, "I cant get mad at you, you'll kick me out" I said, sipping my hot chocolate, "don't worry, I could never kick you out, you mean a lot more to me than you think, you're the guild's little ball of fun" he smiled down at me.
"So I'm just a ball of fun to you?" I asked him, "well you're a cute ball of fun" he rolled his eyes making me giggle, "you know, I had a huge mistletoe thing planned for Rogue if he could just find a girl to bring underneath it" I said, cuddling against him, "awe how sweet, you know my brothers completely clueless in love relationship related things" he laughed, I joined in.
"Oh and you are experienced then?" I asked, raising my eyebrow, "pfft, totally" he said, giving his signature smirk, "no you're not" I said taking another sip, "yeah I'm really not" he chuckled, taking a sip of his hot chocolate, "well you've at least kissed before haven't you?" I asked, "why?" he laughed, raising his free hand, a mistletoe hanging from his index finger.
"Wanna test it out?"
Rogue: Winter Wonderland
"Geez, I don't fit in here.." I whispered looking around the Fairy Tail guild's exterior, me and Rogue were sitting outside the front of the guild since Fairy Tail invited a bunch of guilds for a Christmas party, but me and Rogue really didn't party hard like Master was currently doing. "I know right, by the way it's freezing out here" he laughed quietly, "you're not cold?" he added, I didn't answer, Rogue got up and took off his cape, wrapping it around my shoulders.
"Thank you" I said, holding it closer to me, "of course, come on, let's go somewhere.. where we can both enjoy it" he said, helping me up, we walked down to the park, there was a frozen pond for ice skating, snowmans were scattered around the ground, small snow forts, which gave me an idea. I reached down and cupped a ball of snow in my hand, I pulled my hand back and threw it at him, the ball exploding against his head, he swung his head around and looked at me.
"Oh really?" he smirked, he bent down and grabbed a handful of snow, I squealed and ran to a tree, hiding behind the trunk, grabbing a bit of snow and shaping it into a ball, I peered around the trunk, instantly a cold snowball meeting my face, followed by a laugh, "AGH!" I groaned, trying to wipe the snow away from my eyes as I blindly threw the snowball, missing of course.
I heard Rogue's footsteps get closer, I started running, "no no no nope!" I said, pointing at the snow and making it smooth like ice so I could easily slide on it, making it easier for me to escape, that's when I saw a shadow behind me, "oh great.." I whispered, trying to move as fast as possible, that's when I landed on the frozen pond, making me slide, because I had snow magic, not ice, so I started sliding.
"Woah hold on!" Rogue jumped out of the shadow and caught me before I fell, but not before he fell too so we both landed on the ice, "ow.." we both groaned, laughing quietly, "are you alright?" he asked, using his shadows to boost us back to the snow, as he helped me up, "yeah, thank you" I said, brushing the snow off my body, Rogue looked away quickly.
"Is something the matter?" I asked, "you look so adorable covered in snow" he said, covering his cheeks with his hands, "h-hey!" I snapped, quickly brushing the snow off, I humphed and crossed my arms shyly, "well! I cant help if you look adorable now can I?!" he snapped. "Frosch is adorable! I am not!" I snapped, blushing embarrassedly as I looked away from him, "what makes you say you aren't adorable?" he asked, stepping towards me, "I'm not, Yukino's pretty, Minerva's gorgeous, Frosch is adorable, I'm just me" I shrugged my arms.
"Yeah, you are just you, that's why you're more amazing than the three of them combined" he said, my eyes widened, "eh?" I asked, he sighed and placed his hands on my shoulders, "you're wonderful ok? You don't need to be adorable, or pretty, or gorgeous to do that, trust me" he said, lifting my chin, "wow, your cheeks really are red" he chuckled, leaning forward, pressing his lips on mine with a proud smile tugging at his lips.
